We had a three-bedroom panoramic view suite at the hotel, and everything was excellent. The staff were extremely professional, and there was absolutely nothing to criticize about the hotel and its facilities. The only issue was that it was a bit noisy at night — the sound of music and late-night parties, traffic noise from the highway, and even the noise of flushing coming through the air conditioning vents. This could be challenging for families like mine who need peace and quiet during the night.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay – 100 Stars If I Could!We had an amazing experience at this beautiful hotel! The entire staff was warm and welcoming, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was exceptional. I especially want to thank Rita and Abbas for going above and beyond to help us during our stay – truly outstanding service! The cafeteria staff were equally amazing – always kind, attentive, and made every meal feel special. The kitchen team deserves a huge shout-out for their delicious food and top-notch hospitality. A special thank you to Koe, who made every morning warm and welcoming for me and my family with her kind hospitality. On our last day, we were surprised with a heartfelt “See You Soon” letter and a banana crepe from her team—such a thoughtful and touching gesture that really made our day! And another one Sandy was outstanding. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay. Their professionalism and genuine friendliness truly stood out.Overall, the service and hospitality at this property were exceptional. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay.

Had a fantastic day here as day guests . Facilities here are great. We were served by Paul and lidya during the day. Both were absolutely amazing. A credit to the hotel. Sometimes service can go missing on Dubai. But they were both great all day. Nothing was to much trouble. Highly recommend a pool day here. Great value, Great facilities and great service.

The hotel itself is great. Very friendly staff at reception, and the cleaning ladies do an excellent job. 100%!The breakfast is super good, everything tastes really fresh, and its constantly refilled. Unfortunately, the omelet man forgot my omelet twice, and I had to wait a long time (20 minutes) twice. By that time, my family had already finished, which I found very unfortunate! Nevertheless, everything was delicious, and the staff were super friendly! The only negative is that you get stuck in traffic for a long time just before you reach the hotel. We were stuck in traffic for at least 30 minutes for every activity. Theres far too much traffic here, which can really spoil your mood, like it did for me.Otherwise, the hotel is very centrally located and right on JBR Beach, which is another advantage. The pool is great, but unfortunately, theres a lot of trash in the water at the beach, which my children dont like.But Im still mostly satisfied and would come again!

What a day it was! I arrived with my group of girls, and it turned out to be magical. At first, the heat had us down, but we decided to try the pool. While we were relaxing, a young lady named Laurence came over and offered to refresh and clean our sunglasses 🥹 — something we’d never seen before! She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Her kindness truly made our day.

Every year, my wife and I do a honeymoon trip. This year was to Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Well, a HUGE thanks to Andrew Williams at Travel at Will (travelatwill.com) whose impeccable planning arranged this gem of a hotel! We have stayed at many hotels from 2-star to 5-star, but never...NEVER have we had such a large room and such phenomenal service! The suite was truly grand with its five rooms, two bathrooms, tall ceilings, large deck and views of the water way and the city. But the crown jewel of this hotel are its employees! They take customer service way WAY WAY above and beyond. They (meaning many of them) made the effort to learn our names, our room number and where we were from so they could speak personnaly to us each time we came through! Okay...youre probably wondering what else could they possibly do?... well, Chef Morhaf Barsha ( @morhaf.barsha ) came by our table each day and talked with us. One day, Chef felt our food (which was phenomenal to us) needed to be freshened up, so we watched as he took time to go prepare a dish for us himself!! OMG! NEVER has this happened! So, a big THANK YOU to the staff at DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai - Jumeirah Beach for making our honeymoon trip such a tremendous success!

Wonderful Stay at DoubleTree!I had a fantastic experience at the DoubleTree by Hilton. From the warm cookie at check-in to the friendly and professional staff, everything exceeded my expectations. My first visit, Good hotel with an amazing staff. They were very nice starting from reception Ms.Jessa she was very kind.Room were clean and spacious. Very quiet hotel with an access to the beach.Honestly An issue happened to me (i found an insect in the bedroom. anyway this is possible to happen because of the weather) but they directly helped me (Mirna and duty manger) they were very nice and they upgraded my stay to another suite .In general all of the staff that I met were nice and kind.Thank you, just take care of this because some people like me allergic to insects.Definitely, i’ll come back to this hotel.

