    We stayed at Hampton by Hilton Al Barsha in May, and it was truly a fantastic experience for me and my husband. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They went out of their way to surprise me with several lovely birthday treats, which made our stay even more special – such a thoughtful gesture!The breakfast was different every day and very diverse, with plenty of options to choose from. Our room was spotless and well-maintained throughout the stay. I especially appreciated the 24-hour gym and the rooftop pool – both were great additions to our stay.Overall, I give this hotel a very high rating and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai. We had a wonderful time!

    Amazing stay at Hampton by Hilton Al Barsha!I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay.     - Madiha in reception was very nice and genuine, She is able to follow up and make sure i can extend my stay in the same room to avoid my inconvenience.- Breakfast options, really less but food is great- Bar had great pricing not bad-Stayed for 6 days, rooms are very small but clean.- Good basement parking except for the ramp - super tight.

    Thanks for a good stay. Subash from the Restaurant is very helpful and friendly. The customers like to interact with him. The Kitchen staff was also very good, attentive and helpful. The food quality, Breakfast is absolutely stunning compared to other Hotels in Dubai which are way more priced and also do not offer better rooms. The reception is quite good and very professional. Are able to solve.nost.things within the stay or time you are approaching. A small comment to the rooms. I experienced not a too clean and saniticed room. I think I had fleas there in bed or carpet and sprayed myself as its hard to explain to people staff which is sometimes barely speaking English. If carpet is in the room it needs to understood that people will walk bare foot and it needs to be sanitizer not to get fungus from others. Its also a great heaven for bacterias and animals which are happy to live there but cause problems to human guests. The bathroom was okay clean, but in order to maintain the furniture if the room, the Ned and also the bathroom it would require more eye for details and to ensure the things get fixed as soon as possible to make sure everybody has a good experience. The Parking Garage is a nightmare, its way too small and as there must be a lot of selfish and rude customers parking just simply they have a spot or scratch the cards, it would be recommended to find alternatives. While there is still a sandy spot next to the hotel, it should be quickly bought to increase the quality of the stay. Who has no car in Dubai or UAE? All in All the stay was for the Category and the Price pleasant and nice. At least to point out, the gym is good even small but nice machines which are still new as might not too much used, which is great. Thank you.

    First thing first I want to thank Shalat and Dee for being friendly and helpful they provided good service as well their other coworkers too. The breakfast is good and it saved me money for staying a week. locating is great! There is restaurants and stores outside the hotel and it takes about 4 minutes walk to metro. I would come again to this hotel. Thank you for the stay :)

    Great experience with very friendly and helpful staff. The whole process was very smooth and they are available 24/7. Breakfast staff were great, Subash was keeping the restaurant clean and tidy for all the guests. Hotel is a short walk away from the metro.Highly recommend staying here and would definitely return as a guest.

    Had a good stay. Place is awesome to stay at. Staff are friendly and everything you need to is within reach. Though the area is extremely hot, the hotel rooms has one of the best aircon and it is controlled by you, which is an excellent thing.

    Our stay at Hampton by Hilton Al Barsha was great. The hotel is located pretty close to the Mall of the Emirates, but in a less touristy area. The staff in general are exceptional - everyone was very accommodating and always tried their best to help. A special shoutout to Subash who is an especially helpful and caring member of the staff; it was always a delight to see him during breakfast service.

    I stayed at this hotel for a week and found it to be great value for the money. The rooftop pool was a nice bonus, open from 7 AM to 7 PM—perfect for a morning swim or cooling off in the evening. Breakfast was surprisingly good, with a nice variety of options. The location is also a big plus—just a short walk to the metro station and the Mall of the Emirates, making it easy to get around. Overall, a solid choice for both convenience and comfort.

    We enjoy our stay here, it is about 2 weeks stay. For our needs, location is perfect. We thought it will be noisy, but it is not. With this price, I cannot expect more. All the staff we met, quite friendly and helpful, including Kadek and Subash at breakfast lounge.

