    It is the best hotel I have stayed in in Dubai. The price is reasonable. The rooms are clean and new. The staff is very good, cooperative and very kind. The rooms are cleaned daily. You can ask them at any time. The breakfast was delicious and varied. Everything we asked for they provided for us. All the reception staff are extremely kind and respectful. It is the best hotel for me.

    We had a comfortable and pleasant experience during our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Business Bay.Firstly, the hotel was clean and smelled amazing, the rooms were cozy and always kept neat and the breakfast buffet was very diverse and delicious.Secondly, the receptionists were polite, compassionate, attentive, welcoming and quick to respond, especially Mohammad who went above and beyond to make sure guests were well taken care of.Third, the maids, Rita and Nazir who were incredibly friendly, had been very accommodating and truly dedicated to their work.Finally, the service provided by the entire team was magnificent.     We stayed for three nights and had a great time. Everyone, without any expectations, is truly friendly and welcoming.Although we made a mistake with the booking our room was changed (upgraded) without debating and without extra charge.The rooms are modern and well equipped.Special thanks to Rahul who cared for a spotless clean room twice a day!The hotel is located in the “middle” of the city from where you conveniently can reach any destination in Dubai. Thanks to the concierge team which always helped getting a taxi in no time.Great breakfast with a wide variation of food and an amazingly friendly team (including chefs and waitresses).

    I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Business Bay.The rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable – you feel at home right away.What stood out the most was the excellent service provided by the entire team. Everyone was very friendly and attentive, especially the staff at the pool area.I would like to give special recognition to Adnan, a young gentleman who was always incredibly friendly, helpful, and truly dedicated to his work. He went above and beyond to make sure guests were well taken care of.Overall, a very pleasant experience – I would definitely stay here again!

    Everything about this hotel is exceptional. I was here for a business trip that was meant to be a week and ended up being 3 weeks. I could not have felt more at home. The hotel is nice, clean and very convenient but the staff make the biggest difference. They truly make this place exceptional.

    Had a great stay at the hotel! The room was always clean and comfortable. Rasool, the room cleaner, was incredibly kind and polite. always had a smile and made sure everything was perfect. The rest of the staff were also amazing, super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

    Fantastic hotel, with fantastic staff. This hotel caters for everyone with restaurants, gym, spa, pool and clean rooms. I can’t say a bad word about this hotel as from the minute we walked in and were looked after by a lovely lady called Anne we could relax and start our Dubai adventure. Located only 15 minutes drive from the Dubai Mall it was a great base for maximising our visitor to all the main attractions Dubai has to offer. Unfortunately I didn’t take many photos but everything was spot on and any request was catered for immediately. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel for whatever type of trip takes you to Dubai.

    One of the best Hilton garden inns I have stayed at so far. It’s fairly and newer property and located in an amazing area with dubai mall literally 8 min drive away. The staff is amazing, friendly and so hospitable. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Amenities are great. Overall it’s a great property to stay in for the price they offer. Definitely moving my stays at dubai to this property

    I landed in Dubai and booked the hotel last minute as it was late night. I don’t regret my choice! The staff is very kind, the whole team is super responsive and has checked on me and if I was feeling comfy during my stay. The pool is very clean and pleasant to be there. Location wise good, 9 mins to downtown and main square.Room very clean and Comfy bed!Have not tried breakfast as I was eating out to meet friends.Thank you all for making me feel relaxed :)

    My mother and I recently stayed at this hotel in Business Bay, and had a comfortable and pleasant experience overall!From the moment we walked in, the staff was super friendly and welcoming— they even helped with a few local tips to get around, which was extremely helpful.The hotel is very clean and smells so good! The rooms are cozy, has a mini fridge and kettle, and is always kept neat by housekeeping. Nazir has been very accommodating and kind!The breakfast buffet has a large variety of options, everything tasted so fresh. Room service comes in pretty quickly and hot, which is perfect after having a long day.The pool is very nice and they also have a spa as well! If you ever need to get cash, there is an ATM there too. Annie at the front desk was super friendly and helpful, a huge special thanks to her for everything!Mohammed, who also works at the front, went above and beyond as well. He gave us a tour, suggested places to visit and his recommendations were spot on.The entire team made our stay so memorable, this place is perfect for work trips and quick city getaways. I’ll absolutely stay here again and I suggest people to come here!!!

    I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Garden inn Dubai Business Bay with my family on our vacation. They had a beautiful view on our floor, wonderful breakfast, and a great staff. Especially on floor 2 at the cafe and breakfast area. Always enjoyed our time and positive energy. As well as our House Keeper Mr. Rasool, he was always on time with our room and always making sure we had everything we needed. He was super sweet and attentive towards us. Always ready if we needed something. So wonderful time at Hilton Garden.

    The room itself is very relaxing and clean. Kudos to the housekeeping for maintaining the cleanliness of the room. We enjoyed in Together&Co. especially with Nooriat & one more lady they make our stay memorable with a coffee and being hospitable during our stay. Will come back on it.

