    Staff was great. Everything was good standard, clean and well maintained offices. Ms. Marys work was so passionate to make sure that the tenants will get the best experience and Mr Sulaiman always there whatever we need to do in the office.

    We have recently rented an office in Espada-Business bay and quite happy with the services and facilities. Unlike many other business centre its very well maintained, has nice meeting rooms with stunning view of SZR and peaceful.Ms. Mary (Support Executive) is very supportive and always there to assist.

    The staff was great. The receptionist were very helpful and answered all our questions. The office was clean well maintained and the view was so nice. They have a very good service.     Compared to other business centers Ive had experience with, Espada has the best facilities. Theyve got nice offices with exquisite view. The meeting rooms are impeccable.
