From the beginning of making the reservation, the agent named Sunil made it hassle free . The check-in experience was efficient, and the person in the reception was very friendly, and additionally, he mentioned all the facilities. Our stay was truly exceptional. We visited with our cousins and were immediately impressed by the punctuality of the housekeeping team, who promptly prepared our sofa bed. The Wi-Fi was smooth and reliable, adding to our comfort.The following morning, we enjoyed a delightful breakfast with a wide variety of options at the buffet. We were warmly greeted by Chef Mohammed Sayeed, who impressed us with his friendliness and hospitality. He was very kind and helpful and made our breakfast experience memorable. And, as a special gesture for our checkout, he surprised us with a complimentary dish of three cheesecakes beautifully arranged with the message See you soon.It was a wonderful and memorable experience. Thank you, Hampton, for your outstanding service!

Excellent Stay – Impeccable Cleanliness and Outstanding Service!I had a fantastic experience during my stay at this hotel. I had the pleasure of staying at Hampton by Hilton Dubai Airport, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome—especially the manager, Tamer Ezzat, whose professionalism and warmth truly stood out. He was attentive, courteous, and ensured every guest felt at home.The rooms were immaculate and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made my stay even more enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast had a great variety, and the team maintained a clean and relaxed dining environment. The hotel itself has a modern, fresh vibe and is conveniently located close to the airport—perfect for travelers.I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. Rooms were decent size, their service was top notch! Amazing breakfast and friendly staff. Stayed with my wife for the entire trip. Near to the airport and had shuttle service. On the day of arrival, staff ensured to accommodate us with early check-in as our flight arrived early morning. Walkable distance to many metro. Would definitely recommend others and will surely come back.

So we stayed 3 nights during Ramadan and including the weekend. The room was on the smaller side but we fit 2 adults plus our 25 year old. You need an elevator key to use the elevator or stairs so make sure you ask for an extra key if you will need one. Check in and out was a breeze. The location would be great if you need to be near the airport. We ended up spending about $15-$20 to Careem to the Dubai mall so next time we will probably try to stay closer to that location. However we did love the pool because a portion of it is still shaded in the afternoon which means you won’t need sunscreen!! It was the perfect weather for swimming in mid March. There’s free parking below (you access it with a room card). Our friends stayed in this same hotel. The shower is a little odd but we did figure out how to have nice hot showers. The breakfast was really good for being included but was better on Monday than on the weekend. Breakfast was packed but they did a good job keeping food coming and cleaning up. There’s a nice lobby downstairs where we played games but no outside space available on the weekend unless you’re eating at their outdoor restaurant.

It’s our second home. I usually book the hotel for me and my daughter to swim. I love how the reception familiarize their customers esp, Miss Susan. She always check us in with a smile and will always accommodate our request to the best she can. Breakfast will recharge you full for the day. And the rooms are comfy as usual ❤️

William is very nice and a very good server. The breakfast food is good. I would say the food is a hit or miss since they do switch it up but i like the different food and it’s good to try new foods. The service is awesome and the rooms are very clean and nice. Man Bahadur is a very good cleaner and a very nice person. The location is good but it is a little far from places. It’s not too far but it will always be like a 20 min ride to places

Conveniently located hotel, just 10 minutes drive from the airport. Reception team were helpful and efficient, especially Eka and Ruffa. I stayed twice within a span of 4 weeks, unfortunately each time was allocated on a lower floor - I would suggest that for Hilton Honors members to give us priority for higher floors and better views. I didnt receive any guests feedback form that was promised to be sent via email. Had iftar for one of the evenings priced at AED79, its a decent spread but lacks flavour and they provided complimentary suhour. Rajin from F&B was helpful compared to other restaurant staff who were slow and subdued.

