    Its good for offices and Residential places. This is located in Near Deaira Clock Tower 🗼. 500m from DEIRA City Center and 1.5km form Union Metro Station. You can reach here from Deira City centre Metro Station or Al Riggah metro station ⛽ Its just between this two metro. Good business place,many companies, different entrances it has , check before go which entrance you have to take, Dubai economics and tourism office is there ,Dura city center exit 2, walking distance, almost 6 to 8 minutes

    Great place with lots of shops, convenience store, hotels, and cute little cafes and restaurants to eat. Very clean as well, close to Deira City Centre metro and bus station.

    A good plaza with multiple offices for business community and investors.Cool sitting place nearby also and staff is very cooperative too. DED has all seven floors and are filly equipped and helpful staff.If you want to get a relief in any fine, you may visit and try your luck as they do give a relief on genuine issues.If you visit happiness center, parking is free too.
