I dont know why this company is getting bad reviews. I’ve used them 3 times now in the middle east (Amman, Abu Dhabi, and Dubai) and have had a flawless experience. Their website is easy to use, the cars are clean and in good shape, service is professional, and best of all their prices are well below their competitors. Anyone still complaining about appropriate documentation or deposits is unaware of how renting a car works. They added some “registration fees” that were not in the initial price but overall they were transparent about extra fees like tolls and tickets. Also, i was emailed documents every step of the way. The office is located right in t1 and the cars are a less than 5 min walk up on the second floor of the parking garage. Definitely recommend.

According to the experience I had with them, I am surprised by the comments that say do not take it from them. On the contrary, by God, I took an Audi Jeep. They were smooth, and the insurance amount reserved for the visa was returned to me exactly within 7 to 10 days, and it is due to my account, and they never contracted with me. The most important thing is that the car is returned to its condition and the gasoline is as it was taken. It is an experience worth returning to. Even their prices, by God, are very good. I recommend dealing with them according to my experience.
