Safety, all facilities and shops near, many alternative routes to avoid trafic, close to sharjah,ajman and uaq.hospitals,supermarkets and petrol stations are near, neiboorhood is crowdly but your space have a sealed windows (not noise if you keep close).. security and parking for residents are great, visitors need parking around ( madina mall is a great option). -

Family only building with 2 bedroom apartments. Excellent facilities and good maintenance. Have been living here for 3 years straight. No complaints at all -

The building houses the office of Galadari Motor Driving Centre and also a residential complex. Assesment test and final road test happens at this location only.It is just next to Epco Fuel station and behind Madina mall.It is very close to Galadari institutes main office as well. -
