I’ve stayed here many times, and I just realized that I haven’t written a review before.Every time I stay, I’m impressed by the staff — always friendly and welcoming.As a Diamond member, I was upgraded to a one-bedroom suite.The room was lovely — spacious, clean, and consistent with the high standards I’ve come to expect..Special thanks to Zaki — he handled the fastest check-in I’ve ever experienced and was incredibly friendly. By the way, I’ve been lucky to be checked in by him several times.

Mr. Zaki is highly professional and exceptionally understanding. He assisted us efficiently when one of the other staff member were unable to help. He smoothly arranged a room relocation, which made our stay far more comfortable and pleasant. Mr. Zaki is truly an asset and a valuable member of the hotel team. We were able to enjoy our stay thanks to him. The only reason we are giving 5 stars is because of Mr. Zaki’s outstanding service.

Amazing Iftar Experience at DoubleTree Al JadafHad an incredible Iftar experience at DoubleTree Al Jadaf on March 17, 2025, with my friend. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed at the entrance of the restaurant by a lovely staff member (unfortunately, I can’t recall her name, but her hospitality was exceptional).The variety of food was impressive, with a delicious selection of traditional and international dishes, all beautifully presented and full of flavor. The atmosphere was perfect for the occasion—cozy, well-organized, and with great service throughout.Overall, it was a fantastic evening, and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable Iftar experience. Will definitely be coming back!

I had the pleasure of staying at Doubletree by Hilton Al Jaddaf twice, from 10th November to 30th November 2024 and again from 11th March to 30th March 2025, for work-related trips. My experience was nothing short of exceptional on both occasions.The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view of the creek, making it a perfect retreat after long workdays. The breakfast spread was delightful, with a variety of options to suit every palate. Special thanks to Tuan and Imon for always serving the best coffee to kick-start my mornings and to Asim, who consistently went above and beyond to provide delicious custom breakfast items. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made every morning memorable.Zaki from the Front Desk deserves special recognition for his outstanding assistance throughout my stays. Whether it was check-in, checkout, billing, or invoicing, Zaki was always prompt, professional, and incredibly helpful. Mani from Housekeeping ensured my room was impeccably maintained, which made my stay even more comfortable.A heartfelt thanks to Hesham, who always welcomed me back to the hotel with a genuine smile and a warm greeting. He even came to my rescue during a minor packaging mishap with food I ordered from outside, handling the situation seamlessly and efficiently.The staffs hospitality truly made a difference, and I cannot thank them enough for their exceptional service. Excellent property right in the centre of Dubai and within walking distance of metro. Proximity to airport and Dubai mall is just 10 mins. I stayed 4 nights and found the staff and service to be very good. Special thanks to Mr.Mani from house keeping, who did a wonderful job everyday, restoring and maintaining the room in a spec and span manner. Even Mr.Sean at reception was very courteous and friendly. Would definitely recommend others to try this hotel.

Five minutes from the metro with rooms that have a view to die for! Unbelievable service with Sean being our constant contact point and never letting us down with brilliant service on all levels!Needless to say the rest of the crew also were amazing from Ivy, Henry ( I could go on)Thank you so much for the wonderful stay! Our stay at this hotel had both positives and negatives.First, there was confusion with our reserved rooms. We had booked a triple room, but the extra bed was missing upon arrival. We had to wait for almost an hour for someone to bring it. The room was not properly prepared, as there were only two towels instead of three, and we had to request additional amenities.The check-in process was very long, which was frustrating after a long journey.Another inconvenience was the Ramadan schedule, which affected some of the hotel’s services. The rooftop bar and swimming pool closed at 4 PM, which was quite early. Also, while the room had a large bottle labeled as hair conditioner, it was completely empty. On the bright side, the hotel did provide high-quality body lotion and shampoo/shower gel.One misleading aspect was the view of Burj Khalifa shown on Booking.com. The picture was taken years ago, before new buildings were constructed. Now, the view is blocked, which was disappointing.However, despite these issues, we still had a good overall experience. The breakfast was exceptional, and having a barista prepare your coffee—especially with plant-based milk options—was a fantastic touch.