    Location is fantastic as it is close to the Metro station. Additionally, there are many minimarts/supermarkets nearby.In the morning, the breakfast service is also very good.     Polite staffs at the reception. Clean room. Comfortable bed but your pillows are way too soft. Big TV.Cons: water pressure was low and the heater was too hot even when you adjust to the lowest. Please look into this matter. We stayed at the 4th floor. Breakfast was good, but Chef, please select the right ingredients for your pancake please. Was a bit dissapointed, because I was looking forward for the pancakes. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

    My family and I were truly blessed with our stay at the Hampton Inn and wish to extend our sincere gratitude to each of the staff who made our stay so amazing. Every staff member was so kind, hospitable, and truly cared about making the stay feel comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was beyond words fantastic. There was such a variety of wonderful food and it all tasted so flavorful! I really wish that could be my breakfast every morning 😊. The room and facility were super clean and anything needed was always accessible. The travel desk helped assist us in making the most of our time in Dubai (with a day trip to Abu Dhabi). The staff were all so thoughtful that on my birthday they decorated my room and also surprised me with a very yummy birthday treat at breakfast! The staff here go out of their way to make people feel seen and special. This was truly made to feel like a home away from home and thank you to the staff and management for the beautiful hospitality 😊 .

    Stayed at the hotel for a couple of months. Wonderful hotel and staffs are great. The manager, receptionists, and housekeeping staff (Mr. Prakash) are very helpful at needed times. The brakefast and the whole team for the same are very good. All of them greet well, Mr. Subash always comes greet and is ready to searve if needed anything.

The room was spacious and comfortable, exactly what I needed after a long day.The staff at reception were very cooperative and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze.Breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of options to suit every taste.However, I did encounter one staff member who was extremely rude. He seemed to be targeting guests of a specific nationality, repeatedly warning them not to take breakfast outside and mentioning that cameras were watching. This was uncalled for and left a sour taste.Despite this incident, my overall experience was positive. The hotel has ample parking space, which is a bonus.Room for improvement: Work on staff training to ensure consistency in customer service.Would I stay again? Yes, but hoping for a more pleasant interaction with the staff.

    Located very close to Emirates mall, has all types of shops, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Is near to Jumeirah and Marina. Hampton has very nice rooms with modern designs, neat and clean.     Very nice hotel. clean and spacious rooms. I was recognized as a Hilton gold member and my request for a room with a view was granted. and I am grateful to the staff. no room service, there is a restaurant open until late at night but you have to go and get the food. good location, very close to the Mashreq metro (but when I went it was closed due to damage, now it should be open). mall of the emirates is nearby but be aware that during the day with the heat of Dubai it will be impossible to reach it on foot without arriving all sweaty. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, honest price and Hilton Hampton quality. and proper attention given to Hilton Honors members

    I dont like the shower room design as when we took shower the water went everywhere. The water pressure is small. Theres a cool water dispenser in the wardrobe. The room didnt seem very well-cleansed. The towels got hair on it which is a bit gross. The pillows are very soft and flat. Breakfast buffet was good value. The hotel is only 3mins walk to the metro.

    We had a really good stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, they could use some very small improvements, like a few more places to put clothes, and maybe add a microwave, but overall decent rooms for a budget friendly hotel. The location was convenient, and central in town, so nothing was far. The neighborhood its in is not the fanciest, but I kind of liked that it felt more residential because there were lots of local restaurants and little stores around. Plus, the metro station was a very short walk, and so was a major mall that is also one of the stops for the tourist buses. The things that put this hotel over the top for me were the very good breakfast with a big variety of surprisingly high quality food, and by far the excellent staff. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and extremely attentive, they really make your stay there exceptional.

    We loved every moment of our stay, the hotel had a good and clean feel, it was not over crowded. Breakfast had a variety every morning which included fresh waffles and croissants. The housekeeping staff were friendly and kept our room fresh, especially Saffron and Austin. The beds were comfy and inviting. The staff at breakfast were always helpful and attentive to our needs. The location was great, close to Emirates mall and restaurants. All in all, we couldnt have asked for a better hotel for the price we paid. We look forward to coming back here.     The hotel overwhelmingly exceeded my expectations. Rooms offer everything you might need - very practical model of a mini fridge, iron with a board, hairdryer, dispenser of filtered drinking water, fast and stable internet, daily housekeeping,… In addition hotel has compact outdoor pool, hot breakfast (slightly varied offer each day), perfect public transport connectivity (Metro station 2 minutes from the hotel - Mashreq station) and walking distance from Mall of the Emirates. Hard to beat the value this hotel offers. Staff is very friendly too. Sorry Allen at the front desk for giving you hard time at the check in. I would definitely return to this hotel next time in Dubai.

    Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, and the location is fantastic, surrounded by a variety of restaurants and shops. Its also near to the Mall of the Emirates, making it great for shopping and dining. The staff were excellent—very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, there isnt a designated area for taxi pickups, which made transportation slightly inconvenient at times. Overall, a solid choice for its cleanliness, service, and location.

    The location is very convenient, situated in the heart of Al Barsha. It’s only a 3-minute walk from Mashreq Metro Station and a 10-15 minute walk to Mall of the Emirates. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery shops in the vicinity, along with numerous hotels. Check-in and check-out were swift, thanks to Melissa. The breakfast, considering the price I paid, was decent. The room is of a decent size with comfortable pillows and a mattress. The gym was satisfactory, and luckily, the swimming pool was empty during my visit with no other guests.However, one point for the hotel to consider is cleanliness; the carpet was not properly vacuumed, with noticeable piles of hair, and there were visible molds in the shower grouting. Additionally, I noticed that there was no hairdryer in the room.P.S. If you prefer a quieter room, consider requesting one without a connecting door, as you can hear noise from the adjacent room, including showers, conversations, and doors opening and closing. Nevertheless, overall, it was a satisfactory stay.

    The hotel location is perfect. It’s super close to downtown and a quick ride back to the airport also. The vibe and feel of the hotel was awesome. The front desk staff was friendly but we were not able to utilize help in getting a cab, but no worries, even though they told us it would be difficult to do on our own, We were able to go outside and flag down a cab within a few minutes. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

    This hotel offers a perfect balance ofprice and quality - I absolutely enjoyed our 10 night stay at this place. All staff were super welcoming and accommodating, always willing to assist and help. The room was cleaned daily with fresh set of towels and the bed is one of the nicest I’ve ever slept on (although the pillows are a bit too soft for my taste). Breakfast was yummy and I could never get enough of the fluffy waffles and excellent coffee! I also appreciated the availability of free parking, although the metro was just minutes away. The location is awesome, walking distance to the Mall of the Emirates, and there are plenty of affordable restaurants and supermarkets around working till late at night. Overall, a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend and hopefully come back :)

    Hotel is located near Metro Station, Mall of emirates. The hotel is a bit far from downtown but closer to Dubai Marina by transport. In front of the hotel there are pharmacies, supermarkets and fastfoods. We took interconnected rooms, and they were very clean. Breakfast was almost the same every day but very good. The only thing is that the hotel has no view on city, rooms dont have a balcony and you cant open windows. Staff is great, very friendly and helpful.

    This hotel is located very close to metro station. Our room was big enough for us with nice view. Generally all areas was clean enough. There is kettle, water, coffee, iron, iron board, shampoo, hairconditioner and more to give your a comfortable stay. Breakfast is okay give you different options.     Fantastic place! I stayed here for 2 days in between a fancy 5 stars hotel near by and another well known 4 stars hotel and the Hampton gave me the best value for money and an excellent service.The place is convenient, very clean with an excellent location and the highlight was the staff who made sure my stay was comfortable and that I felt welcomed.Breakfast selection is a little limited but it’s complementary and they have excellent coffee.The street can be a bit noisy as one of the busiest streets in Barsha, yet the glass busking seemed to be isolating the street noise perfectly fine. The only downside was the walls were so thin that I could hear every little thing happening in the room next to me.The bed was really comfortable, I could tell that the sheets and covers are new. The room has a kettle with essentials like tea and coffee and there is a mini Starbucks in the reception where I enjoyed a coffee as I worked a bit downstairs.Internet connection was stable and fast, was able to work with no issues and conduct virtual meetings with no issues.

    Best Hotel one can choose if your looking for a stay at AlBarsha location. Walkable distance to metro. Breakfast was declious and service the best. Hotel has most of the amenities however felt pool is quite small, and even rooms too. Day 1 we had issue with dust accumulated in the room. However it was cleaned immediately. Thanks for immediately response. We had booked for 5 nights and based on their service we extended our stay. As a whole we had a great memorable stay at hotel.

