What a hotel! Fantastic location for business bay, only a short walk. The staff at the hotel are extremely polite and very attentive. I’m staying at the hotel for business in the area and walk to and from an office nearby. All the staff are always welcoming and often go above and beyond to make your stay memorable…. As the pictures will show. Would 100% stay here again. Special mention to room service, reception staff and those who did my laundry! Less than 24 hours.Incredible hotel. Would stay again.

Best Hilton property in Dubai. Guest service and relations are second to none. A gentleman Mr Pankaj helped us from concierge. Front office colleagues are absolutely amazing at their professionalism! Thank you Ms Christine and your team who assisted us through our stay. Metro station is a huge bonus for this hotel. Love the swimming pool and breakfast through my stay. Breakfast colleagues are really welcoming.

I was welcomed warmly on arrival at the Conrad Hotel in Dubai and was promptly checked into my room. The team kindly gave me a complimentary upgrade which was a really thoughtful gesture. My room, 4218, was nice and spacious, although it was not the corner room I had prebooked on the app.The room itself was very comfortable, with decor that felt a little older but still very pleasant, and it had a good selection of amenities.The executive lounge was nice and the options through the day were lovely. The lady serving the drinks at the happy hour was particularly impressive as she ensured all guests were looked after so well.The hotel is in a very convenient location, with a metro station right outside and plenty of taxis available, all supported by the excellent team who were always happy to assist.Overall, this is a lovely property with great dining options and a fantastic location, making it a good choice for both business and leisure stays.

For some one who travels globally, I’ve stayed here multiple times. I also held a large event here the first week it opened. The hotel is well maintained, rooms are big and comfortable and love the baths!Staff are friendly and service is efficient.Great location if attending a conference as it’s opposite the convention centre and there’s the metro right outside if you choose to use it.Pool area is lovely and great for a city centre hotelI work for a large company and would recommend for business stays and if time allows, a few days extension for leisure.

We really like how big and spacious the room was, the toilets was also very nicely done and bed is nice and soft. Dinning table/space in the room is wonderful to have as well.Location is great and just next to metro station, world trade and taxi is so easily available at the lobby. Great customer service by all staff, from receptionist to lounge staff, cleaning services goes out to make the room nice, clean and organised. They gave us baby supplies and tents for the kids. The staff at the breakfast lounge at level 6 were amazing too!Thank you Conrad for the wonderful 4 days here!

One of my favorite things to do is come to the lounge early in the morning for breakfast before the children wake up. Very good Hotel ! We had a lovely stay. The location is very convenient and the rooms are very spacious, with amazing view. The staff is kind and polite and the room service is also very quick. It’s perfect for any kind of trip as it’s perfect for business travelers because of the location but also for leisure since the pool area is great. The real highlight was the breakfast! We stayed at Conrad Dubai from June 7–8 and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is very convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was quite busy, but everything was well-managed.We booked the HBB package and were a bit surprised that dinner was a set menu rather than a buffet, something we should have clarified beforehand. The food was decent, though not exceptional. On the other hand, the breakfast buffet was excellent, and we especially appreciated how much our 4 year old enjoyed it.The pool area was lovely and relaxingdefinitely a highlight of our stay. All in all, a great short getaway for the family.

Things took a fantastic turn during my five-day stay when I met a gem of a staff member named Juliana.Thanks to Julianas exceptional service, my stay became unforgettable, and I happily awarded the hotel a well-deserved five-star rating! This hotel is amazing! Staff are really nice and welcoming. The location and view are incredible. We are having a family reunion from all around the world and things could not be better. The housekeeper lady for my parents room (Hafsa) is amazing and very attentive.Breakfast buffet is very good, I recommend booking your stay with breakfast.Good pool and pool bar.Rooms and washrooms have good sizeLuxury. The whole building is high end and luxury.Areas for improvement: the windows could be cleaned from outside more frequently.Verdict: definitely recommend it!

This was our first stay in dubai and stayed at conrad. In order to see the entire city the location was perfect for us as the metro was directly in front of the hotel. We had no kids with us so we did not needed anything else than a nice pool area.The hotel was very organized, the staff was very polite and super helpfull all the time.We selected halfboard and this was the right choice. You can select from eating in room, the italian restaurant and an asian place.The food was always fresh made and very delicious.I can recommend this hotel fully, we had a very nice stay!

