    Bayswater Tower by Omniyat is one of the most impressive commercial buildings in Business Bay. The architecture is modern and eye-catching, and the location is prime—right next to the Dubai Canal, offering amazing views and a vibrant business atmosphere.The building is well-equipped with high-speed elevators, 24/7 security, and well-maintained common areas. Offices are spacious, and the natural lighting adds to a productive work environment. There are several cafes and eateries within walking distance, and it’s conveniently accessible via Sheikh Zayed Road and close to the Metro.Parking can be a bit tight during peak hours, but valet and RTA options nearby help.     Like the name the building is situated in the heart of business bay, Parking your car might be difficult or else the building has pay parking system. Accessing the building from parking is little walk but the looks and cleanliness of the building is highly appreciable. There are many offices in this building and for getting access card to access the building can be though the reception.

    One of the most pristine tower situated in the heart of business bay, bayswater tower is comprised of several multi national firms.Moreover, ample amount of parking is available at different levels like ground and basement. Various restaurants are also situated in the vicinity of the tower. Metro station is located close to the tower as well. Neat and clean building with humble staff. Two thumbs up.

    Is a business tower were are located many companies in different sectors from Insurance company to construction companies. There are in the ground floor many restaurant in the front side and in the back side from different flavours and international cousines. There is also in the back of the towner the water channel where people use to walk and run. In the front soe there is a bank and many nice locals located in the towners in the frotn side.
