    I renewed my visa and EID and applied for my mothers residence visa and EID. At Karama Business Center. All staffs were approachable and helpful. It was a fast and satisfying service rendered . Mr. HASSEN NAILI was of great help to me and to my 73 yrs. Old mother. He guided me all the way specially during my follow ups. He made sure to come back to me, assured me of what i needed and update me on what needs to be done next for my mothers visa and EID. I am very greatful for a job well done.and a quality service that every clients need. My salute to him and to his patience, understanding and willingness to help other people.
