    5 Stars – Absolutely Perfect Stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Business Bay, DubaiWe spent five wonderful days as a couple at the DoubleTree by Hilton Business Bay from late April to early May – and we couldn’t be happier with our experience!From the moment we arrived, everything worked flawlessly. Check-in was smooth, fast, and very welcoming. The valet parking service was incredibly convenient and hassle-free – just pull up, and everything is taken care of in seconds.The entire hotel staff was consistently friendly, helpful, and genuinely warm. A special shout-out to the pool area, which was an absolute highlight. There was never any issue with sunbeds – there were always enough for everyone, and the whole atmosphere around the pool was calm, relaxing, and perfectly managed. The pool attendant was especially kind and attentive.In the restaurant and bar areas, we were treated to outstanding service. Two amazing waitresses, Nuvi and Nuvanti, made a lasting impression with their kindness and professionalism. They made us feel so well taken care of.Our room was spotless throughout the stay, thanks to a very sweet and meticulous housekeeping lady who made sure everything was perfect every single day.All in all, this hotel delivered on every level – service, comfort, cleanliness, and atmosphere. It truly felt like a place that cares deeply about its guests.Highly recommended – we will absolutely come back!

    Arrived in the early hours to warm cookies and a welcoming smile at the reception from Hannah (Anna?)Due to a small delay, we were given breakfast on our first day, which was amazing!So much choice, hot, cold, freshly cooked to order, pastries, fruit, continental, middle eastern and more.We were served by Novi who was so friendly, helpful and full of info and knowledge about the hotel. She did a great job of welcoming us to the restaurant on our first day, and it is service like this that I appreciate!

    Really appreciated Jennifer at Novi restaurant at Hilton Double Tree Dubai. After a long flight from Africa, she helped me feel human again with great service. Food is excellent as well. Worth your time as a great hotel. Mama Naila is also a star. She is effervescent and helpful to really care when you first walk in. She is a wonderful face for Hilton!!!

    Everything was good. Brendon, Pauline and Islam helped us everything we need. Breakfast is amazing. Rooms view is incredible. I added the view of our room as well. Definitely recommended.Only thing is there is not much for children, which is on us not the hotel :)

    The best staff!They were genuinely caring and supportive. The first night the noise from the road bothered me a bit and I requested a room change. Even though the hotel was almost fully booked, they found a way to move me to a quieter room.They were also very friendly and assisted me with a number of other things as well. The rooms were also very comfortable.

    Absolutely tremendous experience. We really love that. The location is close to everything that we needed to see and the things we wanted to do. The staff is tremendous. We came in late at night and they took care of everything that we needed. Coming to the in house restaurant, My Square, is the most phenomenal experience. The variety of food will blow your mind, but really what was spectacular was that the quality does not change. Sara, Saviour, Mary, Myat, and the whole crew made sure our breakfast was spectacular every morning. Definitely one of the best vacations we’ve ever had.

    Amazing stay location perfect walking distance to Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa. Service on point and rooms lovely!Breakfast amazing choices and the staff were exceptionally friendly and great!     Such great service! Hotel was so clean and room service so quick for housekeeping as needed. Breakfast food buffet was amazing, great quality and variety.     The staff was incredibly welcoming, especially Samir from Guest Services, who checked on us every single day. We were traveling with a baby, and both the check-in and check-out processes were quick and seamless. We had requested a baby crib in advance, and it was already set up in the bedroom when we arrived.The room was spacious and had a terrace, which was a great bonus. Having a kitchen was also a plus, especially when traveling with a baby, it made everything much easier.The rooftop pool was fantastic, and the gym was spacious and well-equipped, making it very convenient if you enjoy working out in the morning.

    We spent a wonderful week here! I can only recommend this hotel to everyone! Everyone was always looking out for our wishes, especially the reception staff! The rooms are clean and comfortable! The meal was great! The only thing I would like to suggest is that the dinner offer could be expanded with more European dishes! For us Europeans, your seasoning is too burdensome! But we will definitely be back!

