Truly amazing experience. I am a single mom on my own in DXB. I had the blessing of working with Mr. Sayeed. I was able to secure a ground floor apartment in Motor City. I was unable to view inside apartment because tenant was not home that day but I had full faith in Mr. Sayeed and I went for it. I placed my deposit and fees that day and I am so thankful I did. The apartment was move in ready. It was in excellent condition! Literally everything in here is Pristine!! I have moved in and absolutely love the apartment 😍 my son loves his room so much its perfect for my dog as well. I love the greenery here and ease of access in and out of apartment. Most importantly I will say Mr. Sayeed, my landlord and his team truly made this move effortless! They set up my utilities and showed me how to do Emicool. I would highly recommend and I look forward to soon having Mr. Sayeed help me purchase a property in near future. Thank you 😊 💓 1 million times!! ❤️

I personally dealt with Atiq.Everything went very smoothly for me from the beginning, from viewing the house(Motor City) to moving in.Atiq was always quick to respond to my calls I never experienced any delays. On the day that I had to sign my contract he was ready to answer any questions and clarify clauses that were abit confusing. He even went the extra mile to give me tips on how to save electricity and even helped me with some of his personal contacts for my wifi connection.He kept me updated always and I never felt the need to follow up.Even after moving he would check up on me to make sure everything was running smoothly.Overall I had a wonderful experience.I suggest asking to have Atiq as your agent should you choose to deal with this real estate agency.

I rented from Shoib Real Estate in 2018 and has stayed in the apartment for 3 years.Regardless of the apartment being perfect and I loved it and was very sad to move since I had to move to bigger apartment but I didn’t have any major issues with them.While signing the contract in 2018, they were able to modify one clause of the Contract since I requested and hence didn’t have any problem with them.I had couple of issues in the renewal due to some delays from their side during Covid but it was managedI dealt with Seif when I was moving and he was genuinely a nice guy and was very supportive and I had my full security deposit in full with no deductions.I really recommend dealing with Sief if you need your things sorted out
