Fantastic hotel to stay, highlighting few points below:1. Staff is very courteous2. Front desk doing a great job and very approachable, I had forgotten my key in the room( he provided me with extra key)3. Close to metro, like 5 mins walk. We are tourist.4. Guest laundry( get your own surf packet), I don’t have to worry about going home and literally it’s takes 2-3 days for me to do my laundry. They have the washing machine with dryer 🤩5. The morning breakfast buffet is just so delicious and a big spread.6. The carpet in my room was a lil dirty though.

Hotel is superb. The hotel itself is located in a not crowded area. Easy to get to the city center just by taxi. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. The pool and the gym is fantastic! There is a staff (a pool life guard Rabi) who is very helpful!!!. there is also self service laundry. This is a good business hotel!

By the way, I’ve been lucky to be checked in by him several times.

Mr. Zaki is highly professional and exceptionally understanding. He assisted us efficiently when one of the other staff member were unable to help. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed at the entrance of the restaurant by a lovely staff member (unfortunately, I can’t recall her name, but her hospitality was exceptional).The variety of food was impressive, with a delicious selection of traditional and international dishes, all beautifully presented and full of flavor. The atmosphere was perfect for the occasion—cozy, well-organized, and with great service throughout.Overall, it was a fantastic evening, and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable Iftar experience. We really enjoyed our stay at the DoubleTree and we extended our reservation several times so we could stay longer. The beds are incredible and you really get a full night’s rest. The location is cozy as well. The staff is incredible nice and accommodating, especially Layal the manager. She answered every question we had and she did so much to ensure that we had everything we needed. I would come downstairs just to find her if I ever had a question, she’s an incredible manager! I recommend staying here and I intend on staying again. Say hi to Layal!

The breakfast spread was delightful, with a variety of options to suit every palate. Special thanks to Tuan and Imon for always serving the best coffee to kick-start my mornings and to Asim, who consistently went above and beyond to provide delicious custom breakfast items. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made every morning memorable.Zaki from the Front Desk deserves special recognition for his outstanding assistance throughout my stays. The suite here is particularly good, it’s very large with heaps of space. The bar is reasonably priced. Everyone is smart and educated and customer service driven and they are very willing to help the gym is good and well stopped the rooftop hall is clean and the happy hour specials are great.Strongly recommended for the staff and the quality and the breakfast and dinner options are fantastic too.

From the moment I arrived, the staff, especially the reception girl named Kirti, were incredibly welcoming and helpful. She really set the tone for my entire stay with her warm and friendly demeanor.The hotel itself was nice, with comfortable rooms and excellent facilities. The pool was a highlight, providing a perfect spot to relax and cool off. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the famous city sites, so you will need a car to get around easily. However, if you dont mind the commute, its a great place to stay.Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would recommend DoubleTree by Hilton Al Jadaf to others.

I had one night stay. Due to some negative reviews I saw, I stopped at reception & told them so & requested to see a sample room. Staff were friendly & showed a room & I accepted to book using my balance points in my membership program. I then had a smooth check in by the friendly staff. Room was fine with all expected amenities. View was looking across street to an apartment building. When I could not switch on AC, a service man came to help & all was OK.Gym was small but reasonably equipped. Roof top pool was good but due to wind I couldn’t use. Breakfast in morning was having good selection & friendly staff who struggled to arrange seating of guests due to volume at same time though timing extends to 11 am.

That said, the staff accommodated special requests, which was a nice touch.The on-site gym was okay, providing enough equipment for a basic workout. Excellent property right in the centre of Dubai and within walking distance of metro. Proximity to airport and Dubai mall is just 10 mins. I stayed 4 nights and found the staff and service to be very good. Special thanks to Mr.Mani from house keeping, who did a wonderful job everyday, restoring and maintaining the room in a spec and span manner. Even Mr.Sean at reception was very courteous and friendly. Would definitely recommend others to try this hotel.

