I stayed at this hotel for a week and found it to be great value for the money. The rooftop pool was a nice bonus, open from 7 AM to 7 PM—perfect for a morning swim or cooling off in the evening. My family and I were truly blessed with our stay at the Hampton Inn and wish to extend our sincere gratitude to each of the staff who made our stay so amazing. Every staff member was so kind, hospitable, and truly cared about making the stay feel comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was beyond words fantastic. There was such a variety of wonderful food and it all tasted so flavorful! I really wish that could be my breakfast every morning 😊. The room and facility were super clean and anything needed was always accessible. The travel desk helped assist us in making the most of our time in Dubai (with a day trip to Abu Dhabi). The staff were all so thoughtful that on my birthday they decorated my room and also surprised me with a very yummy birthday treat at breakfast! The staff here go out of their way to make people feel seen and special. This was truly made to feel like a home away from home and thank you to the staff and management for the beautiful hospitality 😊 .

There was something in my room that I found somewhat inconvenient, but the hotels management was quick to rectify the situation. Great stay at Hampton by Hilton Al Barsha!Perfect location, close to everything you need. The room was spacious and comfortable, exactly what I needed after a long day.The staff at reception were very cooperative and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze.Breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of options to suit every taste.However, I did encounter one staff member who was extremely rude. He seemed to be targeting guests of a specific nationality, repeatedly warning them not to take breakfast outside and mentioning that cameras were watching. This was uncalled for and left a sour taste.Despite this incident, my overall experience was positive. The hotel has ample parking space, which is a bonus.Room for improvement: Work on staff training to ensure consistency in customer service.Would I stay again? Yes, but hoping for a more pleasant interaction with the staff.

Located very close to Emirates mall, has all types of shops, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Is near to Jumeirah and Marina. Hampton has very nice rooms with modern designs, neat and clean. All expected amenities are provided. The staff is very hospitable, Amr and Allen are very friendly and polite. The staff handling breakfasts is very polite and considerate. Absolutely recommended

Iam giving Hampton By Hilton Dubai, 5🌟 & more- I really, really enjoyed my stay here,staff members were very helpful & attentive ( they even helped my with my dress too that I was wearing one of the evenings), I had no problems with my room…facilities, breakfast, location was all very good too I personally thought.I also must mention too, that I am someone with a lot of allergies & when I go on vacation, i find it very difficult for hotels to accommodate my needs, however, this place, I had no problems at all!! I had no allergic reaction to anything, they were really great & I would even go the lengths to say this was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed out, so thank you so much!! I dont like the shower room design as when we took shower the water went everywhere. The water pressure is small. Theres a cool water dispenser in the wardrobe. The room didnt seem very well-cleansed. The towels got hair on it which is a bit gross. The pillows are very soft and flat. Breakfast buffet was good value. The hotel is only 3mins walk to the metro.

We had a really good stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, they could use some very small improvements, like a few more places to put clothes, and maybe add a microwave, but overall decent rooms for a budget friendly hotel. The location was convenient, and central in town, so nothing was far. The neighborhood its in is not the fanciest, but I kind of liked that it felt more residential because there were lots of local restaurants and little stores around. Plus, the metro station was a very short walk, and so was a major mall that is also one of the stops for the tourist buses. The things that put this hotel over the top for me were the very good breakfast with a big variety of surprisingly high quality food, and by far the excellent staff. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and extremely attentive, they really make your stay there exceptional.

The hotel overwhelmingly exceeded my expectations. Rooms offer everything you might need - very practical model of a mini fridge, iron with a board, hairdryer, dispenser of filtered drinking water, fast and stable internet, daily housekeeping,… In addition hotel has compact outdoor pool, hot breakfast (slightly varied offer each day), perfect public transport connectivity (Metro station 2 minutes from the hotel - Mashreq station) and walking distance from Mall of the Emirates. Hard to beat the value this hotel offers. Staff is very friendly too. Sorry Allen at the front desk for giving you hard time at the check in. I would definitely return to this hotel next time in Dubai.

We loved every moment of our stay, the hotel had a good and clean feel, it was not over crowded. Breakfast had a variety every morning which included fresh waffles and croissants. The housekeeping staff were friendly and kept our room fresh, especially Saffron and Austin. The beds were comfy and inviting. The staff at breakfast were always helpful and attentive to our needs. The location was great, close to Emirates mall and restaurants. All in all, we couldnt have asked for a better hotel for the price we paid. We look forward to coming back here. Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, and the location is fantastic, surrounded by a variety of restaurants and shops. Its also near to the Mall of the Emirates, making it great for shopping and dining. The staff were excellent—very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, there isnt a designated area for taxi pickups, which made transportation slightly inconvenient at times. Overall, a solid choice for its cleanliness, service, and location.

