Small food court and only one in the locality. If you are around this is a good place to lunch.Have a very nice fine dine restaurant for official lunch too

Very good place for offices. I like the relaxing places or smoking area very much maintained. Limited food court but i like the new section of Arjaan. Water pressure in loo is very low on almost all the floors but main looby and conference areas are fine. Staff keeps it clean on shift wise.

I really like this hotel , I have attended trainings and conferences and even weddings here and have been satisfied by all my experiences. Beautiful architecture and interiors

The office tower is about a 10 minute walk from Nakheel metro station/2 minute walk from Media City tram station. There are some top companies based in the tower! Although it looks a little old and some facilities are outdated, it is nonetheless well maintained. Staff are also friendly.

The staff are excellent.But the quality of the rooms is very poor.They have a renovated section and an unrenovated section.I took the unrenovated section, and when I asked for an upgrade, there was no possibility.But even if the old one was supposed to be good, unfortunately it wasnt.As soon as you enter the room, there is a strange smell, like old wood and old carpet, and the bathroom smells strange.Also, the shower didnt have hot water, and I had to ask maintenance twice to get it fixed.In addition, their safety is strange.Two days in a row, my room was opened by the people living in front of me (they accidentally knocked over the door and opened mine).Its strange how two keys open the same door.Also, the food for the room service, may God protect us, is not good.The only positive thing is the price.
