A prime location, definitely. Good restaurants/cafes and convenient stores are scattered around this area. DMCC metro/train station is just a walking distance. There’s a lake for a great view while lounging on the benches. There’s a gym nearby as well, but you can definitely just jog or bike around the lake for exercise. It’s a great location to find a place especially if you’re working in the area.

We go there for delivery and there was a security guard down in reception he was just a rude man no respect no talking good . Also we ask about one flat number there answers was a like uneducated.....otherwise everything was okay there .. plz change your reception guard man

There is a lake that offers beautiful views while you relax on the benches. Theres also a gym nearby, but you can definitely just run or bike around the lake to get a workout. This is a great place to look for housing.
