Soo.. where to begin. We are sellers (and buyers) fromFlorida, 🇺🇸 usa and luckily found spades ♠️ realty online. We initially worked with the wonderful namreen and followed with Shahrukh (the owner ). I was pleasantly impressed at how we had access to him at all times (and he is a work horse 🐴 let me tell you). Me and my husband were informed the whole way thru despite the huge time difference and always felt like a priority. Although the service aspect was there, we still couldn’t fully trust some company overseas and decided to book our flights to seal the deal for our DAMAC property off plan. Well I can say I seen him in action and all his wonderful staff which immediately put our fears at ease. Long story short he did exactly what he said he will do and sold our unit successfully. Another awesome aspect is his knowledge in the market-I will use him from now on andwill also have access to off market deals.
