    I would like to thank Gino Antonio Forte and Rania Jabakhanji for their great professionalism when purchasing our home in Dubai last June. We had never bought before in Dubai and I did an online search and contacted several Real Estate agents. When you do a search like that you never know who is on the other end, but Gino sent me his personal identification and company license from the first moment and that gave me great security. Later, when it came to making the purchase, I remember that we had many questions, and Gino answered them at all times, he even made us a video on his day off of the outside area of ​​the property so we could see what it was like.     I wanna give a shout-out to Louie Marshall for making my experience very smooth. I recently sold my apartment smoothly with his support.I first struggled with another agent to get enough viewings but Louie was highly motivated and got several viewings within a couple of days. He even went to the apartment proactively, took pictures and videos etc. even when pictures were already available. You can tell he wouldn’t recommend anything to his customers without thoroughly checking it himself first.Throughout the process, he was always giving me constant updates proactively which was really cool.All and all, his expertise, proactive approach, and excellent communication made the process smooth and hassle-free.Do keep in mind that Strada requires you to pay a commission to the agent (yes even as a seller) which I didn’t notice at the beginning. But honestly, the fee is fair when considering all the process, support, etc.

However no-one took the time to sit down with me to truly understand & listen to the family’s motivations and goals for the purchase….until I met JJ.We were introduced on Saturday 10th August and the next day he spent time articulating his data-driven approach to investing in the Dubai Property market.For the following 7 days we went on viewings most evenings and all day Saturday/Sunday, and the ground we covered & the progress we made in that timeframe was incredible.
