    I stayed at the hotel for around 12 business days and had a wonderful experience. Everything was excellent—from the cleanliness of the rooms to the overall service. The staff were professional and always ready to help.I especially want to thank the reception team, particularly Niha and the rest of the front desk staff, for their warm hospitality and support throughout my stay. Room service was also fantastic—always on time and well-prepared.I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

    Absolutely amazing stay! The team was outstanding—especially the Reception team, who were truly exceptional and made me feel so welcome. I loved the warm cookie upon arrival—it was the best! The Arabic coffee concept in the lobby is such a thoughtful and authentic touch. Bonus points for the 24-hour gym, which was a big plus for me. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish.     We had an exceptional experience at the Double Tree by Hilton Dubai. The location is excellent and the hotel is perfectly equipped for families. The room was very spacious and ideal for the four of us – featuring a king-size bed, two single beds, a curved sofa, and a table. The bathroom was huge, with a separate shower and bathtub, and a double sink – simply wonderful.What really made the difference was the staff. From reception to the bellboys, everyone was incredibly kind, respectful, and attentive. We truly appreciated their hospitality and professionalism, which reflects the values and warmth of Emirati culture.The breakfast was spectacular – everything you could possibly want, and delicious too. A stay to remember!

A special thanks to Islam, who immediately addressed the issue and provided a smooth solution. Grace, the Front Office Manager, was outstanding in her service. She went above and beyond by offering me a complimentary late check-out and a voucher for dinner, which truly improved my experience.I also want to extend my appreciation to the entire Front Office team for their professionalism and warmth, including the operators and reception staff. The team members worked seamlessly to resolve my concerns, ensuring I had a pleasant stay, and I felt truly cared for during my time there. However, I must mention that one member of the Front Office team didn’t handle my situation well, which left me a bit disappointed, but the rest of the team more than made up for it.Thank you, Grace, Islam, and the whole team for making my stay memorable!

    We had an amazing dinner at My Square during the Fresh Catch Night. We truly enjoyed the delicious food, live music, and excellent service.I especially want to highlight the incredibly friendly staff. The valet parking service was incredibly convenient and hassle-free – just pull up, and everything is taken care of in seconds.The entire hotel staff was consistently friendly, helpful, and genuinely warm. A special shout-out to the pool area, which was an absolute highlight. There was never any issue with sunbeds – there were always enough for everyone, and the whole atmosphere around the pool was calm, relaxing, and perfectly managed. The pool attendant was especially kind and attentive.In the restaurant and bar areas, we were treated to outstanding service. Two amazing waitresses, Nuvi and Nuvanti, made a lasting impression with their kindness and professionalism. They made us feel so well taken care of.Our room was spotless throughout the stay, thanks to a very sweet and meticulous housekeeping lady who made sure everything was perfect every single day.All in all, this hotel delivered on every level – service, comfort, cleanliness, and atmosphere.     Top Notch in Hospitality. Nyla the best in assisting the customers, smiling gesture, lovely person, Friendly.     I stayed at the DoubleTree in May 2025 and have had the most fantastic week. I have never felt so well looked after and cared about when staying at a hotel ever - the attention to detail, can-do attitude and general customer service is second to none.Check in was easy and the front desk staff were supportive and although they were fully booked and couldnt check us in right away, they did everything they could to make us comfortable after a long flight, and we have been very comfortable. Even though I was here for work, my wife and I have felt like we were on a 6 star holiday.Every morning for breakfast there have been ample delicious vegan options for us, and the staff have bent over backwards to ensure we left full, happy and ready for the day - particularly, Sweta has been wonderful at looking after us and no ask has ever felt too big or too small.The rooms are spotlessly clean and I have never known a housekeeping team take such pride in their work - the rooms are spacious, comfortable and have been the perfect place to unwind after a long day, and I have never needed to worry (thanks to Rasool and the team) because it has always been pristine.Saviour & Nishani have been our evening heroes. When we have needed to just relax they have been so lovely, welcoming and always done everything they can to make every evening on the terrace memorable, and between them have managed to make us feel like VIPs. Something as simple as having a nightcap before bed has become our favourite evening activity thanks to them really brightening up every minute.This was our very first time in Dubai and the stay at the DoubleTree has made it an impactful one that we will never forget; we are so grateful to the entire team and will be leaving happy, well fed and well rested - I already cant wait to come back for work or personal travel because I know based on this week that we will always have a fantastic place to stay.Footnote: you will find everything you need here or within a 5 minute walk, a friendly and well stocked convenience store, coffee, ATMs, restaurants - there really is everything you could possibly need/want.