    Delicious breakfast at My Square by Chef Said. Our server Virginia and Saufa were very friendly and helpful. Glad we found this place for breakfast..Late addition: The hotel was very new. Well maintained but the most memorable part was the front desk staff. They were very friendly and helpful. Hannah looked after all our needs and made us feel at home. The location was superb, the hotel is excellent place to lay our heads and one more thing is their buffet breakfast was fantastic licking good. Everything was perfect during our 8 days stay with you.Excellent quality service staff at Reception desk, breakfast and diner, housekeeping.Always helpful and smiling.The room was also very good: Room space. Bathroom. Beds.The swimming pool temperature for me was perfectly heated.The fitness center got all the sport machines you need and they are well maintained.Sometimes, the feed water pressure into the bathroom is low for few seconds but we can easily understand and accomodate with that.This hotel is an excellent value for money.     As a hilton honors member, I will say that this is hands down on of the best Doubletrees in the world. Its so clean, staff is excellent. Especially the front desk. The breakfast staff is attentive and the food is amazing.. Chef Biuina and Biswajit are all great. The entire hotel is great. The gym has enough equipment for you to do anything. If this hotel was in the US, it would be a star. Its in Bay Square with so many food options as well.

    One of the best hotels that I’ve stayed at. The hotel vibes are amazing and the lobby is very spacious and modern. The staff were very friendly and the room is spacious and contains everything you need. The breakfast was delicious and has large variety of food. The hotel is surrounded by a nice walking area and different types of shops are available too. I truly recommend it.

    Hello! My family and I thank the hotel and its team for the wonderful days we had! Comfortable rooms on all sides, my family of 4 with children was great! The breakfasts and dinners (especially the dinner with live music) pleasantly surprised us, and in the evening we visited the pool bar on the street, where there was a big screen with a football broadcast (this is a great addition when you want to relax without leaving the hotel). There were a variety of dishes to choose from and quick cooking (although the hotel was obviously loaded with guests). The hotel itself has been very beautifully decorated at the reception and there are many comfortable sofas for waiting. The staff is very caring and polite, they helped and solved all the issues! Convenient location to the airport (maximum 30 minutes) and to the Dubai Mall in 10 minutes. Thank you again! You are professionals!

    Our stay at the Double Tree by Hilton Dubai - Business Bay was very memorable. The hotel is beautiful and strategically situated close to downtown Dubai. The suite we stayed in was gorgeous and spacious. The hotel staff particularly Rasool and Pauline were very helpful and attentive from my initial contact and throughout our stay at the hotel.It was my daughters birthday during our visit, and Rasool coordinated with the staff to deliver cake and a handwritten note to our room while we were at breakfast. Oh, the food variety were also very good and delicious.I happen to fall ill while on holiday and the staff was amazing. They checked on me daily, brought fruit platter and one of the staff of Asian descent with his name starting with V. I probably should have written his full name down, brought hot tea with lemon, ginger and honey. I have to say, we were all well taken care of.We will definitely stay at this hotel during our next visit to Dubai. I am a satisfied guest!

    Fantastic experience for our large family!We’re a big family with children ranging from 3 to 13 years old, and we spent a week at the DoubleTree with breakfast included. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with their warm cookies — which our kids absolutely loved! — and genuinely pleasant staff.We did encounter an issue with our first room, but it seemed to be an isolated incident based on the excellent experience we had afterward. When the second set of available rooms were too far apart, the staff went above and beyond to find us accommodations that allowed our family to stay comfortably and side by side. They made sure we were happy with the new setup and never made us feel like we were being difficult.All the rooms we saw — including the ones we declined — were clean, well-stocked, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job every day, and we always had everything we needed, including bottled water which is a must in Dubai’s heat.The breakfast buffet each morning was good and everyone was happy with it. Trays were refilled regularly, and there was a nice variety of proteins, vegetarian options, and standard breakfast items — croissants, chocolatines, cereals, etc. The self-serve coffee machines made decent lattes and chai. Scrambled eggs were available in the buffet but the made-to-order eggs were fantastic every day. From eggs Benedict to various omelet styles and fried eggs, everything was fresh and delicious and we tried different variations. We also ordered coffees and lattes and those were perfect! The kids especially loved the made-to-order hot chocolates. The staff were great.We stayed during the Eid holidays and were impressed by how smoothly everything ran. Despite our group size, we were always seated right away, even when we had two extra guests join us (we paid for them the day before) who, by the way, also enjoyed everything they had. The staff never made us feel like our children were a burden — quite the opposite, they were welcoming and accommodating throughout.Valet-only parking was convenient, especially for loading and unloading right at the entrance. The pool was a good size with very warm water from early morning. While it got a little busier around lunch, it never felt overcrowded. Maybe we were lucky, but it was never packed, which made it even more enjoyable. There were always a few beach balls and floaties for the kids to play with.The hotel’s location is fantastic. Though we were told it would be a long walk to Dubai Mall, we made it there in just 15 minutes with the kids. Just be sure to choose your walking route carefully. Not all the routes are pedestrian friendly, so we took the long way but still made it in that time.One of our children fell very ill during the trip, and the hotel staff quickly helped us contact a doctor and even checked in afterward to see how things were going — a thoughtful touch that meant a lot to us.On Eid, they even brought a lovely Eid Mubarak card with sweets to our room — such a kind gesture that made us feel at home even though we were far from family.A special shoutout to George, who helped us to our rooms on arrival and was incredibly kind throughout our stay. He always greeted us with a smile, checked in on us when he saw we were passing through, and made us feel genuinely welcome. As we were leaving, he surprised our kids with warm cookies — something they’d been asking for every day — and absolutely made their day!We travel often, and this was truly one of our best hotel experiences. Highly recommend!