    Great service,great breakfast, and perfect location this hotel offers everything you need/expect, there’s a great gym where you can workout and it’s open 24 hours and there’s also a nice small pool where you can tan or swim im still there as I’m writing my review right now and I’m enjoying my time here a lot 10/10 !!!

    The hotel service was exceptional. The room service was provided everyday and was excellent. The breakfast services was excellent too. Rudraya was exceptionally helpful during breakfast and also provided us with a lot of tourist information. The front desk was very polite and extremely willing in providing any help we needed.The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There is roof top pool which is very clean and open almost entire day.The location is very convenient too. It is walkable distance from Mall of emirates. There are grocery and medical stores at the entrance of the hotel. Several restaurants are nearby as well.

    Very decent hotel for its price! Clean rooms, good service, nice breakfast options. Stayed there for a week, and I enjoyed my stay! Definitely recommend!

    Rooms are decent, breakfast is good and staff are nice enough. Prakash the housekeeper was also friendly and kept the room clean everyday.Only issue there was an Internet outage for a few hours which was very poor. But other than that the speed is good.

    I stayed for 4 nights. Everything almost perfect. Food was very very good - fresh, tasty and every day they change something so you can try something new or go with old good stuff. Clean room, bottled watter every day at your room, 24h fitness, pool, nice check out - you can store luggage at their place and then come back. Staff was perfect very helpfull, kind, smily - very nice people.The Metro station is very near like 3min walk.

    We stayed at Hampton by Hilton Dubai Al Barsha for seven nights earlier this November 2023. The location was great, hotel was clean and the staff very helpful and friendly and housekeeping was very good as well. Included breakfast very good with many choices that change daily. The size of the room a bit small but sufficient, it is a 3 star hotel so no complaints.During our trip my friend left a pair of expensive sunglasses in a taxi that picked us up from the hotel. We did not have a receipt for the taxi so we didnt even know the company or the taxi number. We asked the hotel staff if they could help us recover the glasses. Mr. Saeed, who is the head of the security in the hotel went above and beyond with his efforts to help. Reviewed CCTV to find the taxi number, contacted the company, made phone calls and on line inquiries and eventually recovered the glasses. Thank you Mr. Saeed! Your help went beyond our expectations.Overall, we were very pleased and would stay there again.

    A fancy hotel that wouldn’t let you break a bank for its prices! Definitely one of my fav hotel to stay, comfy rooms, good staff services, good buffet breakfast, gym and pool are also decent and clean, the ambiance of the hotel is modern! All in all we really enjoyed our one week stay here!

    The location of the hotel is perfect. Metro and bus stops are very close and you can even walk to MOE. The hotel is modern and clean. I felt really comfortable in my room on the 10th floor. Breakfast is always included. The food was fresh and delicious. The staff was always very attentive, kind and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

    We spent 7 wonderful days at Hampton by Hilton Dubai Al Barsha. Since we had a rental car, we parked the car in the hotels underground garage, which is free. We were welcomed at the hotel by friendly and cheerful staff. Special praise for Peter, who was always at our disposal, as well as Anish, with whom the arrangements regarding the reservation were very quick and easy. The rooms are large, neat, clean, and have a wonderful view. The breakfast was varied and of high quality. The pool on the roof has an ideal temperature, and we liked that it was not crowded and that we were mostly alone at the pool. The location is also excellent, in addition to shops with food and souvenirs, there are also good restaurants and shops in the area. The whole dojan is excellent and we will definitely come again.

    Overall, it is a great hotel - good location, friendly staff, and spacious rooms! Breakfast is a plus point, definitely :) Thank you to the reception team who helped me with lost & found item!But if I may request, please inform well enough to the guests if there will be any maintenance works in the morning. I hardly believe that a piece of paper at the reception desk is catching everyones attention.

    One of the most important pros about this hotel is the fact that its so close to the metro station. I had a perfect time there. Well-equipped rooms, breathtaking views, delicious and various breakfast, kind customer service and there is a nice swimming pool on top of the building. I really hope to come back soon :)
