This was my first time renting an apartment in Dubai and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Viktoriia was fantastic from start to finish - she helped me find a lovely property and made the whole process incredibly smooth and stress-free.She went above and beyond, even taking me to register the contract with EJARI, which she didnt have to do. When I moved in there was a slight problem with the air conditioning as it was a brand new building and the landlord hadnt installed it yet. Viktoria was extremely proactive and got it sorted for me very quickly.Thank you so much for all your help Viktoriia. Id recommend you to anyone looking to rent and would love to rent through you again in the future.

The task was to sell 1BR Wilton Park Residence from Ellington. I contacted three different brokers. And I also turned to Yuri Pavlikhin from this agency on a recommendation and did not regret it. He assessed the apartment and showed me at what prices deals were closed in my building and in our area. He determined the market price at which the apartment could be sold and I was completely satisfied with the price. He told me how the transactions go and what to prepare for and what documents need to be prepared from me. In September 2024, a contract was signed and Yuri and the photographer took professional photographs.Buyer interest was weak. Other brokers said it needs to be reduced. I began to worry that I wouldn’t sell the apartment and needed to lower the price, but Yuri convinced me that I shouldn’t lower the price, it’s just the timing and usually closer to the new year the demand for the secondary market intensifies. At the end of November, a buyer appeared. The whole transaction was carried out on a turnkey basis until I received cash. If you want to sell profitably and need a broker you can trust, I recommend Yuri Pavlikhin.

With such a person next to you, you feel safe in a new country for business and that your interests will be protected🙏🏻We had a request to find commercial premises in a premium location to open a clothing store with an adequate budget and no more than 150 square meters; the owner had never had a business in any country before. This is her first project.At the very beginning, we contacted different agencies and lost 4 months searching, but they didn’t even offer us anything close to suitable! And only after we turned to Christina, she began to offer interesting options that suited all parameters and understood exactly what we needed.