The chef in-charge for breakfast was great and he was thoughtful in delivering our food. My family and I was roaming in the breakfast hall and looking for a table as the place was full pack, William and Aziz in the ground floor was really helpful in assisting us to look a place where we can eat our breakfast properly. Overall the hotel is great for family holiday😍🥰

I was solo, for me the room was great. Clean and spacious. The breakfast was fantastic, much better than I expected. Had something for everyone. The staff was great, answered all my questions and gave some great recommendations. The grill restaurant right next to them was a great restaurant. Their gym was open 24x7 but I didnt get to go in my 1.5 days I was there. It is a bit far from the major sites but The metro is close by to get to them. If you dont like crowds on the metro buy a gold ticket, it is much less crowded. Free shuttle bus to the airport.

As a couple we stayed for a day, great ambiance, nice complementary breakfast, (don’t expect a south Indian dishes) , swimming pool at the ground floor, near by there is lot of shops and restaurants. I paid 350 AED/day for non smoking queen bed.I have one question. When will these hotels get rid of filling up the form, even though you book it on line? Waited 15 min to get my paper key.!

The Receptionist very helpful, all staff including the room service, a special person which i will always be remembered, Mr. Naeem / (Nayem) best person at room service & also professional at work. very grateful to accommodate me at stay. hopes i can back stay at here. ✨🙏🏼Additional note (FYI) : around area of hotel very close to Masjid/Mosque only 300m ±, also very close to supermarket, & front of hotel there also available bus stop. its very recommended stay in here for vacation.

The hotel is inexpensive and convenient for a layover - it’s located about 5km from the airport. The service was excellent, the rooms a little dated but very clean. The second floor room we had was somewhat noisy, if you’re sensitive to noise I’d recommend requesting a higher floor or a quieter location.The main downside was the airport shuttle (one of the main reasons I booked the hotel). It took over an hour to get to the hotel and the shuttle driver didn’t speak enough enjoy explain the delay.There are other (even more affordable) airports hotel options I’d recommend.

The location is very near to the airport, one cleaning staff, Sudarshan, is very nice and helpful, however, the small spray next to the toilet is broken and the light in room is either too strong or too weak for there is no separate lights control. I stayed for a week at this hotel. Experience was very nice. No complaints. Only thing I noticed was people wasting lot of food which pained me a lot. People should take what they want and eat it in full.Otherwise all was good. There was a staff Rilwan who ensured the rooms were clean whenever we requested for it.Farid at reception was kind enough to guide me on the last day.Good place and lot of vegetarian restaurants nearby. I did not know they have parking facility at basement which I got to know just a day before checkout.Overall wonderful stay.

My husband and I stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Dubai Airport for 5 nights in room 1130 and we had absolutely enjoyed our time there . We came in hours earlier than our check in time but they allowed us to check in earlier which we really appreciated. The crew was extreme polite and helpful . Tapan kept our room clean at all times and would check in often enough to make sure we had all we needed in our room . Our towels were replaced daily and we had bottles of water sent to our room every day . The kitchen team was also cool . Shakira helped us to get around in Dubai . We loved that there was a travel consultants at the reception desk who gave us advice on what to do and how to get there . Just a tip ; to contact the hotel use email rather than calls as they get a thousand calls everyday.

A lot of options are available in the breakfast. Hampton by Hilton is a non-expensive, nice, well-organized hotel. They have several features included in price like a swimming pull and a gym, breakfast buffet (which is really good by the way). Rooms are spacious and have everything you need plus stylish. It is not far from airport. The only issue is a hotel shuttle schedule. My advice is do not wait - or try to find a shuttle stop outside the airport - waste of time. Its easier to take a taxi - it worth it; not as pricy as you think. During the day it was $16 as and $21 at midnight/early morning from the airport to the hotel. In general, Ill choose it again for sure. I put 4 stars only because of the shuttle.By he way: the hotel shuttle is available from the hotel to airport which works exactly by the schedule you can find at the reception.

