But Shin has always been very patient in answering all my questions, showing me houses in different communities, and communicating with different agencies and property companies. Shin was nice and approachable throughout the entire process, provided prompt and clear communication, gave me appropriate advice, and ensured I had all the necessary information to make my final decision. It took a month to finally find a house that I was satisfied with and successfully completed the delivery.
