    Excellent hotel at a reasonable price. Rooms were really lovely and very spacious. The cleaning staff were fantastic and service in general was very good.The quality of the food was excellent too and the flexibility of options available for the half board was great - we didn’t ever get bored as there is such a variety.We spent the whole week on the beach- which has plenty of sun loungers.Will be very happy to come back here

    I had an amazing experience at Hilton JBR The Walk! From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The hotel’s location, ambiance, and amenities were outstanding, making my stay truly comfortable and enjoyable.A special mention to Erasmo and Eloisa for their excellent customer service. They were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.     We stayed for 6 nights and had a great stay. The breakfast buffet in the morning is good and has great times (it ran from 7am until 11.30am). We stayed in a studio double and it was huge! Loads of space. We were on a lower floor so no view but it meant we didnt need to rely on the lifts much which I liked. The pools are busy so going down later we did have to search quite a bit to get beds, especially shaded ones as the sun is hot. Happy hour at the bars is so good - we tried trader vics, the sky bar and the pool bar which were all great value.The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the marina area.

    The place is incredible stunning and beautiful. The location is very good for the people, the beach, view and pool is amazing. I highly recommend the executive lounge @35 floor. The spot and the view is wondrous vibes. The food is so mouthwatering and well prepared. Lastly, I wanna thank you Eloisa for guiding and assisting us. This place is highly recommended

    Adnan Agathar gave us a phonemonal service and always was helpful and very caring. Truly a gem in Hilton.Ditta Moffat was also great with her service.Aymen, the manager, consistently provided exceptional and supportive service.We returned this year because Heba Zahran handled our check-in so well last year.Waleed, Sameh, and Sara and Nailya provided invaluable assistance and excel in their respective roles.

    We had a great stay, all of the services were beyond our expectations. Food was fresh and diverse, rooms were clean, spacious and cosy. Staff espiecially at the reception desk and consierge were especially amazing and helpfull throughout our stay, the check-in and check-out was really smooth. Location near everything especially the beach. To sum it all everything was amazing and we will definitely come back soon.

    Stayed in a suite in March 2025. Wonderful staff, great wave free beach and nice spot to watch the skydivers. Room was large and perfect (larger than expected). I utilized the executive lounge and found a very friendly lounge manager and staff, excellent food, and a great view. The location is easy to walk anywhere in Marina too, I was able to have lunch, shop, and dinner/drinks without needing to uber anywhere.

    This hotel deserves 5 stars if not for their elevators and how long it takes to come up and down. Overall the stay was great from the beginning. I booked 4 rooms for my family. From the check in we were greeted by the front desk lady Sarah who was amazing and did everything she can to secure good rooms for entire family. The manager Mohammed was also great to make the change for my rooms don 2 separate to one suite. The rooms were great. The breakfast was very very good. The location of the hotel is very optimal and close to all the great restaurants and fun areas.My only issue with the hotel is their elevators were very slow and sometimes takes 15 min waiting which is not acceptable.I will still recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to come to Dubai.

    I recently stayed at this hotel and it was an amazing experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, making check-in quick and hassle-free. The room was spacious, spotless, and offered a breathtaking ocean view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities, including a minibar and a large smart TV, made my stay even better.The resorts pool area was a highlight, with plenty of lounge chairs. The private beach was clean and well-maintained, perfect for a relaxing day in the sun. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast buffet had a great selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes.Overall, I highly recommend Hilton JBR the Walk for a relaxing and luxurious getaway.     Wonderful Experience at the Executive Lounge - Hilton Dubai The Walk 🙌🏼Stay for 3 nights with my partner here for a short holiday.I had a great time at the hotel and also the Executive Lounge.For the room it was decent, clean, and the bed is comfortable.At the Executive Lounge, the food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented, with plenty of options to choose from.The service from the waitress, Dita, was outstanding. She was warm, friendly, and very attentive, making sure we had everything we needed.     Just spent 7 nights at the hotel with my family, a party of 9. Our 4 bedroom suite with sea view was just perfect, very comfortable beds, lovely bedlinen, good showers, kitchen amenities and a nice large lounge, all beautifully cleaned each day by Valery Thu Zar and his team. The reception team were extremely helpful. The food was very good, with plenty of choice, and real friendly and efficient waiting staff. Pool was warm and the water felt nice.The only slight downside was music (??) noise coming from very close by, which only seemed to affect one bedroom, but we were quite disturbed by it on the Friday night and resorted to sleeping in the lounge.

