    Nice place, went for a meeting here. Inside Parking very expensive 25 AED Per hour, you can park in fashion parking and can go through metro path. Building is excellent and well maintained. As you go out you can see Burj khalifa in front of you.

    I love this building as it is right across Burj Khalifa. The views are amazing from our 7th floor office, and you can watch any Burj Khalifa show or just the the skyline from the open area in the same floor, where we usually have gatherings before covid. Parkings can be a bit challenge though but I am sure you can manage. The building can be access from the Dubai Mall metro link if you are planning to go by Metro, and of course you can always use the link to go for lunch in Dubai Mall.

    One of those landmark building in the down town near to the prestigeois Burj Khalifa.Its the office of the noon e commercial site.They have seperate lifts for different floor. Its located at first floor. You should go to different area for the first half of the building and for further top floor there is different lidlfts. Which is good to manage the lift traffic .The view from these building is very awesome.they have a The Cafe cafe at the first floor. You can come to the building via the metro link as well. Then you will have to goto the first floor and take the second set of lifts if the desrired floor is not available on the list. Metro link is connect ed to the floor 3.

    So professional people around this place. This plaza has two towers named as Boulevard Plaza Tower 1 and Tower 2 respectively. Both towers looks similar and are locatiod in front of Burj Khalifa and Dubai mall. This buliding is connected to a nearby metro station and Dubai mall. If you are coming by metro station then exit on burj khalifa dubai mall station and have a walk in dubai mall direction and need to exit before reaching dubai mall. You can find an exit door on the left side of the bridge you walk.
