    Great stay. The hotel is located just across the street from the beach zone, where guests can enjoy access to the pool and beach sunbeds. This setup is extremely convenient, and the beach itself is both beautiful and well-maintained. If you’re feeling hungry, there’s a lovely beachfront spot for food and drinks.The area around the hotel is also lively, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and other dining options just steps away.Our room had a sea view, which was truly beautiful. Although the hotel isn’t brand new, it’s in good condition and well-maintained.The only downside was the elevator situation—it often took a long time to get from one floor to another, and they were frequently crowded. Improving the elevator logistics would definitely enhance the overall experience.Thank you and will be happy to come back 🥰

    The wall is an excellent place to spend a relaxed time packed with a busy Dubai itinerary. My family enjoyed the views . Breakfast is excellent. The front desk staff socially Mr. Tamer was exceptionally kind and friendly and made our stay extra comfortable. The best place for families to stay in Dubai. The food especially breakfast is gorgeous best in world and I commend master chefs sunsa and soumya who make delectable authentic food every day and are so friendly and social . Eloisa from front desk was so kind and helpful. Sisay at consierage was most welcoming and took care of our arrival and Arya he’s a Mercedes van and made the trip hassle free.     This hotel offers excellent value for money, with a friendly and attentive staff. Its location is ideal, being very close to the beach. The food is good and the room we stayed in was exceptionally spacious and clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

    It was pleasant stay.. we had good time and kids enjoyed well.Also Every day, the room was cleaned to perfection—immaculately maintained, fresh linens, spotless floors, and everything neatly arranged. Special mention to Jithu who was incredibly professional and attentive to detail. He made sure the room was always tidy, restocked, and welcoming.     Great stay at this hotel. Very clean and well maintained, we had a 3 bed apartment looking out at the marina, unbelievable view. Staff are very nice and go out their way to help with anything. If we get to come back to dubai we will be choosing this hotel 100%. You get to use the sister hotel across the road too so loads of restaurants to choose from. We kept going to the Hartisan where the food was nice and the staff was very nice and attentive. My daughter is very fussy with food and they even made her a meal that wasnt on the menu to accommodate her needs. One of the waitresss called Khin was exceptionally nice. Lovely person and goes out of her way to make sure you have what you need and your experience is a good one. We will be back 100%.

    Excellent hotel at a reasonable price. Rooms were really lovely and very spacious. The cleaning staff were fantastic and service in general was very good.The quality of the food was excellent too and the flexibility of options available for the half board was great - we didn’t ever get bored as there is such a variety.We spent the whole week on the beach- which has plenty of sun loungers.Will be very happy to come back here

    I recently stayed at this hotel and it was an amazing experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, making check-in quick and hassle-free. The room was spacious, spotless, and offered a breathtaking ocean view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities, including a minibar and a large smart TV, made my stay even better.The resorts pool area was a highlight, with plenty of lounge chairs. The private beach was clean and well-maintained, perfect for a relaxing day in the sun.     We stayed for 6 nights and had a great stay. The breakfast buffet in the morning is good and has great times (it ran from 7am until 11.30am). We stayed in a studio double and it was huge! Loads of space. We were on a lower floor so no view but it meant we didnt need to rely on the lifts much which I liked. The pools are busy so going down later we did have to search quite a bit to get beds, especially shaded ones as the sun is hot. Happy hour at the bars is so good - we tried trader vics, the sky bar and the pool bar which were all great value.The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the marina area.

    This hotel deserves 5 stars if not for their elevators and how long it takes to come up and down. Overall the stay was great from the beginning. I booked 4 rooms for my family. From the check in we were greeted by the front desk lady Sarah who was amazing and did everything she can to secure good rooms for entire family. The manager Mohammed was also great to make the change for my rooms don 2 separate to one suite. The rooms were great. The breakfast was very very good. The location of the hotel is very optimal and close to all the great restaurants and fun areas.My only issue with the hotel is their elevators were very slow and sometimes takes 15 min waiting which is not acceptable.I will still recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to come to Dubai.

    GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY.To summarise -Location is fantastic - but if you come from the airport, make sure you ask them to drive you to the hotel from the back street! Otherwise, you’ll be sat in traffic for 30 minutes going down the walk!Service is good, in fact great for what you pay for.Rooms - all very very basic and modern cheap finish, but clean. No carpets which I like a lot. The beds are okay, not uncomfortable and not incredible. The bathrooms are the only thing I really don’t like about the rooms. They’re very dated and old, and the baths have this textured bottom that accumulates grim and soap scum. Otherwise, incredibly spacious. The rooms and floor area is huge. The kitchen helps a lot as you don’t need to go downstairs for breakfast, the fridge can hold so much food so you can snack any time you want during the day. This place isn’t the one and only but you definitely get what you pay for.Ps, the elevators are insufferable to deal with. They are not enough for the capacity of the hotel, they are slow, not programmed to efficiently and even sometimes glitch. For example sometimes you press floor 10, and then for some reason it just goes past 10 and annuals the input, so the button just vanishes to nothing and you missed your stop, and then have to press it again and wait. It’s very annoying but for me it was okay because I don’t go in and out very much. It would only be a problem for people that come in and out all day frequently I imagine. But the elevators themselves are very nice and clean and spacious.The staff are great too!

