    If you are navigating the Property Ownership Market opportunities in Dubai, you are probably ALREADY aware of the numerous choices and decisions one is confronted with. Which developer, what location, what size of property for your budget.... it can be a daunting task. Imagine you are an expatriate without much familiarity or experience in the UAE, the task can become geometrically more complex and stressful. Now imagine that You can partner with professional group of motivated people who are robustly educated about property management in Dubai and dedicated to being Your Partner by delivering outstanding Customer Service. My personal experience suggests that you would be negligent to NOT consider making the Team at THE PROPERTY part of your ownership endeavor. I have been a rental property owner in Dubai since Jan of 2022. It became apparent to me that as an expat, living outside the UAE, I needed to have a trusted Management Company assist me in the day to day, hands on operation of the even unexpected, as it may occur. THE PROPERTY was NOT my first choice for this important partnership. I spent a year with another Group, who demonstrated themselves to be sincere about their attempt to deliver service, but just NOT equipped with the savvy skill set to accomplish it. Fortunately I recognized I required a different direction and a web search delivered me to THE PROPERTY. Although it may sound superficial, their website portrayed confidence and sophistication that bridged the gap between a Western Business model and the Middle Eastern Cultural Landscape. From my initial communications with Ms. Romaal Patel, to my current interactions with Ms. Tasha Patel, I have been met with practiced professionalism, and made to feel as a valued client. Although my property holdings in Dubai are relatively humble, THE PROPERTY Team provides me service that suggests they do NOT make a distinction between me and folks with much larger financial holdings. If you are seeking to build a mutually beneficial partnership, with a full service property Management Firm... who delivers consistently robust, prompt and thorough Customer Service and satisfaction... a wise consideration would be the Team at THE PROPERTY.

    One of the few brokers who’s by the book, something you don’t see a lot of in Dubai! Through our whole transaction, she was very meticulous with the conversations, calculations and documentations! She left nothing to chance from the calculations to collection of security check prior to raising the contracts for signature! To top all of this, DLD took extraordinarily long to complete the transaction and Tasha, dedicated to completing the transaction, waited patiently (alone) at the Trustees office for over 3 hrs!     I am a US Citizen who purchased pre construction in Dubai several years ago. This is the first time ive ever done an international purchase, and at the time of handover, I worked with Lorraine Blanza and Tasha Patel here at The Property, and they made things extremely easy and streamlined for me. I was able to setup Power of Attorney with ease, and Tasha had my Dubai Condo leased literally within 1-2 weeks of official handover. I could not be more pleased with this company and its representatives, very pleasant to communicate with them.     I can’t thank Tasha enough for all of her help with securing our rental property. I am only new to Dubai and found the process completely overwhelming, the majority of agents I met were extremely pushy and you could tell were only in it for themselves and had zero compassion.I was close to closing on a different apartment, however I then viewed another with Tasha and was thorn between the two. I couldn’t be happier that I followed my gut and went with Tasha for the rental process. From the moment I met her she couldn’t have been more helpful, she wasn’t pushy and wanted the best for me which I hadn’t seen with any other agent I met. Amazing service throughout!Very professional, quick and efficient sorting out the paperwork and helped explain what steps we needed to take such as Ejari and Utilities as we had just moved to the country.Tasha, helped us throughout and any maintenance issues were dealt with very quickly and she made the effort to check up after to make sure we are happy (very rare from other companies) which is a very nice touch.We shall be renewing our contract with The Property and if we do move in the future it is very likely we shall do so through them as well.Highly recommended!

She was also very friendly and responsive. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She went out of her way to ensure that I secured the property without delay and dealt with all matters with expedition. Tasha has gone over and beyond what is expected from a normal agent. She even went as far as to assist with my removals and DEWA and Du Connections. A super agent in my opinion! You can’t go wrong if you work with Tasha and TP. The amount of stress was huge.Then I was introduced to those beyond wonderful people and to their agency- and without going into annoying detailes, end result was tenant evicted- they paid for their stay period, apartment rented again in one week to a great tenant ( after reviewing their references) and all in 6 weeks period.Very happy to be a customer for good to Romal and her wonderful young sister.