    We had a very pleasant stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Business Bay. The staff was extremely attentive, and we especially want to highlight Caroline from the pool area. She was so friendly. The housekeeping team and the breakfast staff were also fantastic. A great touch was the towels placed on the sunbeds at the pool, which were replaced after each guest. Additionally, complimentary detox water was available near the pool. The hotel itself is very new, exceptionally clean, and provides a welcoming atmosphere. Its location is perfect for exploring the city around the Burj Khalifa.

    We had a lovely stay. We were greeted by Anne on our check-in, with a big smile and a friendly attitude. Our room was lovely, we had a king room with a sofa bed. 1 little pet peeve of mine, if you book for 3 people even if one is a child, please make sure you have 3 of everything in the room, towels, glasses, bottles of water. But in fairness, this was the only oversite in the hotel. The rooms were spotless, and the beds were extremely comfortable with great bedding. There is a spa, outdoor pool, gym, play area for kids, a play room for kids, a cafe bar, and a restaurant. We ate in both and enjoyed our food. The breakfast had a good selection, something for everyone, and you could even get an omelette freshly made to order. All the staff were so friendly, always saying hello and asking how is your stay. They seem to take great pride in their work, and it shows all over the hotel. There wasnt a concierge service. There was a travel advisor next door that you could use, but it seems he was only able to sell you the packages from the leaflets on his desk, not help you personalise something you wanted to do or see. Overall, we had a great stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

    I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for a week and found it to be a solid experience, though with some drawbacks. The room was spacious, super clean, and felt fresh, likely because the hotel seems newly opened. Breakfast was satisfying with decent options, but pretty basic by Dubai’s standards. The restaurant staff were the absolute highlight—friendly, attentive, and exceptional.The front desk staff were unwelcoming, which was disappointing (except Ayman who’s always amazing). The hotel entrance is tiny, resembling an apartment building rather than a hotel. Phone GPS didn’t work inside the room, which was frustrating, and housekeeping was just okay.The location was average. It was great for my runs along the canal, but it felt like it was on the wrong side. Crossing over to the other side, closer to Dubai Mall and Downtown, was inconvenient.Price was reasonable for my week, but rates spiked significantly afterward, feeling unjustified for the quality and location, so I switched hotels for my next week in Dubai. Has potential but needs some work, and watch the price.Will I be coming back? Very unlikely, unless they have a really good offer.

    THE BEST! The more places I visited in Dubai, the more I appreciated this hotel. I didn’t have high expectations going in since it’s not on the pricey side- but I was so pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast every morning was delicious. Santos made the best omelette right in front of you, and the buffet had something for everyone. The highlight was definitely the service and how accommodating everyone was from the very first day. My friend arrived early and was allowed to check in right away. Any request like extra towels or water- at the door in minutes. I overslept on checkout day and missed breakfast cutoff. Ryan rushed to ask them to keep it open a little longer so I could still eat. Nooriat greeted my friend and I with the biggest smile everyday and remembered the coffee I liked. She would offer to bring it without me even needing to ask. It’s small acts of service like this that added up and made my stay so comfortable. At checkout, they held our luggage for several hours without issue. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained. We used many of the amenities, including the gym, pool, and restaurants. The cherry on top was them treating us to cappuccino and iced coffee as a farewell. Overall, an amazing stay with top-notch service.

    I love the accommodation in this hotel. Personal very nice. Thank to Caroline , she helped me with my forgotten staff on swimming pool area and gym. The food is also nice . I’m staying here for a long time , so the hotel offer you good price for long accommodation. Swimming pool is very big and always can find the bad for myself. Gym is very well equipped and clean.     We came as part of a work trip with my husband’s company, Best.Energy. The whole experience has been 10/10. The quality of service is excellent and the hotel is beautiful. Everything is spotless and the attention to detail is outstanding. Each member of staff has been delightful, especially Sufiyan, who delivered my breakfast to the room each morning. The food is really good too with a great variety of options for people with dietary preferences. The hotel arranged a fabulous event in the desert for my husband and his clients.     As a hotel owner I must say this hotel is thumbs up in every aspect. Amazing decor, rooms and amenities. You can tell everyone cares about every detail independently of their function. I loved the way Rasool left our room clean every day. He even organized our shoes. The breakfast was the highlight of this stay, the lady from Morocco who made our omelets was also amazing. . The room was comfy, food was good, service was impressive — need to mention the 3 gentlemen at the reception who were welcoming and polite as well as Thiloma and Sufiyan, thank you!The one thing that wasn’t the best was the iced matcha latte at Together&Co, it tasted like green tea, and milk — would suggest looking into this and perfecting the matcha latte, otherwise a great experience overall.Would stay here again!

