Also, I was little worried about the floor of my house, which would be stepped by many people who come and do viewing of my house.     Great and honest company with good and responsive brokers. Muhammad Shariq helped me find the best place for my needs as a new expat in Dubai, helped connect with the landlord, negotiate the move in time and cheque payments. Afterwards he was always there to help with anything by phone, setting up electricity, water and gas, as well as the move in process itself. He helped me carry my luggage to the apartment on the day of move in as well😄.