The view was very nice especially in the evenings will all those lights and watching the Burj Khalifa laser show straight from our room window.     Hotel is good with nice rooms and good and diverse breakfast.Our room was near the highway which was quite noisy at night.Service is good and respons fast but housekeeping does take initiative to throw certain items away, like my sunglasses bag...Location could be better. Even though its relatively close to the Downtown area, its still quite a walk there. We tried once and we made it, but we took a taxi next time around. The hotel is currently also near quite a few construction sites. It hasnt caused me any problems with noise, but it isnt the best view.

    Absolutely memorable and amazing experience from start to finish. We arrived a bit early but had a very warm and hospitable atmosphere Levine. There are citrus warm towels to freshen up, dates and qehwa on reception. Hot welcome warm baked cookies which were delicious. Valet and room service for car and luggage. Staff is respectful and truly lovely. Rooms were beyond expectations and bathroom was great and had everything you could think of, including bath robes and accessories. We had. Nugget breakfast and there were so many varieties to choose from. Different kinds of teas and omelettes and eggs. There is an in house spa and pool plus gym. Totally enjoyed the holiday.

    We came for our company conference using the meeting rooms at the Hub. They served continuous snacks and drinks throughout the whole day. From savory bite size sandwiches, croissants, and various pastries and sweets with hot or cold drinks. I highly recommend the Hub for meetings and conferences. We then take lunch at the restaurant which serves mostly grilled and fried fish and fried chicken for main entree, no other meat protein than minced beef pie. This restaurant food is ok but if you are meat lover, worst place you will be.

    Having stayed at most Hilton properties in Dubai, it was time to try the Business Bay DoubleTree whilst in Dubai for work.I arrived very early after a night flight and was met with a friendly team who’d not only upgraded my room, but it was available to check in at 9am.     Had a wonderful stay in October last year. We arrived late in the evening without booking because our booked Airbnb denied access without any reason, so we went for DoubleTree Hilton around the corner and tried our luck. The front desk staff and concierge did their very best to give us a good room, extremely friendly and welcoming, highly recommendable. Dinner at the Hotel Restaurant My Square was also really good. Well cooked meals by chef Karim and good service by Jennifer, Ruth, Pradeep and Selene. Room service was also quick without long waiting times.Location of the hotel is fairly close to the Burj, only 12-14 minute footwalk.We will definitely come back when we visit Dubai Downtown the next time.