    I recently visit hotel to meet my friends for breakfast, and I must say, the breakfast experience was exceptional. The spread was enough offering a variety of options that catered to what i need and dietary preferences are also catered. What really stood out was the manager overseeing the breakfast area. He is funny and seems really having a great time, and it made a significant difference in the overall atmosphere. Not only was he attentive to guests, but he also efficiently managed the queues, ensuring that everyone was served. As a fellow in a customer service field, i must say that the staff, were friendly, approachable, and always ready to assist. Their warmth and attentiveness really enhanced the experience. It was clear that the people from this hotel is happy. Everyone in this hotel is friendly and approachable and a visit is not enough for me. We will see you all again soon.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel from the vallet team, the mangers and the entire staff crew really welcomed us with a beaming smile, the environment is just amazing .The hotel is really offers the guests to really have the unforgettable experience, this was all made possible because the hygienic levels at the hotel are really high standard with the entire facility always kept spotless. The spacious spotless rooms for the guests, the gym was fully equiped with everything that we really needed to use, the pool was really nice long enough for the guests to enjoy with an amazing view.We had a chance to take a tour around the facility and were assisted by a staff named Caroline, she really made sure we were okay and the time was really worth it. She is friendly, professional and attentive, she made sure to answer all the questions that were asked.The entire crew was really professional and highly trained to really meet our expectations. Big up to some hotel staffs like mr.Bikash and Mr. Faheem they are really amazing people who really made it an amazing experince.I cant forget to comment about the amazing delicious meals we were served with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel is strategically located and can easily be accessed. In general the stay at the hotel was worthy a trip to remember . Really cant wait to visit the hotel again .     We checked in to the hotel right away they provided us with refreshments and key cards to our room it was 2 am in middle or night.Our housekeeping staff (RAHUL) whom we met after couple days just to complement him how he kept everything ready for the day and night.     First of all in the reception Ayman Sara Yara those guys were very kind very nice and helpful give me the joy from the beginning and then the rooms was clean fresh new thanks for Raswel and Mohammed for that I was willing to stay just one night put the experience force me to stay 2 nights the bed and pillow was also so good the pool and sauna also made me feel better and relaxed and recovered. Staff are friendly, Musab from reception, warmly welcome upon check in and explain all info of the hotel, Mohamed and the other reception lady are greeting me nicely. Well professional service received. Nooriat from breakfast area, she made my breakfast perfect with some spicy sauce. I really impressed and enjoyed this year birthday.

    Hilton Gardens Inn Business Bay is a nice hotel. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and welcoming to my family. The breakfast was very good. One cook in the dining room for breakfast, who stood out everyday was Houda from Morocco. She attended to our needs quite well, and was friendly, approachable, and very kind, just like the other staff at breakfast.My main issue with this hotel, is that there was only one shuttle van which departed to the Dubai Mall & Kite Beach daily at 11am. I really believe that there should be an hourly shuttle instead, mainly because the nearest metro station is not within walking distance, and a bus or taxi is required to get there. Besides this I did not have any major issues about this hotel.

    10/10!I’d personally like to thank Anne, Musab, Caroline, Mohammed & Htet.As soon as I checked in Anne welcomed me and made me feel so comfortable. She’s such a delight.This hotel is 10/10. I’ve stayed in a few Hilton’s and I will definitely say this is one of the best ones so far. Every time I saw a member of staff in passing, they always asked how I am and how I was finishing the stay.The hotel is so clean and safe, having the valet men and security staff outside 24/7 made me feel extremely safe and protected.I encourage everyone to book here and I will definitely be back.The ONLY downside was that I wanted to use the pool & restaurant facilities one day but there was a private function so I couldn’t… BUT Caroline personally escorted me to the other restaurant where I couldn’t order some lunch and we spoke about Dubai and she helped me with recommendations on where to buy things.Thank you!

    I stayed at this hotel only 6 days after they opened! It was wonderful. Everything was brand new, clean, modern and fresh. The gym and pool facilities are wonderful and they even have laundry machines - a washer and drier that guests can use free of charge, which I really appreciated. I stayed for 7 nights and all of the staff was so helpful and friendly. Mohammed, Aya, and I didnt get everyone elses names but they were all so lovely and always wanted to make sure that I was happy and enjoying my stay. Thank you all and I will definitely stay here again next time Im in Dubai!

    The restaurant here is amazing, I can’t get enough of it, it’s way better than the restaurant in holiday inn next door. But they won’t help me cancel my mistakenly made reservation. That’s a -3 on service. Everything else is fine though.

    The Hilton Garden Inn Business Bay in Dubai offers modern, comfortable accommodation with an excellent location near the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, the staff is friendly, and the hotel features great facilities such as a pool and fitness center. A big plus for us was the laundry room, which we were able to use free of charge. Some rooms offer an incredible view of the Burj Khalifa. The breakfast isn’t very varied but is of high quality. Ideal for both business travelers and tourists due to its central location and excellent service. We would like to thank all the staff once again for their friendliness and outstanding service, which earned this review its 5th star.

    A brand new, very modern Hilton located in Business Bay. The rooms are a good size and mine had a beautiful view of the Burj Khalifa. The breakfast was good with plenty of options and great coffee. The surprise for me was the Rio restaurant- the S.American inspired menu was great- try the Seabass. All the staff were super friendly and efficient. Its a good location if you are working at Ubora tower and its a short walk to the bay exercise area.

    One of the best staycations from valet, check in process, luggage assistance, room is divine, breakfast was hot as to hot and cold as to cold. Moreover its the exceptional service and attentiveness of the team members.
