I had a fantastic stay at the Conrad Hotel in Dubai the hotel itself is stunning, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the incredible team.I want to give a special thank you to Fettouh from housekeeping the kind of person who makes sure everything is perfect without you even needing to ask.Agus from Ballardo restaurant truly stood out. This guy is exceptional — professional, friendly, and genuinely passionate about what he does. Thanks to his great energy and service.Kawtar at the entrance Ballardo was always welcoming with a warm smile and made me feel at ease every time I walked in. Her hospitality really set the tone.And last but not least Badawy in the lobby always smiling, helpful, and communicative. Whether it was helping with directions or simply making conversation, he added a really positive vibe to my stay.Thank you to all of you for making my time at Conrad so special. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This was our first stay in dubai and stayed at conrad. In order to see the entire city the location was perfect for us as the metro was directly in front of the hotel. We had no kids with us so we did not needed anything else than a nice pool area.The hotel was very organized, the staff was very polite and super helpfull all the time.We selected halfboard and this was the right choice. You can select from eating in room, the italian restaurant and an asian place.The food was always fresh made and very delicious.I can recommend this hotel fully, we had a very nice stay!

Conrad Dubai made our wedding anniversary memorable. They welcomed us with a complimentary chocolate cake and desserts and they allowed us for early check in. Since our flight leaving Dubai was not until midnight, they let us check out late and continue to use the amenities while waiting. Room cleaner also did a great job keeping our room spotless. Breakfast also has a good selection. Excellent service and awesome location. Very happy we chose Conrad for our Dubai vacation.

Excellent service from all the staff members! Stayed for 6 nights with my husband and 11 month old baby girl and every member of staff was super friendly with us and made us feel very comfortable! Super thanks to Badawy who was always very welcoming at the lobby, he was very playful with our baby girl too! We are very thankful for Mariam at the reception who helped us out with any inconveniences we had during our stay! Location is amazing, great view of the Museum Of The Future from our room, just a 10 minute drive from the Dubai mall and Burj Khakifa, and only costs £4-6 I would definitely recommend this hotel!

They diligently took care of our luggage, arranged our valet service, and even provided assistance with taxis on demand.Ali, our bell desk staff, was a true gem. With exceptional promptness and courtesy, Ali never allowed us to carry our bags and promptly sent them to our rooms. Bahar, our concierge staff, went above and beyond to accommodate every request, whether it was a grand gesture or a simple favor.Even when my flight back to the US was unexpectedly canceled, the hotel staff demonstrated their unwavering commitment to our well-being. They graciously welcomed me back to my original booking and offered me a late checkout until my new room was ready.Conrad Dubai truly embodies the essence of luxury and hospitality, and I will always cherish the memories I made during my stay there.

A very positive stay, many thanks to Badawi and Maryam. They were both incredibly helpful and polite. From the beginning to the end of our stay, Badawi and Maryam recalled our names individually as well as our daughter’s.Staff were polite overall, Maryam upgraded us and when the upgrade went wrong due to no fault of hers, she provided us facilities which genuinely made our stay memorable.Great hotel if you need to stay on Sheikh Zayed Road.

As a Hilton Gold member, I really appreciated the complimentary room upgrade—it made our stay even more comfortable.Special thanks to Abil, Buket, and Badawy for their friendly and helpful service throughout. The location is exquisite with five-star check-in and acknowledgement of Hiltons Diamond medallion status. I received a lovely welcome gift of chocolates &strawberries and rose petals with champagne. The executive lounge is by far one of Hiltons best. Turn-down service is second only to Saxon Hotel in Johannesburg. Dubai was magical and I cant wait to visit again and refer friends and family to this lovely property.

Choosing a hotel while traveling can be stressful, but rest assured, the Conrad Dubai provides a fantastic experience. From the time we arrived at 3 am, the gentleman at the front desk was warm and welcoming. Roel, the gentleman who escorted us to our room, provided a wonderful start to our stay. His professionalism and friendly demeanor were immediately apparent. Similarly, Francis in the Executive Lounge stood out for his exceptional service. He was attentive, personable, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Both Roel and Francis exemplify the kind of hospitality that makes a stay truly memorable. Our room was exceptionally clean and all of the staff we encountered were some of the nicest in the hospitality industry. We are thrilled that we are here for a few more days - cant recommend this hotel enough!

