    The commitment to the service is remarkable in my experience. Unlike some agents who take the commission and get irresponsive, they took the responsibility of some issue i faced regarding the rental contract. On a mark, I had no dewa connection in my flat for first 2 days because of ejari issue and i took a hotel room for those days and Vierra reimbursed that amount to me, which is almost 20% of the amount that they charged as commission. I consider it as a good deed and commitment to service, especially in a greedy market. Hats off to Shiekh Omar from Vierra for coordinating.

    Thank God that He connected me to the right agent🙏 I had to look for an apartment in a very short span of time as my landlord of 5 years had given me an unjustifiable rate for my rent renewal. I dont want to go somewhere else as I am already used to living in Liwan Qeueu Point. So we decided to contact numbers of agents and properties in the area. Though there are a lot of affordable units, the condition of the apartment as well as the size made me think twice. I also checked the new property but the only loophole is that its not pet friendly which is a great factor for me. Then along with my search, I came across Shaikh Asad. He immediately responded to my call even though it was a weekend and having his family day. The next day early morning I received a call from him and the rest was history😊 He is so accommodating and professional in dealing with the client.     Very very bad experience. Not recommended at all. The unit was handed over in very poor condition. The only answer I got was let me call you back, which they never did. The AC was not working in the entire villa except for one for 3 days in scorching heat. Thetiles are poorly done, electricity has several flaws in broken sockets or bulbs, maid’s room and bathroom in terrible condition….. My worst move in experience in 10 years in dubai.Edit: Thank you Shamim and Beny for all the efforts and time taken to solve my endless problems and for your kind follow up.
