One of the best real estate offices in Dubai that connects well with customers and advises genuinely on the best deals. I particularly dealt with Shams Ur Rahman who was more of an advisor than a broker. He could subtly mediate between the owner and me to lock the best deal fur both parties. In fact, he generously followed up on some pending maintenance work which are out of his work scope.

I currently stay in Abu dhabi and about to shift to Dubai on 1st Aug. I was having trouble in viewing properties as I had to travel every weekend or so to Dubai. After contacting couple of agents I was not willing to go ahead for viewing as they were not taking my time and efforts seriously. Lastly I came across Shams Ur Rehman (Agent) the first time I spoke to him, he understood my requirements & budget. He was always present with me for viewing. Ultimately finalised the apartment which I wanted on my ease of payment. Thanks to his professional attitude I had nothing to worry about.Overall a very good experience...

Mr Arsalan Ahmad has been outstanding, energetic, never give up approach, patient, helpful, pushing for biz, concerned for his customer, pleasing personality, get done attitude, not walking but running that extra mile for his client. Met a agents. Most were good. Two were bad. Two gave up. Some did not care. Arsalan never gave up. He had to strike a bargain. We wish him success in his life.