    We had the most wonderful stay here for our Babymoon! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome – everyone was so warm and kind, it truly felt like a home away from home. We stayed for three nights, and my husband surprised me with a beautifully decorated suite – complete with balloons, cake, and the sweetest touches that made our celebration extra special.     We enjoyed the Malaysian night at Mysquare. The food felt like home and brought back so many memories.. The restaurant hostess took time to explain the elements of the buffet. The waiters were so friendly and service was the one of the best I have seen. We were traveling with a baby, and both the check-in and check-out processes were quick and seamless. Having a kitchen was also a plus, especially when traveling with a baby, it made everything much easier.The rooftop pool was fantastic, and the gym was spacious and well-equipped, making it very convenient if you enjoy working out in the morning.

    Hotel is located in central Dubai you can drive any where in short time. Room is modern true reflection of Dubai standards. Service is so special every one taking there parts.     We stay at DoubleTree by Hilton in Business Bay whenever time allows, and it never disappoints. The experience is consistently warm, comfortable, and welcoming.     Its hard to write how good this place is. I will say upfront the staff are what make this place work. Ramila, Pradeep, Sana...thank you. We came in off season nervous the weather would affect our stay. It didnt. First time to Dubai and I will be back. We booked half board for 4 of us and it is an incredible deal. The gym is great.     Absolutely tremendous experience. We really love that. The location is close to everything that we needed to see and the things we wanted to do. The staff is tremendous. We came in late at night and they took care of everything that we needed. Coming to the in house restaurant, My Square, is the most phenomenal experience. The variety of food will blow your mind, but really what was spectacular was that the quality does not change. Sara, Saviour, Mary, Myat, and the whole crew made sure our breakfast was spectacular every morning. Definitely one of the best vacations we’ve ever had.

I have been coming to the hotel since october on a regular basis for business trips and the team at the double tree by hilton business bay never disappoint me . all the services are exceptional and the team are very welcoming and supportive . this time I was fasting and I had only breakfast with the booking , the egyptian receptionist offered me a dinner as an iftar because I was fasting and could not use 2 breakfasts . also I had a dinner during the indonesian night and chef Dani and chef zaman did a brilliant job , the. food was amazing and so tasty . the quality is superbe . the waiters Novi and Yevin hosted me in a very warm manner and respect.The receptionist Neha was very supportive and Criz the cafe manager always greets me with a smile and approach me in a very friendly manner .     I had the best experience with the laundry of the hotel. It was some time ago and I have forgotten the name of the nice guy who took my request of urgent dry cleaning seriously.     Coming to the end of our trip we stayed 2 nights with Double tree Hilton. Being members, they very kindly gave us an upgrade.Shreya was great in helping us check in and giving us all details. Kids got these amazing warm cookies which were so yum!Our room was big and spacious. They happily put in another bed for my older child and yet the room wasn’t cramped.Breakfast had a lot of multi cuisine offerings and some great coffee.Lovely warm and helpful staff.Location : taxi would be your best option to get around.We took a stroll with our kids one evening and walked all the way to Bhurj & the Dubai mall.The hotel has also me f&b places right next to it and a convenient store.Thanks for a comfortable stay Hilton Dubai.

The rooms are spacious and clean, the service is very good, the breakfast delicious and the pool is an extra plus where you can spend some quality time.There is also a gym and a spa, some restaurants and café in the hotel which makes the stay also very comfortable.

