Very Good Ambiance and Nice working environment. A very Humble and Professional owner Mr. Imran, down to professional staffs from reception to Office Assistant. Great location as this is accessible to Metro for your Clients or visitors, cafeterias and shops are nearby, parking spaces are also available.Highly Recommended to have your office here and if you are a start-up company great to invest your start-up office in Dynamic Business Center because of the location and flexible payment in terms of rent.

Its our first setup in UAE gladly we found this place. We are so thankful to Mr. Imran the owner of this business center he is such a humble and professional and the staff from reception to office assistants are really fabulous. Great location as this is accessible to the metro for your clients or visitors; cafeterias and shops are nearby, and parking spaces are also available.Highly recommended to have your office here.

Beautiful and well maintained business center, right next to Metro Station and all vital hotpots such as leading banks (Emirates NBD is just in the front) , supermarkets, fuel marts, government offices in close vicinity. Offers closed parking at a reasonable fee. Includes all facilities and a stunning conference room with all modern infrastructure in place. Very clean and organinzed with digital security controls on doors and also has a grand lobby in the ground floor of the building.Very reasonable pricing and more importantly: a great and a true gentleman, Mr. Imran Bashir the man in-charge. I have seldom met a soul warmer and more accommodating than him. A model landlord to have who will always have your back (for the right reasons of course).Recommend 1000%!
