Having our own office here is a treat. We enjoy this buildings management, location, and view a lot. Everyone loves our office view, and precise location.Parking for visitors is a bit problem because of the entrance. For parking, you have to enter from a signal behind rather than marasi drive.For business, it is a good place. Office 903 has some desk space available also for business meetings as well.

A modern tower on the banks of the Dubai Canal in Business Bay. On the ground floor there is a restaurant and a café with good service. The food is Maghrebi and European. Five-star. The patrons are from the middle class. The restaurant and café are modern and spacious. It opens from ten in the morning until five in the morning of the next day. Its service is fast and its workers wear uniforms according to their rank and are fluent in several languages. They are monitored by cameras. In general, it is excellent 😂