I had the best experience of my life in my nth time in Dubai. The staff are very supportive here, they are happy looking individuals. Their eyes light up when they see the guests. I did not see a Hotel having all the staff HAPPY despite their own struggles in life. I hope the owner of Conrad Dubai Hilton give their staff a commendation for this. I love my stay here ❤️

Had an incredible time at Conrad. We used to take the suite but this tome I got the executive lounge and it was such a nice stay! From Dennis who was getting us the cabs, he treated us so much kindness and positivity! He deserves a raise and promotion! To philip at the counter and Daniel also outside! To also Rouwada from the Executive Lounge at the 24th floor! Everyone was so kind and felt like family. I cant wait to be back! I love this hotel and its staff! Highly recommend

An excellent hotel stay at Conrad Dubai. The 2 rooms were of the highest quality. The beds were amazing comfortable. The outdoor pool is very nice and relaxing. Executive lounge in evening had a great selection of lovely food options and especially accommodating with my son who has vegan diet. Francis provided a very professional and friendly service! Highly enjoyable and recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at the Conrad! I was here for business and it was perfect location to go to World Trade Center. The front desk staff was very friendly, the Ballaro offered delicious breakfast buffet and dinner - and very attentive and friendly service. The spa was a lifesaver for me as I had a very strained back issue - thanks to Neyreda. And a very special thank you to the bellman David who was first to greet me upon arrival and the last to say goodbye when he helped me get my bags to the taxi - he was just a super human being who showed extraordinary amounts of kindness and professional service. To the General Manager - many hotels should take notes from you! The consistency of service throughout my stay was very special and will be remembered always!

Our group of four, including my brother and friends, stayed at Conrad Dubai for the first four nights of our 10-day trip. Since our itinerary was packed with activities, we didn’t get to fully indulge in the hotel’s luxury, but from what we experienced, it’s undoubtedly one of the best business hotels I’ve stayed at.The location is incredibly convenient—close to Downtown Dubai with excellent connectivity to major attractions. Getting around was effortless, making it a great base for exploring the city.We were pleasantly surprised to receive a suite upgrade on our second day, which made our stay even more comfortable. Most of the front desk staff were friendly and engaging, adding to the positive experience. However, I did have one unpleasant encounter when requesting a late checkout. While I understand the hotel might have been at full occupancy, the response felt unnecessarily abrupt, as the staff member dismissed the request outright without even checking availability.Breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of high-quality options. However, what truly stood out was the evening service in the Executive Lounge during happy hour. The food selection was outstanding and made for a perfect way to unwind after a long day.A special mention to Mark from Conrad Services, who went above and beyond to accommodate our requests—his attentiveness truly enhanced our stay.Despite the minor issue with the late checkout request, our stay at Conrad Dubai was fantastic. We chose the Conrad Dubai for its convenient location near the Dubai Mall, Museum of the Future, and Burj Khalifa, as well as its quick connection to the airport—ideal for our short 24-hour stay.The hotel offers good value for money, is well-equipped, and serves a great breakfast that can be enjoyed on a pleasant terrace. The buffet is varied and of high quality.For a city hotel, the pool area is also very nice. We would gladly stay at the Conrad Dubai again for a city trip.

Great location and amazing stay. Breakfast was amazing everyday and several options to choose from. The hotel itself was close to everything, and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. No complaints at all. The only thing I can say though is that since there’s so many floors, the elevators may take a while to reach your floor.Badawy especially was a nice gentlemen who was a staff member in the lobby. He’d always greet me with a smile every morning.

I had a pleasant stay during my Dubai trip. The room was clean, facilities were up to the mark, and the in-room dining was tasty. Ms. Phu provided exceptional service at check-in, quickly finding a room that suited my needs. The concierge team was helpful and patient with my multiple online orders. The only downside was the inconvenient TV placement, making it hard to watch from the bed or desk. Overall, a comfortable and satisfying experience.

Stayed at Conrad Dubai and it was a lovely experience. Place was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Every member of staff was polite and helpful from the guys at the reception, the housekeeping staff, the executive lounge staff ( Francis at the executive lounge was particularly attentive), the pool bar staff and the Anasa restaurant staff. Special thanks to Wildan at the reception who allowed us to check out late at 4pm and extended our executive lounge access until it was time for us to leave for the airport for our late flight.It was really a beautiful stay and we will definitely stay at the Conrad again on our next visit to Dubai.

As a diamond-loyal member, I got a speedy early check-in and my stunning upgrade to two double-bed Deluxe Suites as soon as I arrived. I also had unlimited access to the Executive Club lounge on the 24th. My deluxe suite was on floor 32nd—excellent professional, friendly staff, etc. Hilton is better outside the United States than in the States. It was an amazing experience, a fantastic hotel, and Im one hundred 💯 percent happy and satisfied. They treated me like I was king with my diamond status. Incredible experience

The hotel was very nice and the room service was great aswell, however we did face some issues with payment where we the hotel extracted twice the amount were we supposed to pay and the issue is still ongoing to be resolved.Other than than the rooms were amazing, we booked a suit and they gave us an upgrade which was appreciated, also the breakfast was amazing with a variety of choices and a great outside seating area.Whilst checkout, we met badawy he was a great server and gave us insight on the hotel and made sure our stay was comfortable.Overall, it was a really good experience!