Truly a gem in Hilton.Ditta Moffat was also great with her service.Aymen, the manager, consistently provided exceptional and supportive service.We returned this year because Heba Zahran handled our check-in so well last year.Waleed, Sameh, and Sara and Nailya provided invaluable assistance and excel in their respective roles.

    We had a great stay, all of the services were beyond our expectations. Food was fresh and diverse, rooms were clean, spacious and cosy. Staff espiecially at the reception desk and consierge were especially amazing and helpfull throughout our stay, the check-in and check-out was really smooth. Location near everything especially the beach. To sum it all everything was amazing and we will definitely come back soon.

    Stayed in a suite in March 2025. Wonderful staff, great wave free beach and nice spot to watch the skydivers. Room was large and perfect (larger than expected). I utilized the executive lounge and found a very friendly lounge manager and staff, excellent food, and a great view. The location is easy to walk anywhere in Marina too, I was able to have lunch, shop, and dinner/drinks without needing to uber anywhere.

    Just spent 7 nights at the hotel with my family, a party of 9. Our 4 bedroom suite with sea view was just perfect, very comfortable beds, lovely bedlinen, good showers, kitchen amenities and a nice large lounge, all beautifully cleaned each day by Valery Thu Zar and his team. The reception team were extremely helpful. The food was very good, with plenty of choice, and real friendly and efficient waiting staff. Pool was warm and the water felt nice.The only slight downside was music (??) noise coming from very close by, which only seemed to affect one bedroom, but we were quite disturbed by it on the Friday night and resorted to sleeping in the lounge.

    Great place! Big territory, nice pools, private beach, WiFi decent enough for work calls, breakfast is fresh and has choices. But the best thing is the service. The service is second to none! Amazing, friendly , quick. Called to ask for an adaptor at 2am, was in my room five minutes later. At breakfast you get tea, coffee, etc before you even think about it. You really feel like a valued guest. Special thanks to front desk manager Caroline for solving our issues quickly and doing everything for us to be comfortable.Also extra thanks to Sarah, Nawal, Eloisa and Shahad for being the most bright and cheerful people, as well as kind, and brightening our day. They treat you as family here.

    We had a really great stay at Hilton. Check-in was super easy and quick, thanks to Nailya, which was a nice start to our trip. The service overall was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially the staff managing the lifts. Myat provided exceptional service at breakfast everyday. The view from our room had a glimpse of the palm island and a spectacular, clear view of the Ain Dubai which we could see from the comfort of our bed. We shall definitely come back and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in JBR.

    Had the best 2 night stay at hilton the walk and their service was just impeccable.     Lovely Hotel it’s look 5 stars, It was a great experience as first time in Hilton The Walk in Dubai, very clean room, hall, elevator, swimming pool, restaurant, staff were very helpful I want say a big thanks to Walid and Souha in reception they were very nice and helpful, and the cleaner Muhammad Junaid also, and all the cleaning staff, highly recommended for this hotel sure is the first time but not the last time I’ll be there next trip, just I have one complaint about one guy in restaurant his name Shamel I think he is supervisor in the restaurant but he is not professional he was shouting at the staff infront of the customers that was not nice, the staff working very hard and he welcomed the European as they have blond hair but who speak Arabic they didn’t feel welcome as we didn’t feel welcome , I hope he can stop doing that, anyway it was great staying at Hilton the Walk in Dubai thanksKind regardsMo Mozik

    This review is for our visit in June 2024. Beautiful hotel in the best location. We arrived at the hotel at 9am and we were given the keys to our room right away. Thank you to Sara at the front desk for the friendly service. I asked for the mini bar to be removed from the room so we did not have to pay any extra fees and this was granted. We are a family of four and the 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for us. We booked the courtyard view and the view was still amazing with our balcony overlooking the marina. The breakfast is ok, standard, nothing special but not bad. Eliza was lovely and gave us great service at breakfast time. The staff were lovely and left decorations in the room and a cake for my father’s birthday. A lovely touch was also having access to the Hilton across the road which has a lovely large pool and private beach which was very quiet and relaxing. My two critiques is whenever we asked the front desk for something they would forget. We would have to call again hours later to remind them. This happened about four times. The other is the lifts which are ridiculously slow. Nevertheless it was an amazing holiday and I would definitely stay at the Hilton Dubai The Walk again! :)

    Overall, have a wonderful experience at Hilton the walk DubaiThe view is spectacular the sea view is amazing the activities abundant the beach welcoming the service at the beach superb the area is a very busy area full of activities fun for the family and couples, bit noisy at night sometimes the rev of Lamborghinis and Ferrari etc could be noisy for some . There were lots of restaurants and shopping in the area we stayed during January and the weather was just right .Hilton, they really give the best they have to offer.