The ambiance was relaxed and perfect for a weekend treat.What really made the experience special was the service. Fantastic stay for 10 nights in April. The room was great (2 bedroom city view). The breakfast was lovely, loads of choice (and I love a hotel that brings tea and coffee as opposed to self serve). The pool area and beach are great - I was worried as I’d been told that the pool and beach is always in the shade due to the Address hotel next door but it wasn’t at all. The pool is shaded until later in the day but the beach was in the sun all day. I imagine the shaded beach is during the winter months when the sun is lower.The team working at the hotel are amazing - should out to Silver. He worked so hard bringing drinks and food to the beach. Always had a smile for everyone and so pleasant.The gym is great - lovely view from the treadmill - helps to dull the pain 😂One small gripe is that I wasn’t offered an upgrade - even just unlock the kitchen but that’s life and not a deal breaker. Will definitely be back.

We booked for a brunch in Gastro Kitchen. It was like a breath of fresh air. All the staffs are so accommodating especially Hay Man. We thought she’s from the Philippines. She’s so nice. She’s always smiling and asking us if everything is okay and what else do we need. So sweet attitude of her of explaining everything about the food. We don’t feel discomfort also on her way to approach us. Kudos to you. We really appreciate your efforts and services. Cheers!

Explained all the cocktails, happy hour and drink choices. Very fast and efficient and spent time explaining his favourite places in dubai 10/10 service from him. Was showing other staff tips on how to make drinks etc..

Beautiful hotel! Overall, this is an absolute 5⭐ location. The hotel, grounds at rooms are beautiful.We had a 2 room suite, which had a lovely living area and balcony and 2.5 baths. The bedrooms and living room were up to date. I cannot say the same about the bathrooms- they werent bad by any means, just didnt seem to match the rest. The shower water pressure was low and the water would back up-- not enough to be an issue, but at the price we paid it shouldnt happen.The breakfast buffet has everything and more. Everything was very tasty! Love having eggs to order. Enjoyed trying options that were different for me.The staff is phenomenal. So very attentive. I appreciated that the hostess at breakfast would remember us every morning and out preference of where to sit.The location is in the heart of everything. Traffic does get congested right around there, but like I said- in the heart of it.I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this location to anyone.

Though I initially thought it was a 5-star property, it delivered an experience that went beyond.A heartfelt thank you to Mariam for her kindness and exceptional service ,she truly made our stay memorable. And a big shout-out to Uday from room service for his promptness and warm hospitality. The 2BHK room was simply outstanding, spacious, well-appointed and stocked with all the amenities we needed. This is a golden nugget of a hotel. Tucked on the best and quieter part of the beach, with prime location on JBR.Top service began at 3am on arrival when reception spotted it was my birthday. The hotel wished my happy birthday before friends and family, great attention to detail.Breakfast was sophisticatedly managed by Miss Koe, with a relaxed well processed service was delivered with the human touch.Poolside was busy with space to sit out of the sun in lounge areas. There was a good mix of chilled out feeling but with atmosphere. Lifeguards so professional. Food and drink service was expertly managed by Paul whose team looked after the whole family from 23 to 80 years. We felt like special guests with genuine hospitality.Great price, high end service. A little gem who is outshining the Hilton along the beach my sky miles. Well done team.PS love the sunglasses cleaning service. Class.

