    I recently visited Amer Centre Al Quais Plaza, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. The reception was warm and welcoming, thanks to Sara, who was incredibly friendly and professional. She made sure all my questions were answered and assisted me with everything I needed.Additionally, there was another gentleman at the reception who spoke both Arabic and Hindi, which was very helpful. His kindness and willingness to assist went above and beyond expectations. It’s rare to find such a level of customer service these days, and I truly appreciated their efforts.The team at Amer Centre Al Qusais Plaza really made my visit memorable, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic experience with excellent customer service. A big thank you to Sara and the gentleman for their amazing attitude!

    Once I enter in Amer center miss sara she welcomes me she is professional I have a problem regarding my family visa she makes solutions for that in short time I recommend that if anyone have any issues with visas contact miss sara. She is very helpful receptionist.

I was extremely impressed by the high level of service at the center, especially from Mr. Mayed, who demonstrated exceptional professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency throughout the process.As I observed, the entire team at the Amer Center was consistently professional, helpful, and supportive toward all visitors.     Visited here for emirates ID collection and recieved a great service, things are organized and well managed, there is a token system for ID collection and the place is also spacious, neat and well handled and maintained, please be noted that ID collection time will be from 9am till 6pm only.There is free parking in the basement of the building for the typing center users, there is a sign board showing the same and you can just follow the same for parking, alternatively you can use the RTA paid parking spaces also available right in front of the building which is normally a bit occupied and busy mostly.
