    A mix of commercial and residential buildings, the area is very nice and calm. Cycle tracks, e - scooters and jogging tracks next to the lake makes this area very sociable. Also a very pet friendly area.

    Lunch in the Smash Corner. Very delicious mutton biryani in the palm leaf. Big portion for 20 AED. Large Mango Lassi for 10 AED. The restaurant is full during the lunch. Because of this the service takes longer. But Im allover happy and recommend this place

    Cluster x has ample parking but mostly it is busy during work hours.food and groceries shops are also available.Lots of office space is here alsong with other business. It also has a very nice view of Dubai skyline.Public toilets are generally not very well maintained though.

    I visited this beautiful place which have high rise buildings having a beautiful lake in between with out class hotels & Restaurants also i found a play area for kids and activities for adults like yoga gym etc...The people who like to spend time in quite and peaceful area the best place this is....

    Very posh and elegantly design and the man made lake adds up to picturesque view of itIt had 3 sky high towers with mixture of residential and commercial. It is good to have office here for its infrastructure but far from the trades. There is a cafe and restaurant within and commute wise it is around 7 to 10 mins walk from the damac properties metro station.Parking can be a pain here in rush hours but overall makes a very good location to live or work.Especially the lake view from office is amazing

    Crowded hardly find place to park in afternoon. However you have Spinneys Supermarket in this cluster. Also next to Taj hotel.

    Cluster in jlt based right on edge with premium views of Dubai and the palm.All towers are built by nakheel to a very good finish and clean cut styles.X1 tower hosts residential apartments, whilst x2 and x3 are business towers with 10 offices on each floor.Parking is busy here so suggest to pre book on RTA app before coming

    JLT just picked up my friend from there... JLT is like a jewel on Jupiter. I love the sky scrapers and the urbanism in JLT with water and gardens and hundreds of restaurants and services..downside everyone knows is once rhee you must make the entire turn to get out of it ...0retty frustrating when you are late and there is traffic.

    A good place to walk around and spend time. Quite a few eatery joints along the lake area. The parking though is a challenge as the rules have got changed recently to check where u park. The pictures I have posted are ones taken post Dinner in the night as the views of the tall sky scrapers around the lake gave a majestic look. Added a lot to the beauty of the well laid out place.

    This cluster has too many offices and getting a parking slot during peak times are difficult. If you are coming between 9.30 AM and 4.00 PM, better to park your car in adjacent cluster and walk. You need to be lucky to get parking immediately after reaching here within the above said time. This cluster has Costa coffee, spinneys, and Indian restaurants.Cluster has mosque and rest room in ground floor.

    JLT buildings privately managed properties and hence no questions on security, cleanliness, friendliness, etc. If you are a visitor you get 3 hour free parking but during peak times there is a long queue to get in. There is no paid parking facilities nearby for visitors.

    I havent stayed here but went to see a property for rent. The building comes with chiller free option and has decent swimming pool and gym. The gym is separate for men and women and i havent seen if the gym was fully equipped. However, the swimming pool was decently sized and although open to atmosphere (SUN) i was told that they have temperature controlled pool.

    Cluster X having a three stunning towers. X1 is residential and X2,X3 are commercial. Easy to access upto Damac properties metro station. On Concourse level you can find Costa coffee, spinneys and some restaurants. Cluster has mosque and rest room in ground floor. You can enjoy the view of marina, golf course and sky diving. Lake is just downstairs, nice to walk and spend value time. Overall is good place to work and live.

    This is one cluster with almost every kind of coffee shop from Caribou, Costa and another fancy Italian place. Caribou is a quiet nice place to get a break. I am guessing the weekdays are far more packed but overall quite a break away from the madness.