I visited DoubleTree by Hilton Al Jadaf in Dubai in June 2024 and had a lovely stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff, especially the reception girl named Kirti, were incredibly welcoming and helpful. She really set the tone for my entire stay with her warm and friendly demeanor.The hotel itself was nice, with comfortable rooms and excellent facilities. The pool was a highlight, providing a perfect spot to relax and cool off. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the famous city sites, so you will need a car to get around easily. However, if you dont mind the commute, its a great place to stay.Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would recommend DoubleTree by Hilton Al Jadaf to others.

I had one night stay. Due to some negative reviews I saw, I stopped at reception & told them so & requested to see a sample room. Staff were friendly & showed a room & I accepted to book using my balance points in my membership program. I then had a smooth check in by the friendly staff. Room was fine with all expected amenities. View was looking across street to an apartment building. When I could not switch on AC, a service man came to help & all was OK.Gym was small but reasonably equipped. Roof top pool was good but due to wind I couldn’t use. Breakfast in morning was having good selection & friendly staff who struggled to arrange seating of guests due to volume at same time though timing extends to 11 am.

Omg this is the best breakfast I ever had. I have traveled to so many places and by far this is the best breakfast largest buffet I ever had. Not only the food is amazing and delicious but the service is even better. Thank you to the staff Dillara with her beautiful smile and the chef Luciano with his beautiful humor and his amazing pancakes. You will see in the video what I mean by his amazing pancakes. I look forward to coming for breakfast every morning here in Dubai because of the friendly atmosphere the beautiful food and the humor.. I wish every place I visit was like this. This is a must go to place in Dubai Doubletree by Hilton. The staff are all amazing from check-in staff with Zaki to turn down service and breakfast. The person that cleaned my roomYesterday Rajesh left a beautiful roses and a sculpture on my bed, which was just very nice gesture. This is a must select place on your trip.

Just like other hotels in Hilton chain this hotel located in Al Jadaaf provides with luxurious stay for a reasonable cost. Rooms were very spacious. We stayed in both king room and a twin room. They were well maintained and cleaned with all necessities. This hotel is very close( walking distance) to Al Jadaaf metro station. There is a free Shuttle bus service to Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa. I would recommend this hotel if you wish a luxurious stay for a reasonable cost.

Their hospitality truly made a difference in my experience.The room was decent and comfortable, meeting expectations for a pleasant stay. I opted for the half-board package, and the breakfast was particularly enjoyable—especially the egg station and the great coffee. Dinner was tasteful, though I felt a bit more variety would have been ideal. That said, the staff accommodated special requests, which was a nice touch.The on-site gym was okay, providing enough equipment for a basic workout. What made my stay even more special was how the staff helped celebrate my 21st birthday, adding a personal and memorable touch to the experience.Overall, I had a great time, and I truly appreciate the warm hospitality. I’d definitely consider staying here again!

I visited the spa for a Moroccan bath yesterday, and I was disappointed. Firstly, the staff was late, then the steamer was not working, and it finally came on after almost 10 to 15 minutes, and to top it all, the shower had no hot water.I asked for a discount, saying your equipment is not working and I still had to pay the price, which is not acceptable.I would not suggest for anyone to go to that spa..

I dont often write reviews but I must say I was very pleased with my stay at The Double Tree by Hilton Al Jadaf. Rooms were clean and kept clean. Hotel is quite central, 5 minute walk to the metro station if you choose to try the metro. We had the buffet breakfast every morning. Options were great something for everyone including children. Local and international options. You will not be disappointed. Special shout to BARI who seated us at breakfast every morning and ensured we were well taken care of. Her professional and attention to guests was very refreshing.All and all a great experience. Thank you Doubletree by Hilton at Al Jadaf.

We had stay from March 15th through 18th. Conveniently located from all major attractions 15-20min from DXB airport.Hotel is good, rooms were nice. Breakfast had multiple options with live stations. Frontdesk to everyone was very nice. Great hospitality.Alot of restaurants and supermarkets right next to it so plenty food options.They also provide free shuttle buses to Lamer beach and Dubai mall at prescheduled time.