    The stay at the hotel was wonderful and thanks to the very helpful Suha at the reception the stay was even more enjoyable 🫶 The stay in Dubai by the very friendly people at the reception made me feel like at home. The beautiful loft on the 42nd floor will make your stay in Dubai unforgettable. In the near distance the beach, promenade and marina makes the location of the hotel great.

    This review is for our visit in June 2024. Beautiful hotel in the best location. We arrived at the hotel at 9am and we were given the keys to our room right away. Thank you to Sara at the front desk for the friendly service. I asked for the mini bar to be removed from the room so we did not have to pay any extra fees and this was granted. We are a family of four and the 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for us. We booked the courtyard view and the view was still amazing with our balcony overlooking the marina. The breakfast is ok, standard, nothing special but not bad. Eliza was lovely and gave us great service at breakfast time. The staff were lovely and left decorations in the room and a cake for my father’s birthday. A lovely touch was also having access to the Hilton across the road which has a lovely large pool and private beach which was very quiet and relaxing. My two critiques is whenever we asked the front desk for something they would forget. We would have to call again hours later to remind them. This happened about four times. The other is the lifts which are ridiculously slow. Nevertheless it was an amazing holiday and I would definitely stay at the Hilton Dubai The Walk again! :)

    We had a great stay at Hilton Dubai the walk. As a diamond member we‘ve got an upgrade to a nicer room with sea view. Also the receptionist was very nice and gave us a late checkout until 4pm. The breakfast and the food in the executive lounge were excellent. The same goes for the beach and the pool. The whole service staff were always very friendly and we had a great time in this beautiful hotel.

    A truly lovely experience. Nothing too much trouble for the staff. Everyone polite and welcoming. Food just to my taste with lots of variety. A little noisy from the supercars playing at night but not anything the fault of the hotel. Really enjoy the Hilton brand. My second visit to Dubai and would always choose Hilton first.

    We had a great stay at this hotel, the room was really big, and service was fantastic, staff was very responsive, and breakfast had plenty of options and fast service. The only downsides are the waiting time for the lifts, for such a tall building there are only few lifts, and you need to allow at least 5/10 minutes to go up or down. Daily cleaning could be more thorough, but overall good experience, especially as you can utilise the facilities of the more premium Hilton Hotel nearby.

    Outstanding customer service! The concierge Sisay spent over 2 hours ( including his own time after his shift finished I suspect) chasing our missing suitcase that the airlines had lost.     Very good location in the heart of Dubai Marina. Private beach with food and drinks service. Great choice of restaurants. We were on the half board and food was great with Ala Carte or Buffet options. You can choose between lunch or dinner while breakfast is always included. Staff is very friendly and helpful and room are clean quite and comfortable.

    The staff at this hotel is what makes the experience unparalleled. From the ground floor staff, Nawal and Bassel were incredibly friendly and welcoming. In the executive lounge, Naseem, Asude, and Moffat went above and beyond in their service. I would return because of the staff. Only issue is the elevators, they can take very long at times.

    Overall great visit!Systems were down around check in so there was a wait. Requested early check in the day prior and was told yes but upon arrival early check in was no longer available. Lots of construction going on for remodeling and one of the lifts wouldn’t take you to the ground floor so if you took that one, be prepared for stairs to get to the lobby.Room had a bad odor when first entering but opened the balcony door to air out.Hotel staff was very kind and extremely helpful! Housekeeping was on top and provided anything we needed. The breakfast buffet had many options suitable for vegans, vegetarians, and those who eat pork.The location is what made the stay so incredible. You’re in the heart of everything with endless dining possibilities, entertainment, beach access, and night life.I will definitely consider Hilton the Walk again for my future stays in Dubai.

