We have been renting premises here for a long time, the rent is normal and the location is nice + clean. There is a large parking lot and a place to drink coffee. Everything is fine. A completely cozy business center with many organizations inside. Therefore, the flow of people is always large, but apart from this I did not see any disadvantages. Clean friendly staff. Its nice to be there.
