    Went for typing purposes on the account of visa renewal. Had a small issue while billing since I needed 2 separate invoices as we were two of us. They lady at the billing desk asked us to go back to the counter and sort it out as it couldn’t be done by her. In hindsight I should have mentioned it right at the start to avoid this, luckily Fatima at Counter 2 who was handling our typing file sorted it out for us immediately. She is very efficient and quick. Got our typing done for the E-ID and Medical and tax invoices were issued under our own respective names. Well handled and brilliantly done by Fatima. Thank you

    Edit/Update: Amending the rating to 5 star because of management’s positive response to a negative feedback . The management not only apologized for the inconvenience but also assigned a dedicated staff to track the application status and assist with the subsequent steps. All my subsequent payments was online and I wasn’t required to visit the branch at all. Wish them good luck to continue putting customer’s experience on priority.Old comments:Poor service and disregard to convenience of customers. In my case, they made a mistake on fees and asked for me for less money for my golden visa application. After I left the center, they called me to admit their mistake and come back to pay cash. I asked for transferring the remaining balance through bank transfer or credit card payment link. But those basic options are not available and they put my application on hold. Also I had asked for parking validation which they said is not required (and is free) even when I questioned them to double check since adequate time had passed. I ended up paying extra at the gate barrier because of them.Wish I had gone to other centers, have repeatedly faced issues in this branch.
