But Shin has always been very patient to answer my various questions, take me to see houses in different communities, and communicate with other different agencies and property companies. Throughout the process, Shin was very nice and amiable, providing timely and clear communication, giving me appropriate advice, and ensuring that I had all the necessary information to make a final decision. Finally, it took a month to find a satisfactory house and successfully complete the delivery.
