    Everytime I have to visit this place for DED services and Amer services for the company license and employee renewal and visa stamping.You can find the Amer centre,Al Adheed, DED,land department for leasing services,notary services,tas-heel for labour.They have plenty of parking in front of the building and cafeteria inside the building ground floor.

For instance, there are real estate offices, Tasheel (government services), trading companies, architectural consultants, legal services, etc.Business venue building is located close to Oud Metha Metro Station (walkable distance and you just need a walk for 7 mins to reach the business venue building.

    Nice building, has comfortable lounges to wait, pretty cool cafeteria. Never seen a busy work place quieter than this place but the ding dong sound from the elevevator sometimes annoys as you can hear it from any part of the building. Great place for businesses. The whole setup is aesthetically pleasing (especially the view from the elevator) and well maintained.

    Nearest place for me ,friendly staff, I gets irritated with the language hence they dosent understand english. But they try and so hard working staff .i love this center and cracks jokes sometime with them to make them happy.

    The labour court and also the closeness to other labour agencies made my experience wonderful. I like Dubai for using well trained and friendly staff in most of their facilities.The reason UAE will continue to grow is because the have create a system which embraces discipline.

    Visited this building for our office Ejari at ground floor. It was very fast and easy to make Ejari. Ground floor there are Taashil, Amer, Ejari and on-time center for Dubai Court work. During office hours finding parking is a bit challenge. Most of these centers are open from 8 am to 8 pm.

    Whenever going to Al Adheed Center or Amer for any labour issues dont forget to carry all your documents required along with Makani number of yours and your companies, also most fees are charged in cash. Met Ms. Kawther Qassab extremely patience and helpful.
