Great customer service experience...I went to collect some documents which I was not receiving via courier. Ms. Ahlan have responded in a polite manner to my queries and was able to understand the system has gone online and I will be needing to book an appointment. She even guided me how I will be able to book an appointment. Received a call from Ms. Ahlam(customer service) who have listen to my concerns and passed me details that delivery address was not correctly mentioned and I can visit and collect the documents as she will be keeping it with her for me. Went today where I approached Ms. Mahra and told her details. She let me wait in waiting area and came back to me with my documents.. Great people great customer service and great experience... keep on the good work..
