He has been very accommodating and always responds (quickly) to my messages. He has been doing his best (within his capacity) and mediate between me and the owner to ensure that the leasing terms is reasonable/acceptable for me and the owner.

Conveniently located on road. i was introduced to Ms Dipti Shetty who explained me the pros and cons of owning or renting. Circumstances changed when my employer arranged RB2. My plans are fluid.
