    Courteous staff specially Miss Fatima. I filed a labor complaint and she was very helpful and professionally competent.I submitted an application to court and had to wait for approval and as soon as approval came I received a call from her to come and register. I was pleasantly surprised, but this shows her great professionalism and customer centered behavior.Recommend this center and specially Miss Fatima at counter 19. She will definitely help you out.

    Its located on Mezzanine floor of BIN SHABIB MALL and no problem of parking as its industrial area just find a good place and park currently the parking for the mall seems to be closed but may be it will be open in near future the mall is still new and yet to be occupied by other stores 2 entrances for the mall 1 from main road and the other from next road. Easily accessible.

    I went to the court today on 20-06-2024 at 4:30. I told the staff that I have given money to a man for visa and he will run away tomorrow. Please file a complaint. He ran away yesterday. And this is about counter number 7. I repeatedly told them that the guy will run away please file a complaint. Otherwise, I will lose 10,000 dirhams. And due to their non-filing of complaints, today that person has run away and I have suffered such a great loss. Please raise your voice for me.. 🥺🥺۔۔

    The lady sitting in the Al Adheed center reception very arrogant. Do not respond inquiry politely. Semms she is always 😡. I have visited center multiple times and experienced same all the time. Management should keep eyes on her attitudes with customers.
