I had actually decided not to proceed with buying a property from the company, but Nidals understanding and support & Amrs persistence, patience, and professionalism completely changed my mind. He took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly, never pushed, and truly went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and confident in my decision.What really impressed me was that Amr was even with me during the registration of the unit — standing by my side and genuinely as happy and excited as if it were his own.