The location is very convenient, situated in the heart of Al Barsha. It’s only a 3-minute walk from Mashreq Metro Station and a 10-15 minute walk to Mall of the Emirates. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery shops in the vicinity, along with numerous hotels. Check-in and check-out were swift, thanks to Melissa. The breakfast, considering the price I paid, was decent. The room is of a decent size with comfortable pillows and a mattress. The gym was satisfactory, and luckily, the swimming pool was empty during my visit with no other guests.However, one point for the hotel to consider is cleanliness; the carpet was not properly vacuumed, with noticeable piles of hair, and there were visible molds in the shower grouting. Additionally, I noticed that there was no hairdryer in the room.P.S. If you prefer a quieter room, consider requesting one without a connecting door, as you can hear noise from the adjacent room, including showers, conversations, and doors opening and closing. Nevertheless, overall, it was a satisfactory stay.

Very nice hotel. clean and spacious rooms. I was recognized as a Hilton gold member and my request for a room with a view was granted. and I am grateful to the staff. no room service, there is a restaurant open until late at night but you have to go and get the food. good location, very close to the Mashreq metro (but when I went it was closed due to damage, now it should be open). mall of the emirates is nearby but be aware that during the day with the heat of Dubai it will be impossible to reach it on foot without arriving all sweaty. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, honest price and Hilton Hampton quality. and proper attention given to Hilton Honors members

Hotel is located near Metro Station, Mall of emirates. The hotel is a bit far from downtown but closer to Dubai Marina by transport. In front of the hotel there are pharmacies, supermarkets and fastfoods. We took interconnected rooms, and they were very clean. Breakfast was almost the same every day but very good. The only thing is that the hotel has no view on city, rooms dont have a balcony and you cant open windows. Staff is great, very friendly and helpful.

This, ladies and gentlemen, is the best in class hotel. It’s clean, it’s spacious, the stuff is amazing. Breakfasts are good, the price is wonderful. You get the most for your money—I have been “hotel hopping” in Dubai for months now (staying 2-7 nights) in 3-5 stars hotels (taking hot offers), and this one was the best so far, highly recommended if you looking for something clean, new, calm & best value. The hotel location is perfect. It’s super close to downtown and a quick ride back to the airport also. The vibe and feel of the hotel was awesome. The front desk staff was friendly but we were not able to utilize help in getting a cab, but no worries, even though they told us it would be difficult to do on our own, We were able to go outside and flag down a cab within a few minutes. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

This hotel is located very close to metro station. Our room was big enough for us with nice view. Generally all areas was clean enough. There is kettle, water, coffee, iron, iron board, shampoo, hairconditioner and more to give your a comfortable stay. Breakfast is okay give you different options. Only thing we did not like was windows. They are all fitted in and not able to open. We would stay again here. Thank you.

Fantastic place! I stayed here for 2 days in between a fancy 5 stars hotel near by and another well known 4 stars hotel and the Hampton gave me the best value for money and an excellent service.The place is convenient, very clean with an excellent location and the highlight was the staff who made sure my stay was comfortable and that I felt welcomed.Breakfast selection is a little limited but it’s complementary and they have excellent coffee.The street can be a bit noisy as one of the busiest streets in Barsha, yet the glass busking seemed to be isolating the street noise perfectly fine. The only downside was the walls were so thin that I could hear every little thing happening in the room next to me.The bed was really comfortable, I could tell that the sheets and covers are new. The room has a kettle with essentials like tea and coffee and there is a mini Starbucks in the reception where I enjoyed a coffee as I worked a bit downstairs.Internet connection was stable and fast, was able to work with no issues and conduct virtual meetings with no issues.

Everything was excellent - from the food to the service to the facilities! Everything!The girls who served the breakfast - absolutely amazing, always helpful and so polite! The room was cleaned every day, the towels were changed very often, we were getting complimentary bottles of water every day! Everyone was so polite and ready to help! The furniture in the whole hotel is new and spotless! The breakfast is excellent and has a lot of various dishes to offer! The hotel is 3 mins away from the Mashreq mertrostation which makes it very very convenient! Absolutely recommend and next time we will definitely stay here again!

My sister and I happily stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Hotel in Al Barsha for 10 nights. Breakfast was great, and we especially loved having waffles with Nutella sauce in the mornings! The pool area was great and the staff was friendly and accommodating. A big thank you to Austen and Saffron, who ensured our rooms were well cleaned on a daily basis; always providing fresh towels and clean bedding, as well as ensuring that we had our essentials (tissues, bottled water etc). This hotel offers a perfect balance ofprice and quality - I absolutely enjoyed our 10 night stay at this place. All staff were super welcoming and accommodating, always willing to assist and help. The room was cleaned daily with fresh set of towels and the bed is one of the nicest I’ve ever slept on (although the pillows are a bit too soft for my taste). Breakfast was yummy and I could never get enough of the fluffy waffles and excellent coffee! I also appreciated the availability of free parking, although the metro was just minutes away. The location is awesome, walking distance to the Mall of the Emirates, and there are plenty of affordable restaurants and supermarkets around working till late at night. Overall, a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend and hopefully come back :)