At Hampton by Hilton Dubai Airport, we checked in at around 10 PM. We had two rooms however, one of the rooms had an unpleasant odor, called reception to send someone for air freshener. Despite this, both rooms were better than our previous stay at the 5-star Pullman Zamzam and deserved a rating of 9/10.The breakfast offered a great variety and was excellent, deserving a 10/10, though I was not feeling well during the stay. All the staff did an amazing job, even with the entire breakfast was being fully packed, especially Aye.We had a late night flight, so I requested a late check-out for one room. Ekta at the reception graciously accommodated the request. Before me, there was a customer rudely shouting at her. Despite the situation, she remained calm and politely explained that it was hotel policy to return keys at check-out. I truly admire her professional service.Overall, it was a wonderful experience. 10/10.

Not as fancy as many other Dubai hotels but clean and located in a eclectic neighborhood with lots of restaurants, bars and nightlife. The only real drawback is their WiFi which is marginal at best, so not great for business travelers. Hopefully theyll fix that!

Decent hotel, their cleanliness is amazing and the hotel itself looks super modern but i noticed some issues in the rooms especially the bathroom for example:. not soundproof at all so you gotta blast loud music in the bathroom whenever you take a dump. you have to sacrifice ur fingers in order to use the bidet cause its so damn hard to press it. some of the dispensers do not work. its like abnormally hard to lock/unlock and open both the main door and the bathroom door. you cant adjust the shower temperature; when u try to adjust it its gonna be either way too hot or way too cold. the ac was kinda brokenother than that this hotel is pretty great trust trust

Best worker I have ever seenVery hard working man, he was cleaning our rooms and always gave us free water and extra towels, he always checked up on us and made sure we were okay, he waited to clean the room while I was late checking out he went above and beyond and deserves a raise !!!Also shout out to Gomaa Saadawi !!! I stayed here for a couple of days and definitely had a great time both from the service and the facility itself. Id like to mention two individuals who were of great help, Susan and Tapan. Susan is at the front desk and she was the first person I met upon getting to the hotel. She was very cordial and very welcoming and I immediately knew that I was in safe hands. She was kind enough to show me around and was able to recommend a few things I could do while I visited Dubai. Tapan was always ensuring that my place of stay was constantly kept clean and made sure that my room never lacked whatever needed to be there. Im truly grateful for all the staff and Ill be visiting again soon. 100% recommend

I’m giving Hampton by Hilton 5 starts mainly for the receptionist Assumptah (hope I’m spelling her name right) because she has great customer service and hospitality. I can tell that she loves what she does and she made our stay perfect. When we arrived, the hotel looked clean and in a nice area but felt humid inside. Then we got to our room on the 10th floor and the AC was broken. It didn’t get any lower than 22 C and we couldn’t change it from our room. We called reception multiple times and they sent their engineer to fix it. He changed the filter and tried multiple things and asked us to wait for the temperature in the room to improve but it did not. I called the reception again and the woman than answered, was rude and hang up before I finished my sentence. Then we went downstairs and talked to Assumptah who was just starting her shift after the morning staff left. She was so kind and helpful. She worked quickly to change our room when the problem was not resolved. She made sure that the new room has no issues and everything is working on it, then she came and helped us get all our stuff to the new room. She was there when we needed here with other requests! I trust Hilton and I always stay at Hampton or holiday in by Hampton in different places around the world so I hope they always hire people like her!The area around the hotel is very lively. Lots of places to eat, grocery stores, cafes, and the hotel has a shuttle that takes you to Dubai mall, Deira city center and the airport! It also has great access to the metro station.

Great hotel and true value for money. Most impressive though is the Front Office Team - Tahmina and Susan under the outstanding leadership of Mr. Saadawi. Great service, friendly and efficient. For the price, the hotel is quite good, though nothing to do with Hilton...Rooms are large and comfortable, staff is kind and helpful. They deserve a rise, all of them. And food is good (at least for an European), especially for dinner. The downsides are many, mainly not the fault of the hotel: noisy neighbours and poor sounproof for the rooms, cleaning the rooms in the afternoon when we are already resting, but especially the distance to the city center. This distance, if you travel by car, will mean a lot of time lost in traffic. So it s better to take the metro. Overall, a nice hotel.
