This is convenient for people seeing help from govt authority or documents clearing work as i am visiting this place every often for my client meeting and business setups . The lounge is very clean and they have a coffee bar at the entrance well kept by the employee and the staff . The place is good for quick work meet ups .

    Next to a metro station, which is very good since I dont drive. Lots of shops，Carrefour grocery, several pharmacies, music stores selling instruments and music books, clothing stores, and restaurants. Burjuman is a mid-sized mall, not as many stores as Dubai Mall or Mall of the Emirates, so less selection but also more accessible and less crowded. Good parking for those who drive, free for less than two hours. Small cinema with limited selection of films.
