Offices, showrooms, warehouses are all up in this D3 buildings, so don’t be surprised. Lots of haute couture brands from your Statement tops to comfy blazers, your skirts and pants and dresses and scarfs, to your sun glasses, perfumes, watches, bags, shoes wedding gowns and ball gowns you name it, it’s here!Talking about the people it’s like security guards play the frontline, they thoroughly screen whoever is going in as if you are going to vandalize the place not funny at all, it’s an isolated place without proper network for buses or metro so whoever goes here mostly would be driving.And finally to the tense air of the people working in this offices. They are too straight faced and frowny, hundreds of smoking breaks and gazillion litres of coffee.Thank you foe the free and organized parking though, it’s a rare thing.

Dubai design district or D3 is a design hub. Very nice area with very happening outdoor seating. D3 is home to the region’s growing community of creative thinkers. It is being built as part of the Dubai Plan 2021 using the Smart City principles which offer digital connectivity to create an innovation-led economy.