We stayed at Hampton by Hilton Dubai Al Barsha for seven nights earlier this November 2023. The location was great, hotel was clean and the staff very helpful and friendly and housekeeping was very good as well. Included breakfast very good with many choices that change daily. The size of the room a bit small but sufficient, it is a 3 star hotel so no complaints.During our trip my friend left a pair of expensive sunglasses in a taxi that picked us up from the hotel. We did not have a receipt for the taxi so we didnt even know the company or the taxi number. We asked the hotel staff if they could help us recover the glasses. Mr. Saeed, who is the head of the security in the hotel went above and beyond with his efforts to help. Reviewed CCTV to find the taxi number, contacted the company, made phone calls and on line inquiries and eventually recovered the glasses. Thank you Mr. Saeed! Your help went beyond our expectations.Overall, we were very pleased and would stay there again.

We spent 7 wonderful days at Hampton by Hilton Dubai Al Barsha. Since we had a rental car, we parked the car in the hotels underground garage, which is free. We were welcomed at the hotel by friendly and cheerful staff. Special praise for Peter, who was always at our disposal, as well as Anish, with whom the arrangements regarding the reservation were very quick and easy. The rooms are large, neat, clean, and have a wonderful view. The breakfast was varied and of high quality. The pool on the roof has an ideal temperature, and we liked that it was not crowded and that we were mostly alone at the pool. The location is also excellent, in addition to shops with food and souvenirs, there are also good restaurants and shops in the area. The whole dojan is excellent and we will definitely come again.

Best Hotel one can choose if your looking for a stay at AlBarsha location. Walkable distance to metro. Breakfast was declious and service the best. Hotel has most of the amenities however felt pool is quite small, and even rooms too. Day 1 we had issue with dust accumulated in the room. However it was cleaned immediately. Thanks for immediately response. We had booked for 5 nights and based on their service we extended our stay. As a whole we had a great memorable stay at hotel.

Highly recommended for this area, just be aware of the slight jam around the area during peak hours.

I was greeted upon arrival by the security guard Momen. He apparently saw me coming down the way dragging ALL my luggage (4bags). Soon as he realized I was crossing the street to come to the Hampton he came out to assist me. My checking was equally as pleasant. The ladies at reception greeted me warmly and quickly got me checked into my room. The room was small but functional. It had a refrigerator, iron, ironing board and a decent amount of storage space to unpack. The work desk was comfortable and there were plenty electrical outlets available. The housekeeping staff was always very pleasant and accommodating with replenishing items for my room. I had a nice chat with Yumi one day when I went to ask him for some things because I had my do not disturb on. Aswini at the bar was a pure delight. I chatted with her one evening when I went down to take pictures of the bar and breakfast area. The daily breakfast offered a variety of warm and continental options and I never had an issue finding seating even in the busier times. I loved the location of this hotel because it’s only a few minute walk to Mall of Emirates where there are plenty of dining and shopping options along with a Carrefour Hypermarket. The Mall of Emirates metro station is also a good base to get to some of the seasonal local attractions like The Miracle Garden and Global Village.

Brand new hotel in the Al Barsha area. Its walking distance to the Mall of the Emirates and easy access to the Metro. The parking leaves a bit to be desired. There is appropriate underground parking however the navigation of the driveway is very tight and I can see drivers struggling as time passes.

Great value hotel for the price and location. Free breakfast which comes with Belgian waffles is a plus. Pool on the rooftop and gym too are nice amenities. Overall, nice 3 star hotel.

We spent 10 days w my wife. Hotel manager is a great woman. She helped us a lot and answered all of our questions. Hotel’s location is great, next to metro station. U can easily go to the almost all signature places max. 20 mins by metro.

Cozy, amazing location near mall of the emirates. Public transportation are just a few minutes by walking (bus & metro). Lots of restaurants near by. And most importantly its a great value for money.Very helpful front desk. Specially Mr. Amr who was very attentive and helped a lot as well as Ms. Nursulu.I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dubai

I spent 5 nights at the hotel,I enjoyed my stay , staff ( receptionist, house keeping & restaurant) all were super great, the hotel is 4 minutes walk from Mashreq metro station, also there are some busses goes around, I really recommend that hotel & also Arous Beirut restaurant which is close to the hotel.Thank you guys .

It was great how they treated me, very clean room, very good breakfast, and it is located very close to the Emerite Mall, lots of good restaurants near by, and the Palm is within 15 minutes ride on an Uber A+++++

Good location, easy walk to the metro station (about 6 minutes walk), easy walk to the Mall of Emirates (14 minutes). Provides daily breakfast. The menu doesnt change daily but it suffice to break your fast.

I am bad with names but F&B staff overall was super friendly and helpful and Mr. Amr Reservations Supervisor was very welcoming upon arrival on front desk and whenever we met otherwise during the stay. Sidharth & Rajendra were very helpful and great service.The room was a a good surprise.Clean & safe to stay property.Only disadvantage was the beach access & no pool and other facilities.