Had a great experience at the Double Tree By Hilton Al Jaddaf. The staff was amazing. Very professional, friendly and super helpful, especially Zaki, Taha , Hisham, Tuan, and Vinay. The staff at the hotel were amazing and made my solo experience in Dubai very safe and informative. Gul and Rajan were a pleasure to see and speak with everyday, always cracking a joke and providing so much trusted local advice. The breakfast staff also paid attention to details. One of the girls noticed I had asked for hot sauce 2 days in a row and on the 3rd she brought me hot sauce before I asked. Dhilara was also very welcoming as well. I had an enjoyable stay in DoubleTree by Hilton. The customer service is excellent! Our room was cleaned by Ravi during our 8 days stay there. It was very well-maintained. Prasad helped us with our heavy luggages when we checked out and he make sure that our luggages are safely in our taxi before we move to the airport. Last but not least, our helpful and polite front desk staff, Mr Zaki. He had made us very happy when we arrived in Dubai. He allowed us to have an early check-in at 8am and also late check-out at 4pm. He is very understanding as we are travelling with a young child. He wouldnt want to make things difficult for us. The service is very good. Nice location; 5 minutes from downtown, dubai mall, etc…Breakfast is acceptable. Buffet is available at Lunch and Dinner. PRASAR at the reception is very nice and always available. For housekeeping; SHERUL has outstanding service.The only problem is that they have a lot of constructions around and there is no working ramp outside of Hotel. It’s a bit difficult to have a promenade with a dog or have simply a walk outside.

The best part of this hotel is the approximity to the train station, the international airport, wifi, and FOOD! Breakfast and dinner were all buffets with fresh ingrediants and a lot of variaties to choose from! Quality of stay compared to the cost is one of the highest tbh! I recommend those that want to check out the upper part of Dubai to stay here prior/post departure as it is very close to the airport! Oh, someone also left the review the skyline views of the Burj and the city was blocked by construction and a building and it is true. Adding a video so you are not to disappointed! The water in the pool is warm and heated, which is great!

When price performance is considered, it is a very affordable hotel and you get what you pay for. the hotel is located close to the metro. there is a shuttle to dubai mall and jumarih beach (in the morning, noon and evening). the hotel staff is very polite, helpful and very kind. the breakfast is an open buffet concept, nothing more, nothing less. I would like to thank thir hesham ivy, dilhara and all the hotel staff whose names i cant remember.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Double Tree Al Jadaf and i wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to the executive Chef Mehdi and their entire team ( Alvaro was amazing ) for making my experience truly memorable. from the moment i arrived, i was blown away by the quality and creativity of the meals. the chefs attention to detail, and ability to cater to every guests dietary preference is unparalleled thanks to chef Alvaro.a special thank you to Chef Mehdi and the team for going above and beyond to make my dining experiences so exceptional. each dish was not only a delight to the taste buds but also beautiful presented, showcasing a true passion for the craft. whether it was a personalized meal or a carefully curated tasting menu, it was clear that the team takes great pride in their work.i would like also to thank Tabish for his outstanding and friendly service.that being said, there was a minor comment with the room setup upon my arrival, a few amenities were missing, such as slippers, and tissue box inside the bathroom was empty. i had to call for these to be replenished, but this was promptly addressed by the staff, despite this small oversight, my stay was very pleasant, and the over all service made up for it.i highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable culinary experience.

Staying here for work and staff especially Mohammed have been very helpful in making my stay stress-free. He is very knowledgeable and always attentive to the need of the guests. The hotel is near a metro station which is helpful and the free shuttle to the Dubai Mall is really great. The coffee shop on the ground floor has also a welcoming staff that serves good quality expresso.

Coming from Europe, I have to admit due to pathetic services back in Europe, I had very little expectations. But even then the room, cleanliness, furnitures and equipments (The room was equipped with pressing iron) were surreal. The breakfast and dinner are well within reasonable prices with a variety of options. The only issue I will point out would be to have a slightly wider range for controlling room temperature. Although for most people the lowest point of 17°c would be good enough, I prefer a little colder for sleep at night.
