    DAMAC Executive Bay is a well-maintained and strategically located building in Business Bay.It offers modern office and residential spaces with great facilities, including a gym, pool, and retail outlets.The location is excellent, with easy access to major roads, public transport, and dining options.A great place for both living and working in the heart of Dubai!

    We had apartment for 8 nights.. nice house and pool... There is sauna and jacuzzi, but they work only on woman side.. there is construction work going on outside 24/7 but its ok because in Dubai there are construction going on everywhere...

    Its place near by downtown Nd downtown is heart of Dubai there have amazing facilities near by Dubai mall Al qouZ every where very to reach destination connect with every road main Al khail Nd shiekh zayed Nd ras Al khor meydan side so its worth place for good life amazing place I recommend this place good view every where

    The rooms are small and congested, rest all is awesome like any Damac facility.The view os beautiful and the area is clean. Wish that more markets and shops were nearby. The location is a bit away from hustle bustle of bay area, and close towards al quoz. Overall good barbecue place, but need to book in advance. Swimming pool and gym are phenomenal good.

    Clean and new building that is only 2 years of age. Residents here are very friendly and the amenities from swimming pool to the gym, sauna and steam shower are well maintained. Only drawback would be the very sensible fire alarm system which is on 90% of the times as a false alarm. Two small markets are available downstairs and have most of the important stuff.

    Nice place for residents, good property and services of Damac, view of race course and also the beautiful garden and the lake which is known for the two hearts in the middle. fully loaded with a premium facilities like swimming pool, gym, jacuzzi, sauna bath, steam bath, which is quite rare in the other buildings in Dubai.
