Bay Square has become a real hub for me, and Ive genuinely enjoyed my time there. The atmosphere is vibrant and modern, with a great mix of offices, restaurants, and cafes. Its incredibly convenient to have everything I need within walking distance, whether its grabbing a quick coffee before a meeting or enjoying a relaxed dinner after work.What stands out is the community feel. Despite its size, Bay Square maintains a friendly and welcoming environment. The open spaces and well-maintained walkways make it a pleasure to stroll around, and the variety of businesses creates a dynamic energy. Ive also appreciated the ease of access and ample parking, which is a big plus in a busy area. The cleanliness and overall upkeep are consistently excellent, contributing to a positive experience. Its a place where work and leisure blend seamlessly, making it a fantastic location to be in.

This place is my second home. Besides, Im staying here for more hours than I stay at home. Yet, the comfort and convenience feels amazing. From our company that is overlooking with famous Burj Khalifa, where our pantry section is. Every break its good to enjoy and relax with such a nice view. A well maintained bldg, from washroom down to hallway and elevator. Specially the new and improved interior design of the lobby, terrific! Cheers Dp team. !

As you enter Bay Square, you are immediately greeted by the open-air design and Italian piazza-inspired atmosphere. The bustling energy of the diverse mix of residents and visitors fills the air, creating a sense of excitement and anticipation.You start by browsing the many retail options, ranging from trendy boutiques to well-known international brands. You find unique clothing, accessories, and home goods that catch your eye, and you cant resist making a few purchases.Next, you head to one of the many dining options, each with their unique ambiance and cuisine. You choose a cozy cafe with outdoor seating and order a delicious latte and a pastry to enjoy while people-watching and taking in the lively atmosphere.Afterward, you explore the hospitality options, considering a stay at one of the many hotels or serviced apartments in the area. Wonderful business community. Great vibe, educated people, restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores. The only downside is that it takes sometimes more than an hour just to get out of the basement during peak hours.

After the fountains at the Burj, perhaps, to date (May 2017) the most beautiful place in Business Bay

We lived in this neighborhood in March 2020. During the day, the place is very lively, lots of people. In the evening, it is cozy and quiet. There are several good grocery stores, a bunch of cafes, a gym, a bank. There is also free parking for guests and residents, which makes life much easier for car owners.