The Conrad Hotel was our first choice for our first arrival in Dubai, an extremely, very nicely decorated place, the ambiance and appearance of the reception and the entrance to the Hotel is incredible, all the staff are extremely friendly! The location of the hotel is perfect, everything is nearby! The pool is very hot and large, the sunbeds are extremely comfortable, a nice place to rest! You have to wait 5-7 minutes for the elevator to arrive on the floor due to the large number of people in the hotel! I have to mention two Securitiy, we had a situation where we lost our mobile phone in a taxi, we asked them to find it, they solved the situation extremely quickly and returned the lost mobile phone to us, they were very patient, reasonable, fast, professional! Thank you very much Security Junaid for help! An exceptionally very nice place to rest!

The hotels location is fantastic, right next to the metro, making it easy to explore the area, including Dubai Mall.Although the check-in process took a bit longer than expected, Isha was incredibly kind and offered us a room that was immediately available. The pool was refreshing, and the food quality was excellent, especially the breakfast with its wide variety of choices.Check-out was also a bit slow due to the queue, but a special thanks to Frenny, who noticed the long line and promptly assisted me with the check-out process. I had an amazing Iftar experience at The Avery in Conrad! The buffet offered a wide selection of dishes, from traditional Middle Eastern favorites to international cuisine. Every dish was well-prepared, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The variety of mezze, grilled meats, and seafood was impressive, and the dessert station was a true highlight—especially the kunafa and Arabic sweets.The ambiance was elegant and relaxing, perfect for breaking the fast with family and friends. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff ensuring our dining experience was seamless. Overall, it was a fantastic Iftar with exceptional quality and variety. Highly recommend!

I would like to praise the hotel staff,first and foremost Afzal for his service and heartfelt concern.The rooms are comfortable, large, and technologically advanced with a TV in the bathroom!The pool and spa are stunning.The breakfast is amazing with food from all over the world, including a sushi stand.Another thank you to Ayaz and Linda from the reception team for a quick and patient check-in. In addition, a huge thank you to Gamze for a successful tour of the hotel.Even the cleaning of the rooms is done responsibly and with dedication, with attention to little detail. We travel to Abu Dhabi and Dubai several times a year. We stayed in this beautiful hotel for the first time in April 2024. The staff is always friendly and helpful - a good example of first-class service :-) My wife and I always felt safe and comfortable. The environment is also safe and you can take a walk into the city, Museum of the Future, Dubai Frame or start your tour by car or subway (just 50 meters away) to many other beautiful places in Dubai. Breakfast is always delicious and there is a wide selection of fresh food and fruit. The lounge also has very good food and drinks in international and arabic style and lots of friendly staff. One person we would like to highlight is Mr. Michael Abdelnour (Front Office). He made our first stay at this hotel perfect - right from check-in. Additional thanks to Mr. Badawi for explaining and showing the Arabic coffee protocol. And what can we say, we have booked our next stay in Dubai in march at this wonderful hotel. We hope to see Mr. Abdelnour again. We can highly recommend this hotel :-)

We had an excellent day room at the Conrad. We booked a day-use room from 10am to 6pm, as we had an early flight in to Dubai. The property is beautiful and well located for trips to the Museum of the Future and the Burj Khalifa area. Our room was excellent and all went well. Arriving at Conrad Dubai with some Hilton status will completely change your experience. From the moment I arrived, Muhammad Fareed was spectacular. I got an upgrade in my room category and the service was splendid. Without a doubt, the breakfast is one of the best of the Hiltons I have stayed at and the staff was very friendly and kind. The turn down service is very good and they will leave you some dates before you go to sleep. The location of the hotel in front of the metro station makes it very convenient. Amazing staff. Badawy offered us Arabic coffee while waiting. Reception were very kind to check us in and out. At 6th floor we have restaurant and Katrine welcomes you with a beautiful smile. There is a great gym, complimentary dry and steam (menthol-eucalyptus infused) spa.Rooms gets serviced twice a day and facilities are very comfortable. We had a conference at WTC and it was literally walking distance.Cannot recommend this place enough.

We enjoyed a great 2 night stay at the Conrad hotel. Our flight arrived very early morning, many hours before check in but being Hilton Honors members we were kindly allocated our room upon arrival which was much appreciated.Later that day we sat fighting our jet lag in the hotel foyer and were visited by Sneha and Badawy who recommended delicious fruit tea and speciality coffee which gave us a much needed boost!Great stay, great staff, great location!
