    From the beginning of making the reservation, the agent named Sunil made it hassle free . The check-in experience was efficient, and the person in the reception was very friendly, and additionally, he mentioned all the facilities. Our stay was truly exceptional. We visited with our cousins and were immediately impressed by the punctuality of the housekeeping team, who promptly prepared our sofa bed. The Wi-Fi was smooth and reliable, adding to our comfort.The following morning, we enjoyed a delightful breakfast with a wide variety of options at the buffet. We were warmly greeted by Chef Mohammed Sayeed, who impressed us with his friendliness and hospitality. He was very kind and helpful and made our breakfast experience memorable. And, as a special gesture for our checkout, he surprised us with a complimentary dish of three cheesecakes beautifully arranged with the message See you soon.It was a wonderful and memorable experience.     I have lived here for a month and have been very very happy. Rooms are clean and spacious enough.The Service was great. Fast response to requirements. Special shout out to Ranjan who used to clean up the room and made sure if was spotless clean.If you have a car, location is not an issue.     A very good hotel, with clean rooms and an excellent, varied breakfast. Mohamed always asked if we needed anything. The pool was exceptional for us. The hotel is close to the metro station, which is a big advantage. Also, the restaurant is very good. We’ll gladly come back!

    Rooms were decent size, their service was top notch! Amazing breakfast and friendly staff. Stayed with my wife for the entire trip. Near to the airport and had shuttle service. On the day of arrival, staff ensured to accommodate us with early check-in as our flight arrived early morning. Walkable distance to many metro.     This is our 3rd time at this hotel. As usual we enjoyed our stay, the service, the amenities and food were all worth for the what weve paid.     We had a nice time at Fishermans Hub. The F&B associate Susma was superb, she was very attentive, proactively served us. Such associates are always an asset for the organisation.     So we stayed 3 nights during Ramadan and including the weekend. The room was on the smaller side but we fit 2 adults plus our 25 year old. You need an elevator key to use the elevator or stairs so make sure you ask for an extra key if you will need one. Check in and out was a breeze. The location would be great if you need to be near the airport. We ended up spending about $15-$20 to Careem to the Dubai mall so next time we will probably try to stay closer to that location. However we did love the pool because a portion of it is still shaded in the afternoon which means you won’t need sunscreen!! It was the perfect weather for swimming in mid March. There’s free parking below (you access it with a room card). Our friends stayed in this same hotel. The shower is a little odd but we did figure out how to have nice hot showers. The breakfast was really good for being included but was better on Monday than on the weekend. Breakfast was packed but they did a good job keeping food coming and cleaning up. There’s a nice lobby downstairs where we played games but no outside space available on the weekend unless you’re eating at their outdoor restaurant.

    William is very nice and a very good server. The breakfast food is good. I would say the food is a hit or miss since they do switch it up but i like the different food and it’s good to try new foods. The service is awesome and the rooms are very clean and nice. Man Bahadur is a very good cleaner and a very nice person. The location is good but it is a little far from places. It’s not too far but it will always be like a 20 min ride to places

    I was solo, for me the room was great. Clean and spacious. The breakfast was fantastic, much better than I expected. Had something for everyone. The staff was great, answered all my questions and gave some great recommendations. The grill restaurant right next to them was a great restaurant. Their gym was open 24x7 but I didnt get to go in my 1.5 days I was there. It is a bit far from the major sites but The metro is close by to get to them. If you dont like crowds on the metro buy a gold ticket, it is much less crowded. Free shuttle bus to the airport.

    As a couple we stayed for a day, great ambiance, nice complementary breakfast, (don’t expect a south Indian dishes) , swimming pool at the ground floor, near by there is lot of shops and restaurants. I paid 350 AED/day for non smoking queen bed.I have one question. When will these hotels get rid of filling up the form, even though you book it on line? Waited 15 min to get my paper key.!

Additionally, there was no one available for room service to assist with baggage handling. Despite our requests, we had to carry our own luggage, and the staff only responded regarding checkout timing. Even though I paid the tax online, they still charged me a tourist tax as if I were a resident.

