Much crowded during office in and out hours since its packed with corporate high-rises, stylish apartments buildings, and swanky hotels.Dubai Water Canal has jogging and cycling tracks plus a colorful mechanical waterfall, waterside restaurants and business Bay Avenue mall is filled with restaurants with family-friendly dining options.

It’s effected badly due to weather conditions today. The authorities, municipality workers and volunteers are working continuously but there is continuous rain making their job challenging. It’s better you enjoy the weather from home instead of being on roads unless there is emergency

The infrastructure of Business Bay has been completed in 2008, and the entire development was completed.
