    Its a great business hub in Oud Metha. It accommodates the attestation center of the Indian Consulate. There is a Typing & Translation office called Online Smart Services in the second floor. It provides so many services including legal services.

    Those who are visiting this place and if you don’t find parking in front of building, check at the backside of building you will find more number of parking spaces. And if you are searching for an unlimited breakfast buffet only at 10dhirams check at the ground floor restaurant. Affordable and neat restaurant for dine in.

    This is a very good building. Customers of SG IVS Global make up the vast majority of the visitors. A tiny bit of confusion can be found at the entrance. Should install a greater number of signboards for the guests. Both the front and the back sides of the building feature a large number of parking spaces.

    You cant find it easily because the entrance and the Atrium Business Centre board is placed at the entrance and the entrance is situated at the side. Not towards the road side. Its next to Gmc. If you are coming from the Audh metha matro station, its easier to get pass through the bus station so that you cold bypass some distance. The centre is just opposite to the bus station.