    Conveniently located hotel, just 10 minutes drive from the airport. Reception team were helpful and efficient, especially Eka and Ruffa. I stayed twice within a span of 4 weeks, unfortunately each time was allocated on a lower floor - I would suggest that for Hilton Honors members to give us priority for higher floors and better views. I didnt receive any guests feedback form that was promised to be sent via email.     Its my first time first time to stay on a Hampton by Hilton Brand, I stayed in there Dubai Airport location however its a bit distant from the airport actually. Nevertheless, there is a scheduled complimentary shuttle for all their in house guests. Upon arriving, lobby and front desk team is a bit relaxed, casual and friendly. The lady in the front desk who checked me in is gladly helpful, grant me early checked in knowing that I just came from a long flight. Check in process took me couple of minutes, I like their approach of reconfirming and allowing the guest to choose for the bed selection and floor request ( upon availability) .Im just dismayed when I arrived to the room finding out that bathroom is outdated (few stains is so visible), cold shower is not working, shower handle is damaged, bedroom sleeper that was provided was not up to good quality, TV is not functioning well, Light bulb is busted, only 1 pc of tea in the coffee and tea amenitiy (bo decaf option for coffee as well) and broken coffee cup. For me it seems that the room was not checked thoroughly before releasing it for occupancy to which Im trying to consider maybe because I cheked in earlier. And some of the issues was handled and checked by the team.I do understand that Hapton is branded its affordability, accessability and being on limited service. However, few basic details should not be overlooked.Nevertheless, the stay was comfortable, facilities are great and functional, hilton chat support is responsive, foods are tasty and of course the game changer are the staff- they are friendly, welcoming and willing to assist you. Few people stands out housekeepers on the 10th floor during my stay did very well on providing and offering assistance I need on the room, William from the restaurant stands out, he go above and beyond he was approachable, attentive on my request and he checks on me. Thank you so much!Over all, Hampton by Hilton Dubai Airport is an approved place to stay for me.( but please oay attention on some details mentioned above)

    Very dissatisfied with the pool services. At this peak summer the umbrellas are meant to be fully functional. Only 40% of umbrellas are open. Out of which most of them were occupied. While checking the reason the pool staff mentioned that I should be here early. Which is a unfair and irresponsible answer to a customer. This shows that they don’t care for the customer safety to prevent heat stress at this peak season and shows lack of preventive maintenance process.

    Only a one night stay. The hotel is convenient for the airport AED 60 taxi. fee. Then use of the free hotel shuttle to return to the airport. I would say if using the hotel as a base for visiting and seeing the sights of Dubai then it is not a great location.The room was clean and modern, tea, coffee were complimentary.The pool was nice to relax for an hour or so but the umbrellas in particular needed a little TLC. Essential in the heat of the Summer months. Some couldnt be used.Hotel breakfast was fine, cereals, toast, cheese, fruit etc. The majority of hot options were catered for Asian tastes but overall set us up for the day.Particular praise for both Ragan and Lokendra of the room service team. They did a great job thanks.I would say as a one night stopover the hotel was great for us and would return.A particular comment at check in. I politely queued to check in whilst others just pushed in. There is no real queing etiquette, maybe that is a British tradition. The check in was slow, maybe down to the check in clerks having to answer the phone also.

    The hotel is inexpensive and convenient for a layover - it’s located about 5km from the airport. The service was excellent, the rooms a little dated but very clean. The second floor room we had was somewhat noisy, if you’re sensitive to noise I’d recommend requesting a higher floor or a quieter location.The main downside was the airport shuttle (one of the main reasons I booked the hotel). It took over an hour to get to the hotel and the shuttle driver didn’t speak enough enjoy explain the delay.There are other (even more affordable) airports hotel options I’d recommend.

    The question is this… where else can you get a decent budget hotel with proximity to T2 (the FlyDubai terminal) at DXB? Hampton fits the bill and the staff are extremely helpful (help me find my previously checked suitcase and suits even though I lost the tag!). Where was a bit of a let down - the shower tap in my room had been stripped through misuse and it took me 10-15 minutes to manage to creatively fix the issue!