    Not sure that this hotel can be classed as a 4 star anymore. The hotel is clean but tired, in need of a refurbishment. The lifts are dreadful: slow and cramped when you consider that there are only 3 main lifts for a building with approx. 40 floors is ridiculous. Some of the staff were wonderful, but not all, and not the standard of the UAE and general Middle East level of service you can expect. The traffic around the area is awful and non-stop, which is not the hotels fault, but does not give the best atmosphere when sitting on a balcony trying to relax, or even eating breakfast or sitting by the pool. Hairdresser and Barber is lovely. After exploring further, Id book the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah literally opposite the Hilton Dubai The Walk.

    I had an amazing time here for a long weekend in December. From the very first moment of arrival I was greeted warmly by Heba and her team at from desk reception and made to feel like part of the family. I was helped to my room by the porter and told where everything was in the hotel. It made for a great stay!Thanks so much Heba and team!

    Would highly recommend, very helpful, warm and friendly staff. Convenient location. We had a disabled member of the party and they were very flexible and understanding of our needs, no ask was too much.     This is my second time staying at this hotel due to its very convenient location, private beach and beautiful views of Ain Dubai and the palm. However, this time around, Eloisa who is part of the reception team, who is very welcoming and always greats us with a smile, has made this experience extra special. Eloisa went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and even arranged a pre birthday treat to our room!The only downside is the limited gluten and dairy free food options within the restaurant and there isn’t always something available for people with these intolerances/allergies to eat. That said, I requested a gluten and dairy free breakfast option and was made pancakes, which were lovely! Whilst this has not ruined the overall experience, it would be great to have a variety of gluten and diary free breakfast, main meal and dessert options within the buffet areas. I would also recommend bringing your own free from food with you so you don’t feel like you’re missing out!The only reasoning for giving 4 stars and not 5 is due to the limited availability of gluten and dairy food.

    Great stay at Hilton Dubai- the Walk. The reception team are very helpful and it was lovely to see that they remembered details pertaining to our stay and paid attention to this consistently. The housekeeping team are always on standby and happy to assist in any way that they can. The breakfast & dinner options for the buffet are great at Hartisan & Oceana, but there were set menus for the other restaurants at the hotel if you have a half board package, with limited options which was disappointing. The lifts are also quite slow which can be an inconvenience, but the hotel has a great feel to it and is clean and maintained well. The spa facilities were wonderful! A big thank you to Mya Thu, Nelson & Bilal for their service and hospitality.

    Overall, have a wonderful experience at Hilton the walk DubaiThe view is spectacular the sea view is amazing the activities abundant the beach welcoming the service at the beach superb the area is a very busy area full of activities fun for the family and couples, bit noisy at night sometimes the rev of Lamborghinis and Ferrari etc could be noisy for some . There were lots of restaurants and shopping in the area we stayed during January and the weather was just right .Hilton, they really give the best they have to offer.

    Super stay at the Hilton the Walk. All the staff are polite and super helpful. The staff in the executive lounge, Adnan, Naseem, Dita and Agather looked after us well during our stay. We had breakfast in the executive lounge and also in Hartisan. Both served lovely food with plenty of choice. Facilities are great with a good gym. We also used the sky lounge here, and Trader Vics and Oceana over the road at Hilton Dubai Jumeirah The only negative point with the Hilton the Walk is there are not enough elevators for the number of guests using them which meant waiting 10 minutes or more at peak times. The stairs are not easy to find either ! Overall a lovely stay though with lovely staff.

    This hotel is in the best location of Dubai with many restaurants, bars, clubs, etc around. The facilities are great and include a private beach, which is one of my favourites.     The rooms are quite exemplary. Due to various connections from a dear family member, we received a suite with three bedrooms. The rooms with three bedrooms suite were clean and spacious with an amazing view of the beach side.The service was also very alright. A very great environment for late night talksSpecial thanks to Ms.Ditha Agatha for the warm accommodation and for her kind assistance during our stay in the executive lounge.However, the way here to Hilton Dubai The Walk was very troubling. Despite, the assistance of various navigation applications. We could not locate the parking space of this building at that moment, and had a little complication with getting lost on the roads and in traffic.Other than that, it was a very nice experience of a lifetime, and I could only dream of returning here once again.

