    I have purchased a rented Studio in Dubai Downtown through ALI REZA from Unique Properties.ALI is very professional serious honest and very clear about everything. The transaction was with a tenant living in the apartment and was quiet complicated but Ali managed it all swiftly. I wasnt feel for one second the transaction is at some risk even though there were some hardles.
