    Staying Via Booking.com, this was the most amazing view from an apartment ever. This tower also has a link to the metro and the Dubai Mall.Without a shadow of doubt I would stay again. Perfect location for a great time.

    I recently visited Sky View in Dubai, which is a popular observation deck located on the 57th floor of the Burj Khalifa. The experience was simply incredible - the views of the citys skyline were breathtaking! I was able to take in a 360-degree view of the city and spot some of Dubais most iconic landmarks, such as the Burj Al Arab and the Palm Jumeirah. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I was able to take some amazing photographs from the observation deck. Overall, it was an incredible experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai!

    Huge buildings with office. The building is near to the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. There are multiple offices here. The building 1 2 3 are on one side and building 4 5 6 are on opposite side. The parking charges inside is 20AED per hour. On the front side of building 3 there is a skywalk connection to metro station and the Dubai mall. There are restaurant in the building 1 like Costa coffee and some other. There is also a convince store in building 1. The building is located in Center of Dubai downtown.

    This is a business offices location where many large companies have their head office located at, and the main office for Emaar as well. Parking is paid, as of writing this its AED 20 per hour.

    I was here with a friend who had some property related work.It looked all very clean and efficient. The Emaar staff seemed well trained and polite.If you use their paid parking, make sure to take the parking chip with you inside the center, and once youre done, ask the reception to validate the chip so you dont pay anything on leaving the parking.

    Area is nice to walk around its a one way system which means during peak hours from 5pm onwards there mostly like is traffic. It has a vast number of restaurants and coffee shops. Paid parking in each of the Emaar buildings for customers.

    Its office building with paid visitors parking. So if youre planning to visit for short time then maybe need to pay 25aed per hour minimum parking. Or if coming for more than an hour then probably best option is to park in mall parking and come by walk to this area its easily accessible by walk. I visited building 1 Emaar Square

    I love all Emaar buildings. I loved that they have electric car charging docks in their lot. Its Clean, cooling is great, has alot of companies and is always full and busy but always clean and fresh.

Walk a few hundred meters to the metro, through air conditioned pathway built between the dubai mall and the metro station.5. Walk a few hundred meters to the burn khalifa.

    Dubai Land Dept has an office here for registering ones property . Our experience was very positive. The staff were receptive and prompt in the services they offered.We completed our work with minimal hassle. Congrats to the authorities for ensuring that the Property Owners dont have to go from desk to desk to get their work done.They also validate the parking charges whc is a boon, because the hourly parking charges in Emaar Square is RIDICULOUSLY EXORBITANT. Dhs 25 per Hour. This is unacceptable .Building Management should immediately reduce the parking charges to an affordable level as prevalent all over Dubai.

    As per the infrastructure it very well with outdoor seating and plenty of parkingand free WiFi. But I was unable to find drinking water and also the parking charges are very high, if not noticed properly it takes time to find the the entrance to visitors parking

    It was a nice corporate building. But we cant enter the building offices without identity. We have to show the identity then the security will ask the relevant office where you have to go. If that office allows then you can go to the office otherwise you cant just visit.

    Those are a cluster of reasonably nice office buildings .. PepsiCo, HSBC and others take Emaar Square as their regional head quarters .. they are middle of the way in terms of what they offer .. probably proximity to the metro and the Dubai mall are the highlights..they are not up to the level of the DIFC offices ..
