There were some issues with the Tenancy contract that were the fault of all parties to some degree.The point here is that two figures at Think Realty, Danyal and Yassir helped me out tremendously and gave hours of their time to try to look after me and reach a fair solution. In the end they reached a resolution that left all parties happy though this took great perseverance and understanding on their behalf.Yassir is very senior management in the company, and its very clear from my conversation with him that he prioritised a resolution that was fair for me above all else.Danyal was my point of contact, and is very clearly a knowledgeable, diligent and trustworthy man. Original review text follows. ]I had a disappointing and frustrating experience while working with Think Realty Real Estate agency. I was renting a holiday home appartment in Dubai Hills Estate. One of the key aspects that troubled me was the issue with the fridge. Upon move-in, I found that the agency failed to provide a working fridge. The cooling problems were persistent, ranging from overcooling to not cooling at all. Despite multiple technician visits, the problem remained unresolved, resulting in food spoilage and financial losses for me. For two visits of technician I had to pay myself as the agency representative was unable to come at those days. I only got promises to get that money back.Furthermore, I faced difficulties with the second entrance door key, as it frequently got stuck and was unable to open the door from the outside, creating potential safety risks.Despite acknowledging the issues, the agency did not compensate me fairly for the spoiled food and the overall inconvenience caused to my family. Not to mention that no action was taken on the door key issue - I only got recommendation to apply some oil.Aside from the fridge and door key problems, the gas oven also had issues, emitting excessive smoke and triggering smoke detectors.In conclusion, my experience with this real estate agency has been highly unsatisfactory. They failed to provide a functioning and safe living environment, resulting in significant financial losses and stress for me. The lack of effective communication, delayed responses, and inadequate repairs only made the situation worse. I would advise potential renters to be cautious and explore alternative options to avoid encountering similar issues and inconveniences.