For someone who is not an official guest of this hotel, I get the 5 star guest treatment, even if it’s just for a coffee from Isla, the lobby Cafe or Bellario restaurant on the 6th Floor. So far I’ve had wonderful customer service experiences from Jenny and Liza in the Lobby, and Avita and Anilla from the kitchen and guest services. Everyone has been warm, welcoming and it’s not forced. To anyone exploring hotels to stay in the World Trade area, the Conrad is literally outside the metro stop. The breakfast at Bellario is divine (Worth the add on experience.)

Conrad Dubai made our wedding anniversary memorable. They welcomed us with a complimentary chocolate cake and desserts and they allowed us for early check in. Since our flight leaving Dubai was not until midnight, they let us check out late and continue to use the amenities while waiting. Room cleaner also did a great job keeping our room spotless. Breakfast also has a good selection. Excellent service and awesome location. Very happy we chose Conrad for our Dubai vacation.

Excellent service from all the staff members! Stayed for 6 nights with my husband and 11 month old baby girl and every member of staff was super friendly with us and made us feel very comfortable! Super thanks to Badawy who was always very welcoming at the lobby, he was very playful with our baby girl too! We are very thankful for Mariam at the reception who helped us out with any inconveniences we had during our stay! Location is amazing, great view of the Museum Of The Future from our room, just a 10 minute drive from the Dubai mall and Burj Khakifa, and only costs £4-6 I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Conrad is excellent for business travel. The location is central to dubai city which gives one the opportunity to literally access the city properly. The staff courteous and polite. Our reception by the young man Felix at the front was one of the best Ive ever had, he was so polite and playful, and the checking in by the reception as quickly as i wanted. I had a wonderful stay at the Conrad! I was here for business and it was perfect location to go to World Trade Center. The front desk staff was very friendly, the Ballaro offered delicious breakfast buffet and dinner - and very attentive and friendly service. The spa was a lifesaver for me as I had a very strained back issue - thanks to Neyreda. And a very special thank you to the bellman David who was first to greet me upon arrival and the last to say goodbye when he helped me get my bags to the taxi - he was just a super human being who showed extraordinary amounts of kindness and professional service. To the General Manager - many hotels should take notes from you! The consistency of service throughout my stay was very special and will be remembered always!

Since our itinerary was packed with activities, we didn’t get to fully indulge in the hotel’s luxury, but from what we experienced, it’s undoubtedly one of the best business hotels I’ve stayed at.The location is incredibly convenient—close to Downtown Dubai with excellent connectivity to major attractions. Getting around was effortless, making it a great base for exploring the city.We were pleasantly surprised to receive a suite upgrade on our second day, which made our stay even more comfortable. Most of the front desk staff were friendly and engaging, adding to the positive experience. However, I did have one unpleasant encounter when requesting a late checkout. While I understand the hotel might have been at full occupancy, the response felt unnecessarily abrupt, as the staff member dismissed the request outright without even checking availability.Breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of high-quality options. However, what truly stood out was the evening service in the Executive Lounge during happy hour. The food selection was outstanding and made for a perfect way to unwind after a long day.A special mention to Mark from Conrad Services, who went above and beyond to accommodate our requests—his attentiveness truly enhanced our stay.Despite the minor issue with the late checkout request, our stay at Conrad Dubai was fantastic. We had a lovely stay at the Conrad, which was truly 5 star in every way. The rooms were well appointed, with luxury amenities, the breakfast was top notch, and I looooved the steam rooms and saunas and pools in the spa. The location was amazing and close by to both getting to Downtown and to Palm Jumeirah area.Thanks to booking via Amex FHR, we were upgraded and had Executive Lounge access which was great for coffee, alcoholic beverages, snacks, and light meal options. The staff throughout the hotel was amazing - especially Roel and Naseem Bahat who went out of their way to provide top notch service.I would 100% stay at the Conrad again when visiting Dubai, I’m missing our trip already!

We were recently welcomed with our 25th stay so far !The staff is always smiling and especially Mr Fareed who takes care of us from beginning to end just to make sure that everything is comfortable. The breakfast is very lavish and good quality is excellent. Location is very central on Sheikh Zayed road.Rooms are very spacious and neatly done. Stayed at Conrad Dubai and it was a lovely experience. Place was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Every member of staff was polite and helpful from the guys at the reception, the housekeeping staff, the executive lounge staff ( Francis at the executive lounge was particularly attentive), the pool bar staff and the Anasa restaurant staff. Special thanks to Wildan at the reception who allowed us to check out late at 4pm and extended our executive lounge access until it was time for us to leave for the airport for our late flight.It was really a beautiful stay and we will definitely stay at the Conrad again on our next visit to Dubai.