The family suite was particularly roomy and comfortable.- Service: The staff we encountered were professional and friendly. Special thanks to the concierge service, which helped us with transportation every day.- Beach and Pool: The beach was beautiful, and the pool was also great. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sun.**Areas for Improvement:**- Elevators: The only significant drawback was the slow elevators. We experienced wait times of up to 10-15 minutes, which was quite frustrating.- Studio: The studio was extremely humid and cold, even when we turned up the temperature. This made the stay a bit less comfortable for those staying in that room.Overall, we give Hilton Dubai The Walk a solid 5 out of 5 stars.     Sky bar at the top. Perfect view of the JBR. Marshmallow Martini is a must if you like a cocktail. They have the usual happy hour up there too, beers, wines as well.Also recommend the England pub at the bottom.     Jumeirah Beach is my absolute favourite place to stay when Im in Dubai.Whats not to love, a view of Al-Ain, the giant ferris wheel, an abundance of restaurants, right by the beach, its absolutely perfect if you want to just chill out and stick around exploring the amazing restaurants and lovely weather.Ive stayed in many Hilton hotels in Dubai, but I have to say, the Hilton Dubai The Walk, has to be my favourite. Along with its sister Hilton Dubai Jumeirah Beach.Conveniently located at the start of Jumeirah Beach, youve got beach clubs, restaurants and if youre not a big fan of crowds, you also have access to the private beach.I was cheerfully greeted by Heba at reception when I arrived and she was absolutely delightful and helpful throughout my one week stay here.I cant recommend this hotel enough. It really feels like home.Thanks to the team. Looking forward to seeing you again.

    This has been my favourite Hilton yet. I was upgraded to a wonderful room with a washing machine and kitchenette and a balcony with a beautiful view of the beach and Dubai Eye.The executive lounge is wonderful with a nice terrace sporting breathtaking views from of Dubai Marina, especially at night.The thing that makes this hotel stand out however was the service. I have always had great service in all of the Hilton hotels I have stayed in but the staff in the Executive lounge here really made my stay exceptional.A big thank you to Moffat, Naseem, Dita, Agatha and all the other staff here.

    Stayed in the hotel for business trip.Room is great. Clean, good view & comfortable.Resto for breakfast also good. Many options for menu, good taste & good hospitality from waiters.🥰Laundry is fine, theyre punctual to return the shirts.Lift is the only problem... two or three times i have to wait > 5 min just from Ground floor to 3rd floor. 🙃During peak hour... traffic jam happened. So we decided getting out from taxi, & walk rather stayed in taxi that barely move. 😆

    Upon our arrival, we were greeted by all the staff with great warmth and services. This was a long overdue girls trip we desperately needed. Everyone took excellent care of us leaving us feeling blessed and grateful. I would specially recommend Ms.Nawal who took extra miles in making us feel right at home and making our trip memorable. She’s very considerate and meticulous on every detail that could make our stay even more comfortable. All we needed to do is just sit back and relax during our stay.We had great views from our room. Robes and full amenities that girls needed. Our room was clean and spacious allowing us to settle in right away. There’s two pool area that we could access and also the beach!We enjoyed immensely at the beach getting the sea vitamin and relaxation time. Sunset was gorgeous!We had the absolute best time ever here!I can’t wait for my next trip in Double Tree Hilton KL for my mom’s 70th birthday!

    We stayed in the hotel for our first family trip. We booked the 3 Bedroom Suite. The suite is so nice and spacious. It fit our 2 families comfortably and the dining room was an amazing addition making our family dinners cozy.The customer service is beyond amazing. Sarah at the front desk was very welcoming, courteous, and always with a smile. Made sure my mom was well taken care of. She made sure during our stay was that all our needs and requests were done in a timely manner. She is a great asset to your front desk team.

    We have just spent a very enjoyable 10 days at the Hilton Dubai The Walk, Our 2 bedroom suite surpassed our expectations and we even got the hang of the lifts by the end of our stay 😀The Gym and beach facilities were excellent and the service we received from all the Hilton staff was exceptional.