    We had a wonderful stay – the house is centrally located, modern, and very clean. The metro station near the Burj Khalifa is about 1.8 km away, but that’s no problem as there are always affordable taxis available. We had booked half board, and the food selection was of very high quality. It was easy to choose between lunch and dinner.The entire staff was extremely friendly and attentive. We would especially like to highlight the excellent service provided by the entire restaurant team under the leadership of Hussein. Special thanks to Sara, Sweta, Jeniffer, and Pradeep, who mainly served us – they provided perfect service. All the other staff members were also very friendly and attentive.The best cappuccino with lovingly crafted latte art came from the always friendly Manoj.We also really enjoyed the pool area with the bar – towels were available as well.

    As a hilton honors member, I will say that this is hands down on of the best Doubletrees in the world. Its so clean, staff is excellent. Especially the front desk.     It’s great hotel with good view of Burj Khalifa. The hotel manager did extra effort to decorate the bed for my anniversary.The breakfast spread is good. However, there is no system in occupying the table. It caused little commotion when one privileged western lady sit at our table while we’re getting our foods and insisted that we’re the one who should move. The waiter who initially ushered us to the table apologised and got us new table instead.The cookies were OK, not as great as the one in the US. The welcome tea in traditional teapot is supposedly great cultural icon, but the tea always ran out.

    We spend an evening at the bay club for snacks and drinks and not only the singer and the environment was perfect (we’ve been here on “country Wednesday” where there is always a live performance and the country music was really really good!) but the service and staff was what this evening made it so lovely.Abdul, Nashani, Alwin and Harrison - thank you for such a beautiful evening and for the very attentive service! Definitely can recommend this place!

    Amazing stay here at double tree Hilton !! Amazing People right from hosts at reception to everybody at restaurant to rooms service …all and all highly comfortable and lovely experience !     We had a great stay at Doubletree by Hilton - Business Bay! The room was fabulous with amazing view of the Burj Khalifa! The staff Neha , bilal, Pauline,mama naila were very friendly and looked after us! Highly recommend anyone coming to Dubai.

    I have stayed in multiple very good hotels in Dubai but this hotel had something that the others did not have, a feel of belonging.The hotel is in itself very good but what made it special was the staff.The team at the cafe Kim, Pauline and Rodina. Best was Naila, the guest ambassador, that took care and help me when I was unwell. I also had great help from Abdellah the manger.They made me feel as part of the hotel family and I will definitely come back there next time I am in Dubai.

    Fantastic stay, service was outstanding, staff were so friendly and happy to help no matter what the issue. Our daughter dropped her bracelet in the elevator shaft and was crying about it, we didn’t even ask but staff took it upon themselves to get security to find the bracelet for her. So kind!     A truly pleasant experience at the Starbucks café in the hotel. Virginia ,Myat and Grizaldo are lovely, always welcoming with a warm smile and excellent service. The place offers a calm and relaxing atmosphere—perfect for a quiet break. The hotel itself has a unique charm, with the soothing scent of scented candles and attention to every detail.     Absolutely loved my visit! in Double Tree by Hilton, Neha, Sreya, and Naila were so warm and welcoming—true gems. The ladies at the coffee shop, Virginia and Ana, made the best coffee Ive had in a long time. Great service, friendly smiles, and a cozy vibe all around. Highly recommend!

    We couldn’t have asked for a better venue to host our engagement party… the hotel staff were incredibly attentive and supportive from the moment we inquired about the availability until the day we had our party held! The coordination was very professional taking care of details. The catering step up was very smooth and the food was really delicious having a perfect mix of flavors. The decoration had a very elegant touches also! The hotel offered enough free parking lots which made life easy for our guests! Our engagement party was truly unforgettable thanks to Harrison, Nida, Nishani, Alwin and Abdul Razak who were on top of all day and night to assure our expectations are met!     Doubletree Hilton is always my go to hotel to stay in when visiting Dubai. Everyone is very nice and professional everytime I come. Food is always on point. Love the events by the pool side in the evenings. Very much accommodating when you want to just reset and don’t have to go many places far because everything is around the doubletree for your satisfaction. Some of the staff like Jennifer, Sara, Ruth are really very friendly and have great customer service. Very much a great place to stay when visiting Dubai.. oh and the breakfast is phenomenal.
