    I have bought a two bed apartment from Synergy Properties (Durar 1). Location wise this place is excellent. Bus service is available. All the basic facilities are available like super store, play area, swimming pool etc. School bus stop and taxi stop is right in front of the building. The building management is very cooperative too. The buying process was very smooth. My point of contact was Syed Shibli. He helped me at every step of the buying process.

    Working with Synergy Properties, on exclusive basis, to sell our villa got us the best market price and client. As a seller, though, there were many challenges with tenant and bank, Mrs Paulomi and Kishan Batavia dealt the whole process swiftly and personally as if it was their own property!     Is it possible to view a flat, give an offer and then the next day complete the signing of tenancy contract, Ejari registration and open DEWA & Emicool accounts? Yes! But this easy & fast progression is only possible if your agent is Devang Dattani of Synergy Properties.Straight-forward and prompt:On Sunday, I messaged him ahead of time the units I’m interested in viewing to make sure the flats are ready & accessible. When we met him at the building lobby, he had the keys with him and all the flats were ready for viewing. Furthermore, he didn’t waste my time by showing me apartments that fell below my requirements in terms of size.We then gave an offer which he presented to the landlord. After a few negotiations, we agreed on the rent on the same day of viewing. This was possible because Devang was straight forward with his discussions with us. No unnecessary sales jargon. Just straight talk.Efficient, Concise and organized:Knowing full well that we have a target move-in date, he promised to try and get the contract signed by the landlord ASAP, even if he had to get the signature himself. He definitely delivered on this promise.We were at Synergy office at 10 AM on Monday to sign the tenancy contract. During this time, he told us what to expect with the succeeding transactions. All supporting documents for Ejari, DEWA & Emicool processes were also provided.By noon, he called to inform us that the landlord has signed the contract, giving us enough time to complete the rest of the errands in our list.Attentive & Hardworking:There was no query too small or too big for him. He always tried to find answers for us and if he couldn’t provide one, he connected us to people who can. And all throughout, he had a positive can-do attitude.Indeed, we felt like we were his top-priority before, during & even after signing the tenancy contract. He even went out of his way to bring the signed contract to our house, to avoid delay with the rest of the transactions we had to complete.Devang is indeed very professional and we value his responsiveness to our needs as a tenant/client. This is the first & only time when I didn’t begrudgingly give the cheque for commission. I won’t hesitate in recommending him [& Synergy Properties, too] to the people I know. Excellent service!