It really set the tone for each day and made such a difference.This was my second time staying here, and I’d definitely come back again. The location is perfect, with beautiful beach and pool access, and the facilities are just stunning — calm, relaxing, and great for families or couples alike.The only downside was that the room cleaning wasn’t quite up to the same standard as everything else. By the end of the day, the room felt a little dusty and not thoroughly refreshed — but that was a small thing compared to how wonderful everything else was.Overall, I left feeling so recharged and grateful for the experience. DoubleTree by Hilton JBR is a top pick if you want large, comfortable rooms right by the beach. The suites are especially spacious — perfect for families or longer stays — and many come with beautiful sea views.The location is excellent, at the quieter end of JBR but still close to all the restaurants, shops, and beach fun. The pool and private beach area are great for relaxing, and the staff go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable.Plus, you get their famous warm cookie at check-in — always a nice touch! Me and my partner stayed at Doubletree by Hilton Jumeirah Beach for 2 nights, and we really enjoyed our stay. Upon arrival, staff greeted us politely and were attentive. We arrived before check-in but staff notified us via phone when our room was ready. The room was lovely and spacious, it had a living room, one bathroom, one toilet, and one bedroom. It had facilities such as coffee machine, kettle, fridge. The balcony was a lovely addition.Our stay included breakfast, and the breakfast was what made the hotel stay exceptional. There was so much variety at breakfast, and the option to have things made for you such as eggs benedict, omelettes, was a really good addition. Not only was the food amazing, but the staff at breakfast were incredible. From the waitresses/waiters to the chefs. Sandi ( breakfast waitress) greeted us every morning and was genuine in wanting to make sure we enjoyed ourselves and that our stay was good, nothing was ever too much for her, and she made us feel so welcome. Clayton (breakfast waiter-I think that is his name) was very good at his job, his service was fast and efficient, but also kind and polite. Chef Chris made an effort to come and speak to us, to find out how the food was and if we were enjoying ourselves. The food he made was remarkable. Also, the female chef at breakfast who wears black glasses, was amazing too, she was very polite, and quick and efficient. Overall the breakfast staff were just amazing, and will make you feel like a special guest during your stay.The facilities at the hotel were perfect. A big pool, with a swim up bar, with views of the beach and Dubai eye. The hotel is also located next to the iconic Address Beach resort building. From the pool area, you have direct access to Jumeirah Beach situated in-front of the Dubai eye, where there is water sports and other activities such as volleyball.The hotel itself is situated at the end of The Walk, which is good as it offers privacy. However, it is accessible, and has plenty of restaurants such as Cheesecake Factory, and Bla Bla literally a 2-7min walk away. There are plenty of shops in the area. The hotel is also only a 10 min walk from Dubai marina, and a 15/20 min walk from Dubai marina mall which is ideal.Overall, our stay here was perfect, there was nothing that could be improved, and we would definitely return again.

I have been a regular guest at the DoubleTree JBR Beach since its opening in 2014. The hotel has potential but is in need of a timely update. During my stay in the Ramadan off-season, I noticed the following points:Rooms & Facilities:The hotel offers various room categories, with “Cityview/Marina View” rooms facing the busy road, which may not be ideal for light sleepers. While the rooms have a slightly dated design and some minor maintenance needs, they are well-maintained and kept very clean.There are relatively few power outlets, especially near the bed and desk, and the air conditioning system could benefit from modernization, as it operates at a noticeable noise level even on the lowest setting. Additionally, it does not allow for separate temperature control between the living and sleeping areas. Unlike many hotels in the UAE that offer multi-power plugs, this hotel primarily provides UK-style sockets.The 1-bedroom apartments feature bathtubs instead of walk-in showers, which may feel a bit outdated. Updating them to modern walk-in showers would enhance both comfort and convenience. Despite these aspects, the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the facilities are of a high standard.Pool & Beach:The pool area is spacious and can also be accessed by payed external guestsbut the area is rarely overcrowded. Those who prefer modern interior design might find a stylish apartment in the area a better option while still enjoying access to the hotels pool & Bar.The public beach section has been reduced due to increased water sports activities, which is beyond the hotels control. Additionally, the water quality at JBR has declined over the years. An alternative recommendation would be Kite Beach.The sun loungers area on the beach remains in the shade until 1 PM, after which you can enjoy full sunshine. The pool area stays shaded until around 2 PM. Guests who prefer sunshine earlier in the day should move closer to the water. During the winter months, the shade lasts approximately one hour longer due to the seasonal position of the sun. The shade is caused by the neighboring hotel.Fitness & Wellness:The gym has been upgraded with modern equipment. If you book here, you book for the pool, the outside area, and the beach access, and they are NICE! Big pool, with bar attached, seperate children pool and play area, lots of beds so always a place to chill for the day and it’s a one minute walk to the beach. The staff are amazing, friendly and helpful. I found the room to be extremely outdated. We had 3 TV’s but no TV could do streaming, so you’re left with a bunch of standard news channels etc. We had an Apple TV with us, so that helped. Also, very noisy in the hallway with staff getting supplies at night and the area is extremely busy, so you can notice some of that as well. After 2PM, almost the entire area is in a traffic jam, which makes taxi-ing back a nightmare. However, in walking distance there is a great and lively area full of shops and foodspots well worth exploring!

