We found an amazing property listed with Tesla and immediately we were assisted by Esteban who is, by far, the most amazing agents we have encountered during our journey of finding a home. Unlike other agents who just asks you got a preapproval from the bank? or is it for you?, he immediately asked us our needs to match what the property can offer. Before the meet up, he already set the tone by providing a summary in pdf of the details of the property which normally you would have to beg from agents. During the viewing, despite the scorching heat of the unit (which did not have electricity), he was able to give us an excellent tour and the overall perspective of the property and community and immediately we were sold. We were so convinced that we made an offer the following day. He made sure that our needs were met during the negotiation and we felt that he was really invested in the client needs vs just making a sale. Unfortunately we were not able to reach a deal with the seller but 100% the experience with Esteban and Tesla in general was very positive. We highly recommend Esteban and Tesla.