Our stay at this hotel had both positives and negatives.First, there was confusion with our reserved rooms. We had booked a triple room, but the extra bed was missing upon arrival. We had to wait for almost an hour for someone to bring it. The room was not properly prepared, as there were only two towels instead of three, and we had to request additional amenities.The check-in process was very long, which was frustrating after a long journey.Another inconvenience was the Ramadan schedule, which affected some of the hotel’s services. The rooftop bar and swimming pool closed at 4 PM, which was quite early. Also, while the room had a large bottle labeled as hair conditioner, it was completely empty. On the bright side, the hotel did provide high-quality body lotion and shampoo/shower gel.One misleading aspect was the view of Burj Khalifa shown on Booking.com. The picture was taken years ago, before new buildings were constructed. Now, the view is blocked, which was disappointing.However, despite these issues, we still had a good overall experience. The breakfast was exceptional, and having a barista prepare your coffee—especially with plant-based milk options—was a fantastic touch.

Although it was a chaotic start, the staff did their best to accommodate the rest of the stay, so I’m quite satisfied with my stay overall.

The food selection was impressive, and everything we tried was delicious. I have some food allergies, and I was incredibly grateful that the Chef was so accommodating, preparing meals tailored to my dietary needs during breakfast. Both my friend and I left the table full, satisfied, and happy. There are also two more restaurants in the hotel, which gives guests even more variety.The location of the hotel is another big plus—just a 5-minute walk to Jaddaf Metro Station, making it very easy to explore all the iconic spots around Dubai. The hotel also provides shuttle services, and taxis are readily available.We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop pool, which felt like a relaxing oasis. The pool bar, gym, and 24-hour guest laundry added to the overall convenience and comfort of our stay.Even though the hotel was fully booked, it never felt crowded. Kahteeb Ahmed, Sean and the other staff at the front desk were really helpful with us locating our lost luggage from the airport and greeting us every day with a smile. Omg this is the best breakfast I ever had. I have traveled to so many places and by far this is the best breakfast largest buffet I ever had. Not only the food is amazing and delicious but the service is even better. Just like other hotels in Hilton chain this hotel located in Al Jadaaf provides with luxurious stay for a reasonable cost. Rooms were very spacious. We stayed in both king room and a twin room. They were well maintained and cleaned with all necessities. This hotel is very close( walking distance) to Al Jadaaf metro station. There is a free Shuttle bus service to Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa. I would recommend this hotel if you wish a luxurious stay for a reasonable cost.

Great hospitality.Alot of restaurants and supermarkets right next to it so plenty food options.They also provide free shuttle buses to Lamer beach and Dubai mall at prescheduled time.

Had been for an iftar buffet at Lokal in Doubletree. Must say excellent service and delicious food. The live tikka station n shawarma was our favourite 😍.The ambience was sucha a vibe. Live music was the icing on the cake. A big shoutout to Ms. DILHARA who was at the front desk to greet us with a sweet smile. She was very friendly and was alloted a lovely seat as per our request. She is indeed a great asset. She looked after us till the very end. Thank you Doubletree. Highly recommended!

Location is good so far a quiet area one of the receptionist is rude, room has a good space but i think they have a problem in their room standard for example glass in the bathroom are missing face towel they provide us one and we are two in the room no room slippers, no shaving kit until i called them to bing it, no parking space for our vehicle specially late at night

We were greeted with the usual DoubleTree chocolate cookies! Most loved!! The room is quite spacious with a huge bathroom! My TV isn’t working the best, but I have access to the headlines. The best part of this hotel is the approximity to the train station, the international airport, wifi, and FOOD! Breakfast and dinner were all buffets with fresh ingrediants and a lot of variaties to choose from! Quality of stay compared to the cost is one of the highest tbh! I recommend those that want to check out the upper part of Dubai to stay here prior/post departure as it is very close to the airport! Oh, someone also left the review the skyline views of the Burj and the city was blocked by construction and a building and it is true. Adding a video so you are not to disappointed! The water in the pool is warm and heated, which is great!
