Good place to rent an office space. Offers all the amenities for the office staff, located right across the canal so you can enjoy the walk @ Canal. Washrooms are common but still very neat & clean. Security staff is very cooperative. Wonderful Tower for companies who wants to setup offices in low budget with great fesilities. Couple of pictures attached from the canal walk (Day & Night view) which is right behind the tower. -

Wish there was parking for visitors and the worst part is there is no public parking in that area except the first building in the road has valet parking. So good luck finding parking. Little ahead there is rough area for quick parking. -
