    I was checking apartment since last 15 days but no one showed me place what I was looking for and at last I met Irfan & Sajid from The Smart homes RE, me and my wife checked apartment in a messy condition because prev tenant was planning to leave in 5 days but I didnt had this much time left to move into new apartment and this guy Irfan was exceptional, he arranged everything in only two days and co operated with both prev tenant and me. His agency must be proud of him and a very successful and bright future is waiting for him.

    I would like to write special thanks to an agent Mr Zia He helped us to find an apartment. Before signing the contract he negotiated with the landlord regarding the terms of price and payment where all our interests were met and fulfilled. He is very supportive, helpful and responsible agent. He could answer all our phone calls and messages immediately. After we moved into the apartment he checked if everything was good and gave us recommendations. Our experience with agent Mr.Zia and The Smarthome real Estate was very good👍

    Mr Waqar of Smart Homes Rea Estate, was VERY KIND enough to help us in the process of looking for a good home for us, he has extended HUGE effort for us to get approved and get the house that we deserve... he was there from the beginning till the end of the process he let us meet with the good manager of Bin Ghalita bldg in Bur Dubai, and he was fast since we have mentioned our dilemma to him.