    Overall great visit!Systems were down around check in so there was a wait. Requested early check in the day prior and was told yes but upon arrival early check in was no longer available. Lots of construction going on for remodeling and one of the lifts wouldn’t take you to the ground floor so if you took that one, be prepared for stairs to get to the lobby.Room had a bad odor when first entering but opened the balcony door to air out.Hotel staff was very kind and extremely helpful! Housekeeping was on top and provided anything we needed. The breakfast buffet had many options suitable for vegans, vegetarians, and those who eat pork.The location is what made the stay so incredible. You’re in the heart of everything with endless dining possibilities, entertainment, beach access, and night life.I will definitely consider Hilton the Walk again for my future stays in Dubai.

    This hotel is in the best location of Dubai with many restaurants, bars, clubs, etc around. The facilities are great and include a private beach, which is one of my favourites. They also have a Latin band at Trade Vics that I never miss. I stay there every other weekend. Props to Heba and Walid, who always provide a great service!

    Not sure that this hotel can be classed as a 4 star anymore. The hotel is clean but tired, in need of a refurbishment. The lifts are dreadful: slow and cramped when you consider that there are only 3 main lifts for a building with approx. 40 floors is ridiculous. Some of the staff were wonderful, but not all, and not the standard of the UAE and general Middle East level of service you can expect. The traffic around the area is awful and non-stop, which is not the hotels fault, but does not give the best atmosphere when sitting on a balcony trying to relax, or even eating breakfast or sitting by the pool. Hairdresser and Barber is lovely. After exploring further, Id book the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah literally opposite the Hilton Dubai The Walk.

    Stayed at this Hilton hotel multiple times and I never had any issues, rooms are clean and organized, hotel stuff are profesional and always pay attention to the small details. The executive lounge personal Agather,Dita,Nadeem, Adnan,Moffat are always providing me with the ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service.     The rooms are quite exemplary. Due to various connections from a dear family member, we received a suite with three bedrooms. The rooms with three bedrooms suite were clean and spacious with an amazing view of the beach side.The service was also very alright. We had dinner and breakfast featuring foreign food that I personally found quite exquisite. A very great environment for late night talksSpecial thanks to Ms.Ditha Agatha for the warm accommodation and for her kind assistance during our stay in the executive lounge.However, the way here to Hilton Dubai The Walk was very troubling. Despite, the assistance of various navigation applications. We could not locate the parking space of this building at that moment, and had a little complication with getting lost on the roads and in traffic.Other than that, it was a very nice experience of a lifetime, and I could only dream of returning here once again.

    We had a great stay at this hotel, the room was really big, and service was fantastic, staff was very responsive, and breakfast had plenty of options and fast service. The only downsides are the waiting time for the lifts, for such a tall building there are only few lifts, and you need to allow at least 5/10 minutes to go up or down. Daily cleaning could be more thorough, but overall good experience, especially as you can utilise the facilities of the more premium Hilton Hotel nearby.

    First time travelling to Dubai, arrived and was assisted by Eloisa. I just had a long direct flight and was extremely exhausted hoping that I could get an early check in. Eloisa was amazing and made sure that I could get to my room ASAP. Just the level of hospitality and friendliness from the staff is absolutelyamazing ❤️Anyways, huge shout out to Eloisa and Christine for making me smile after a tedious 8 hour flight☺️Room is spacious and clean, no complaints about that ^^ the location is a tad too far from the city centre but has plenty of cafes/foods around and close to the beach. Despite that the hotel is peacefully quiet :)

    Fantastic Stay at Hilton Dubai The WalkReview: June 28 - July 2Our family of five had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Dubai The Walk from June 28 to July 2, and the experience was nothing short of amazing.**What We Loved:**- Breakfast: The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of both hot and cold dishes to suit all tastes.- Beds: Exceptionally comfortable beds ensured we all had a good nights sleep.- Rooms: We had a family suite and a studio, both of which were spacious, beautiful, and well-equipped. The family suite was particularly roomy and comfortable.- Service: The staff we encountered were professional and friendly. Special thanks to the concierge service, which helped us with transportation every day.- Beach and Pool: The beach was beautiful, and the pool was also great. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sun.**Areas for Improvement:**- Elevators: The only significant drawback was the slow elevators. We experienced wait times of up to 10-15 minutes, which was quite frustrating.- Studio: The studio was extremely humid and cold, even when we turned up the temperature. This made the stay a bit less comfortable for those staying in that room.Overall, we give Hilton Dubai The Walk a solid 5 out of 5 stars.