    Stayed at Doubletree by Hilton for 3 weeks. Room 1220 and Room 319 were just the best, later one being the one with balcony, both had excellent Burj Views. Room 1204 was also okay but didn’t like the layout much as its a corner room. The location is excellent with everything you can need nearby just outside hotel. Staff is so sweet and welcoming, valet service is absolutely fantastic. The rooms are modern, clean and well equipped. My stay here was super comfortable and it just felt like home.Only downside is that breakfast buffet doesn’t have much options. In comparison to Hilton in Habtoor City, breakfast buffet is definitely a downgrade here at DoubleTree. But I don’t mind it, and would prefer staying here at DoubleTree any day over Hilton Habtoor. Also, the hotel doesn’t have a executive lounge so it might be a con for those who like me are Hilton Diamond members.And oh, the sweetest staff give you a welcome cookie upon check-in. You might get two as well, only if you are lucky :)I highly recommend this hotel to everyone traveling to Dubai and staying in downtown area, whether for business or leisure.

    The Hotel is overall a bit above average perhaps the service was extremely good and I couldn’t wish for better, always putting a smile on your face and greeting you very kindly, location is great overall just the ocean is a little bit far away but access to taxi and the city is very great. Pradeep who is a service person in the hotel did a very great job and the service he provides is very great. Chef mercy’s food was great as well and a very good chef in general. The only thing missing in the rooms are an extra bathroom but there’s still enough space for 2-5 people per room

Being there felt like home. Even though i was a solo traveler i did not feel lonely there. It is very comfortable and the vibes there are truly incredible. The location is also very convenient as you have everything near and you can take a 15 min walk to The Dubai Mall. Special thanks to Amina, Rodina, Naila, Hanna, Narendra, Neha, Brendan, Heshma, and Ganesh for their incredible help and warm hospitality.

    Lovely rooms, superb breakfast. Novi, Jenifer and Sweta looked after us really well. Great pool to cool off in. Good range of restaurants nearby. Think they mainly cater for weekday lunch due to the location.

    I had an incredible dining experience for Malaysian Iftar at My Square DXB Restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, and each dish was crafted to perfection.     I had a great stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai - Business Bay. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the staff were very helpful, especially Tayyab from the valet team, who went out of his way to assist. The rooms are spacious with nice views, and the bathrooms are huge, which was a nice surprise! Cleanliness was good, though housekeeping came a bit late in the day. The location is pretty convenient too—just a 20-minute walk to Dubai Mall in the heart of Business Bay. All in all, a solid choice for a comfortable stay in Dubai!

    Our stay in the Hotel was fantastic. The Location is also very fitting for tourists who want to visit Downtown Dubai. The Room is very clean and new. I also suggest trying the swimming pool. It is really relaxing. The Service was very polite and helpful. They were all ready to Help. But special thanks to one of the Staff members: Vishnu! He helped us multiple times and was really polite. Thank you to all the Staff members.

    This was my first time in Dubai and we selected this hotel. We couldn’t be more happier with our stay. The room had a view of the Burj Khalifa. They even let us check-in early. We weren’t expecting this one.In addition, Novi provided excellent service during our breakfast meal. The breakfast buffet featured many great options. We will be back!

From the sincerely warm welcome back from the Front Office Team (Brendon, Hasimi, and the team) to the excellent daily housekeeping by Sandip - just a wonderful place to stay. Thanks to Grace for her help in extending my stay and to smoothing out a couple of very minor admin issues. Mama Naila and her team: Gladys, Rodina, Kim - many thanks - and especially for the regular delivery of fruit platters. To Chef Rene and Chef Sarawati - thanks for keeping me well satisfied with the wonderful meal choices in MSquare Restaurant. Service delivered in MSquare and in the lobby cafe (Oud) was impeccable. Delivered promptly and happily by Mohammad, Shreedhar, Sana, Sweta, Nuwanti, Ramila, Virginia, Jennifer, Pradeep, Nomi, Myat, Crisaldo. Thank you, all.     It was an incredible experience! The food was absolutely delicious, with a special mention to Chef Karim for the amazing dishes and Chef Dhani for adding their personal touch to everything. The staff were fantastic, especially to Ruth, Novi, Yewin, and Pradeep, who went above and beyond to help me surprise my friend for her birthday.     What can I say about the hotel, or the staff? I have stayed in this hotel for over 150 nights every time I come here, I always feel welcomed. It is my go to place whenever I’m in Dubai. All the staff members are super nice and friendly, starting from the valet, then the reception, and all the way to the pool bar. Harrison, Alwin, Nishane, Abdul, Abdo, and Ganeesh! Can’t recommend this place enough. Highly recommended.

    Great location! Five star service!