We had a wonderful time at the double tree JBR by Hilton. The room was spacious, thr food was wonderful and all the staff were attentive and friendly. We just mentioned our allergies and needs once because my special needs son and senior mom were with us and all the staff from the concierge to the kitcheb knew all our detauls and restrictions. Thanks so much to Rita, Jessa, Michelle, Rizwan, Mary and all the staff at the Gastro kitcheb for making our stay unforgettable and stress-free.

The iftar buffet located on the beach side of this hotel, gave us a spectacular experience filled with ever lasting memories. The food was the highlight of my visit here especially the meat station run by Chef Murhaf Batsha. He gave us the best tasting of their wonderful displays of food. The hummus bar was one of a kind and needs to be tried.The meats were tender, juicy, full of flavour and beyond delicious. The shawarma, beef kofta, shish tawook was my ultimate favourite. He was so generous in his portions that satisfied our cravings after fasting the entire day. He deserves all the credit and must be thanked for his wonderful service. The atmosphere, ambience and services provided by all the staff I.e. Nihal and Murhaf felt so homely and I have to come back to this location to meet these great gentlemen.

Room was really good with an amazing view. We booked 3 bedroom apartment and had a really good experience. At breakfast chef was also very helpful we offered us some Indian dishes which was not in the menu. We have visited many times for pool and beach access, but not since the new hotel next door was completed. Unfortunately the pool had virtually no sun all day long because the new hotel has blocked the sun for the hotels next to it! Even most of the beach close to the hotel was shaded. The hotel itself is beautiful. The restrictions from the lifeguards by the pool were really quite ridiculous, our nephew got a cold drink from the pool bar and was told he couldn’t drink it on the side of the pool but he was under 21 and couldn’t go the other side of the robe next to the bar. They told him he could go the other side of the rope to drink it and come back. After 30 seconds of his drink finishing the lifeguard came over and told him to move back to the other side away from the bar - this is the SAME pool, with a robe dividing the bar and seems unnecessary and ridiculous for the sake of a child drinking a diet coke. The food was very nice by the pool and reasonably priced. So sad about the sun not being on the pool as we had come for a day in the sun with our children.

We were in this hotel for 5 days. From the beginning we were immediately impressed by its wonderful location. But right there, at check-in, we had an extremely lovely receptionist, Ritah. We previously stayed in 2 other hotels here in Dubai. But in no other one was check-in as easy and pleasant as with Ritah. Thank you very much!! Over the days we also met other deputies. Everyone very friendly! Overall, the hotel has good locations, delicious food and drinks, but also helpful employees. They speak very good English and always help you, like Ritah and Anjelica, who was also a big help. Thank you!! Definitely recommended. It was a fantastic experience.

When we arrived we got very bad service at the reception but the other people were very helpful and nice. There is a very big pool with allot of lifeguards, and also an kiddie pool for the younger children. There is a disco underneath the building but we didn’t have any sound complaints probably because we were at the 15th floor. The view was okay but the view could have been better if we had an room on the other side of the building.
